Since managements cleansing of the great beer joints and bar spots, Woodrow's remains. The have a good amount of seating for an OG RV joint, and often manage to keep a volume of customers to take up at least 50% it. Service can be a bit slow as the bar is far smaller than the amount of seating. And it's not very well ventilated for those looking for a cool landing pad during hot months. They have a smaller beer selection, and a full bar. This place is a solid for happy hours and hangouts.

My best friend and I took a Lyft here after seeing Little Woodrow's online and figured we'd give it a shot during the Wild Card Conference game. When we arrived, it appeared to be cool. Some of the staff appeared to be lighting the outside heaters for the evening as the sun was beginning to set but not one person greeted us. Not one person came to even say "hello, we'll be right with you"... nothing. The staff member that I mentioned earlier setting up heaters; he looked our tables direction (since we took it upon ourselves to sit), and did nothing. Not a menu on the table, not a straw, nothing. I was highly disappointed and won't be returning. It's unfortunate that such a highly respected place doesn't have that same equal service for all customers. We surely took our money elsewhere... where we were at least greeted.

To start out, the concept feels like a blend of accents from other popular bars in the area - the hammock chairs from Axelrad, the Adirondack chairs from Truck Yard, and the string light back patio from 8th Wonder. This blend makes it hard to give the bar a true identity. While they do have a large selection of beers on tap, their cocktail menu leaves me feeling lost. I appreciate the attempt to create unique flavor combinations but the options are just...confusing. For example, mezcal with citrus and prickly pear, or a highball with black currant, tequila and apricot. I'm holding on for dear life with all of these ingredients! Going along for the adventure, I tried their pickle cocktail that was on the menu and it was honestly, terrible. While they do have a happy hour that goes until 8pm, the service this last visit just wasn't the best. The server who helped me told me it was his second day and was clearly struggling to keep up with the cocktail combinations, referencing his phone many times while preparing the drink. I ended up not liking this drink and brought it back to the bar with just one sip gone and rather than offering to make me another drink, they kept it on my bill. Ok, whatever. That being said, just before this happened, the couple in front of me went to pay for their bill, prepared drinks in hand, at 8:02pm and the bartender refused to honor the happy hour prices, just two minutes past the official end time. With these two instances, it seems like the priority is maximizing every dollar of profit rather than investing in the customer experience. Given the number of other original concepts in the area, I would pass.

Don't miss the crab ragoon bread--it's rich, unique, and an absolute standout. The space is clean and modern with a lively sports bar vibe, plenty of TVs, and a well-stocked bar. Service was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. For a newer spot, Ducky's is already setting a high bar. Great pizza, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere make this an easy five-star recommendation. I'll definitely be back.

Tiny portion but good. Thought it would be tossed in the sauce rather than on a bed of it. Good flavor though. Next we had the Italian chopped sandwich. Fluffy bread. Contents of the sandwich is when everything went downhill for me. I'm pretty sure there was more of a layer of lettuce than the lunch meat and what not. I was so disappointed with the amount. The pastor pizza wasn't bad. It wasn't something I'd care to order again. The meat was big overcooked chunks that made it hard to bite. The balance of flavors was decent. The restaurant was full but still sat quickly. Beyond plenty of staff to keep the table clear. Our waitress left a lot to be desired in service though.
