Our server (Andrew, I think that's his name...it was on the receipt but we literally never saw him after he took our order and then brought the bill), really didn't want any small talk at all. He seemed a bit annoyed when my fiancé asked about their own brews....almost like it would've been easier for him to just order Coors or something. You're a brewing company...people are going to have questions. All 4 of us ordered something different- Sicilian pepperoni pizza, some type of burger, pulled pork loaded fries, and a macadamia nut chicken salad. Food was average...you can tell they cater to tourists.. Our server never checked on us. He took our order, a runner brought the food out, and the next time he came to the table was with a bill. I actually had to flag down another service so we could cash out. I have so much respect for people working in the service industry. It's a hard job. You deal with people all the time and some of them are downright jerks. We weren't jerks. We were regular, nice customers. It takes a lot for me to not tip anywhere between 20-25%. Not super noisy, but everyone was having their conversations and having a great time. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, and food walking past us looked amazing! The only difference to this establishment was instead of a server taking our order, we were instructed to go to the front podium to place the order when we were ready. We opted for the Fried Calamari with Cilantro Lime Aioli to start, and ordered the Chop Salad with Tofu and the Verde Bowl. The food came out so quickly, and we were actually surprised with the portion sizes for all the dishes. We were able to share the salad and bowl and still had enough to pack a take out box. Everything was delicious! I'm sure it can get busy on the weekends, but overall seems like a nice place to chill with good food, good drinks and good conversation. Wish we had more time to hang out!

They might have been there to watch the basketball game or early volleyball fans. The ordering process was new to me. You scan a QR code and order your food and drinks and pay using either your credit card or Apple Pay. It kinda threw me off because you include your tip BEFORE you are even served! I thought tip was based on service, but this place asks for tip before you even interact with your server. I guess this is the 'new' way? IDK. We ordered cilantro lime wings, and 4 drinks. It came out to $68, including tip of 15%. Kinda high but the food and drinks came out pretty quick. I would return if we need to kill time before a UH game. Ridiculously overpriced for eggs, bacon, 1/2 toast and 2 slices or orange juice.. $6 juice. Regret leaving a tip at all.
