The service is immaculate and the food never misses!! You can get exactly what you're looking for here in a local 'Cheers' style bar. They remember your face and your drink and do their best to make sure service is swift AND accurate.

I was between 4 and 5 stars solely because the service is so great... but the food was a little on the lacking side. You walk in, and the music automatically puts you in a groove. The bartenders are great and super creative. One of them is even a florist. The owner or manager is so attentive. The drinks are ok but I didn't really enjoy the hearty served meal. MY meat was a little dry, but my friends chimmichurri chicken was fabulous. On Fridays, they have live jazz on tye patio. Which is worth taking some time to experience. I absolutely felt comfortable and relaxed here. Will go back for live music and drinks not necessarily for the food.

This place was second choice but it should of Bern first! We went here unsure on a Thursday evening because they did not advertise Thursday evenings on line nor social media. They was very accommodating, suggestive, abd reasonable priced. We tried the wings and veggie pizza the food was nice and fresh and amazing! The service was out of this world. The building small inside. I had the red blend wine, I was not a fan so the second one I ordered the Bartender turned it into sangria it came out very good! My guess had a mocktail that they made to accommodate him, he loved it. I suppose because it was early it was one server and one Bartender. They did great! I will return we got full off of 12 total Honey Chipotle Wings and the Veggie Pizza our goal is to return but go to them first!

10 out of 10, I highly recommend! Out server was Brian and he was great ; very attentive , personable, and provided a great experience!

Went solely for the food - This place left me speechless and full. The food was well seasoned and tender. Hats off to the chef - I have a new place to eat! The staff are huge Astros fans and will likely be watching the game with you! They were attentive and made sure we were well accommodated. They even wiped down the outdoor seating area after it rained. There's plenty of outdoor seating and fairly limited indoor seating. There's only ~7 parking spaces, so be prepared to look for parking on the weekend/busy hours. The moody lighting, incense smell, and chill vibes make it a great bar to hang out in. TUESDAY STEAK NIGHT: $16 The Hawaiian Marinated Ribeye (4.5/5) was soooo good - well seasoned, had crispy edges AND the fat melted in your mouth. The chimichurri sauce on the steak added a kick with its acidity. The roasted rosemary potatoes was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The bacon balsamic brussel sprouts surprised me the most. I normally don't like brussel sprouts but the way they made it toasty and soft got me hooked. It was surprisingly sweet too! My only complaint about the dish overall was it's slightly saltier than I'd prefer it to be. I'm glad I ordered the sautéed mushrooms, spinach onions and garlic to help neutralize the saltiness.

I had the Ribeye Steak with Mashed potatoes and greens with mushrooms and spinach and onions. MUST TRY!!

'Karen' I'm assuming throwing me some ..sign language ‍

I would've loved to experience the food it inside ambiance at this bar. However, right at this moment.. a random encounter by an employee who's literal name was 'Karen' ruined the experience for me. While talking with my friend over the phone, I stood outside at the front walkway entrance. I was saying oh this looks like a cute bar to experience. Then out of the blue 'Karen' came to me rudely yelling 'my car is gonna be towed and gone.. if u don't move from their parking lot.' Confused at this verbal response.. I said excuse me .. she says ' yea you heard me.. bla blah bla... I responded not to speak to me that way. And asked why she was speaking that way.. She then said she can talk yo em any way she pleases.. Umm no ma'am you cannot.. get out of my face.. is what you can do.. She walks by in. , throws me a finger sign, which I captured. What in the what...: houston we have a real problem, Afterwards, a manager gentleman walked out and apologized in her behalf and welcomed me in.., which was nice but the vibe was already off ... I wish I was able to provide a positive review but the experience pre entering was already a 0.

I had their Buffalo Wings fried in Beef Tallow and fries (My son loved them too!) I never knew it could taste so clean, non greasy and it'd be so crispy and delicious!! Our server was great, I can't remember his name, but he joked around with us the whole time and made the experience a lot more fun. Good service can really make a meal, and he definitely did. I asked him for his favorite menu item, and he recommended the Houston Cowboy Burger. It had really good flavor, and I enjoyed it overall. It was definitely on the spicy side (which makes sense with the jalapeños), but if you like a little heat, I'd recommend it. It wasn't the best burger I've ever had, but it was solid and I'd order it again. My only real complaint was that it was pretty loud inside. There was a game on, so there was a lot of cheering and noise, which made it feel a little overstimulating. That said, it's more of a sports bar atmosphere, so I don't really fault them for it, we just weren't there to watch the game. Overall, we had a good time, enjoyed the food and service, and I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Lately I've been frequenting this spot for lunch and happy hour when in the area. There's a lot to…read morelike about this location. To start, there is a parking lot in the back, which makes it very convenient. The interior is laid out well, with the bar area to the right of the entry and dining to the left. The bar area has a few TVs, which is fantastic when trying to catch a game. Food & Drink - 3.5* There are daily specials, happy hour, lunch, and regular menus. I highly recommend the crab Rangoon cheesy bread for starters, and if you're not all that hungry, it can be made into a full meal. The happy hour menu is a little limiting, but there's enough to like. The pasta is fantastic and comes in a nice small cup portion. They offer a personal 6" cheese pizza that is quite good. Other options are Buffalo cauliflower, meatballs, teenie weenie mcshweenies (mini corn dogs), and a Caesar salad. At the time of this review, these were $5 each and smaller since it's happy hour. The HH drink options are wine by the glass, 22 oz St. Arnold Lawnmowers, an Aperol Spritz, and basically a margarita called the Quack-a-Lack. I don't recommend the margarita. It's not good--too much lime juice, not enough Cointreau, and what tasted like barely any tequila. For lunch, they have a pick two. Options are the Chicken, Italian Chopped, or Fig & Pig sandwiches, but the pizza offering is very odd and out of place. It's their hot honey and pepperoni, which is great, but it's only six inches. More on this later. For the other pick, options are a Caesar salad, garden salad, potato chips, and zuppa del giorno (soup of the day). I recommend the Caesar or the soup. The Montrose and Hot Honey / Pepperoni pizzas are also great options. They recently revamped their menu, and it's unfortunate to see certain options cut. They used to have a buffalo chicken pizza that I found quite good; it is no longer there. I won't go through everything that was cut, but if you've visited regularly, there is a good chance something you ordered is no longer an option. Overall, I find all of the food above average, but nothing is gonna have you thinking, "This is amazing." It is a great, convenient spot for the area that delivers a low-key vibe. Service - 4* The service has always been pretty good. They check in frequently, ask if you want to put anything else in, and know enough about the menu to make good recommendations. The one thing that strikes me a little off is that they seem quite transactional, which I get to an extent--they see dozens of folks a day. However, when someone frequents a place over a short period, that person typically gets recognized and there's a little more small talk with staff. Again, that's just my experience working in the industry; you do want to build a following and customer base. I did not notice that aside from one lady who must come here every day and orders a glass of wine at happy hour, since she was asked, "The usual?" If there were one word to describe the staff I interacted with, it would be "aloof." Pricing / Cost - 3.5* Always subjective, but here's where things just don't make sense, particularly with the lunch menu. They offer a pick two for $18. The regular price for a full-size hot honey and pepperoni pizza is $18, the Fig & Pig sandwich is $17, the chicken sandwich is $17, and the Italian Chopped is $16. So one would think, okay, I'm getting a small salad or soup as the discount. That would align if the pizza were bigger, but on the lunch menu it's a six-inch pizza. May I point out that during happy hour, the six-inch cheese pizza is $5? So somehow, some honey and pepperonis are worth a whole lot more? The regular menu pricing is about in line with what one would expect for apps, entrees, and drinks. I'll close this bit out by stating I have worked in this industry, and I understand that balancing thin margins while getting people in and building recurring customers is harder than ever, especially with rising costs across the board. Landlords want more, ingredients cost more, and retaining reliable labor that can show up and show out to help build the business is a challenge. All that said, they probably need to reevaluate a few things, and that seems to be the case since they just revamped the menu. It would appear they are still figuring it out a little bit. My recommendation: the pizza option on the lunch menu is a poor value. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; just order a full pizza. Overall - 3.5* There's a lot to like about this spot, while there are areas that need some work. I love the vibe, the convenience of getting in and out, and some of the lunch options. I would recommend it in the evening to grab a pizza or full-size pasta, but I'd likely say skip the happy hour and go elsewhere if you're mainly looking to get some drinks. If you want a small taste of a few great items from the regular menu before making a full deep dive, it's worth a stop.

I'm impressed !…read more Came here to watch a WC game on a Sunday. We arrived an hour before the start. The seating assignment is strange. Despite being quite empty at that time, we had to be on a waitlist system for about 20 min. Maybe people signed up for that time slot, unclear ? The tables do move. We were originally assigned right under the TVs, which defeated our purpose of watching the game. We moved our table back, enough to not pinch our neck. It's a great location for game watching. TVs are set all throughout the bar. Bonus if there are two or more sport events. That evening, we could watch a WC game and a UFC fight at the same time. What surprised me was the quality of the food. The wings were excellent, the burger came out quickly as well. The fries could be crispier. The tots were good. Wish they offered sweet potato fries. Overall pricing is a bit on the higher side. So watch your alcohol consumption, lol! Now, it is downtown so parking isn't the best. Use a rideshare. I can be convinced to go back for their wings. They were really delicious !

Don't know why there wasn't one tv showing any baseball game, including the Astros game on at the same time.) The bar is fine; the seats not the most comfortable; the food is overpriced bland Sysco, with the atmosphere too loud for the friendly waitstaff to hear you. I had a salmon Caesar, which was fine, but $31 plus a hidden 4% service charge for not a lot of lettuce, dressing, and four croutons. An app (chips and bland dip, skimped on the chips) and two entrees, a 16 oz beer and two mixed drinks was $145 with tax and tip. Agonizing to pay that much for a mid experience, especially with the other costs in time and money. Guaranteeing seats for the game without showing up ages in advance cost $40/seat and we didn't get the advertised VIP World Cup goody-bag package we were promised. Worst part of the night was getting out. 45 minutes stuck in the $10 Greenstreet parking garage because the scanners weren't working, but it's that or $40 of Ubers. So ~$250 for a less-than-mid evening that wasn't especially relaxing.
