Morning feast with two extra eggs
    Ayro P.

Not really sure if I would come here again, especially with other options in the area. Food was decent, but not enough to justify the price. First, don't miss the entrance. This is probably why it has its name, but you just need to go up a mini flight of stairs to the right of some escalators. I took the escalators, which goes completely past the floor this place is on, so I ended up taking the elevator back down. Hopefully nobody noticed the unnecessary loop I made. Upon walking in, I was greeted by one of the ladies by the bar, who let me know I could sit anywhere since it was just me. There was some seating I noticed towards the back where it looks like it's meant for live entertainment, but I decided to sit outside at one of the tables up against the sidewalk since it was a nice day. The menu was the design on the table, which I thought was a neat idea, but not really ideal when I have to crank my neck just to see it properly. I had just worked out, so decided to get the Morning Feast over the Avocado Toast since it seemed like more protein, and even added extra eggs despite the price of the add-on. It didn't take very long to come out, but for some reason I was expecting bigger items. The eggs tasted fine, and were cooked exactly as I had asked, over easy. Salad lacked much depth, but the dressing, I think balsamic, did save it a little bit. Sausage was delicious, but I wish there was more that came with the plate. And the toast was just toast. Nothing exciting about it. I used it to clean up the yolk from my eggs to give it some purpose besides just providing carbs. My bill after a 20% tip came out to ~$36.00. For a meal that requires minimal skill to assemble, I thought this was just ridiculous, but makes sense considering it's in the tourist area. Also, it takes a lot for me not to tip 20%, but the service wasn't anything I would consider amazing, especially considering some of the service I've had during my trip. Nonetheless, this place met my minimum requirements. I'm just really having a hard time justifying the price with the food.

Had a great time at Secret Spot! Music, happy hour, and bites with friends makes it the place to be for a vacation. .Guava margaritas were so tasty! .Mai Tais are a must because of course Hawaii Staff is friendly! Restrooms are not inside the place but are just down the hall

Solid happy hour from noon until 7:00. Decent drink specials. Lots of live music. Service is lacking in speed but makes up for it in friendliness. It's odd - to open a tab, they require ID and credit card, which they hold on to. We didn't eat here, but the food looked really good from the tables around us.

Fantastic happy hour spot. Great drink and food specials, super friendly service, and they even bring out complimentary popcorn snack mix, which makes it feel extra welcoming right away. It's shady, breezy, and so relaxing... the kind of place you can actually unwind. It's cheaper than shopping and way more fun.

Let me tell you about my experience at this wonderful place!!! We got dropped off by our Uber and right away, the name of the restaurant caught our eye. As soon as we walked in, I instantly fell in love with the vibe. The lighting, the decorations, the bar area... everything was such a whole mood. We were greeted by the bartender, who let us know happy hour was ending in two minutes and we made it just in time! We ordered the $5 mai tais (we got four of them) and the $5 pizza. Such a good deal, especially since the pizza is normally $15. The menu also looked like it had a lot of great options, so I definitely want to come back and try more. What really impressed me was how much there was to look at inside. The merch was gorgeous and the whole place felt like walking through an art museum -- every corner had something unique and fabulous. It's seriously so Instagram-worthy and selfie-worthy. While we were sitting down, one of the associates even stopped by and offered us free popcorn, which was such a sweet touch. I also noticed there were a few three-legged dogs just chilling and vibing together, which was honestly the cutest sight. There's also a nice little area where you can hang out and listen to live music apparently there's a band every night at 9 PM. I'll definitely be back again soon. Happy hour was such a bang for your buck, especially for Waikiki! And to top off the night, right when we got dropped off, a man handed us some leis and told us "God bless," which was such a kind and wholesome way to start the evening. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

    Breakfast special "Morning Feast"
    May T.

Came for a quick breakfast. Cute restaurant with nice setup of tables and chairs outside patio area. We ordered their Morning Feast that came with bacon, 2-eggs, sausages, salads, white bread toasted, and orange slices. Not bad of a taste. American breakfast with a cup of Cappuccino in the morning. Good service and friendly waiters. Everything was served warmed and received our order in timely manner. Enjoyable breakfast while watching people go by on the street.

Friendly staff, good food, cool vibes. Come here to skip the long lines elsewhere. Located right outside the International Marketplace in Waikiki.

    $10 breakfast special

This was definitely a hidden gem. We stumbled upon this place while looking for a breakfast place our kids would enjoy. I saw a sign that said $10 breakfast and I was sold. The host/servers were super friendly and seated us right away. We were surrounded by cool art and a DJ that brought the vibe to another level. The DJ's set was absolutely amazing and he played some good old songs from the early 2000's that took us back. The food came out quick and did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, fresh, and tasted good. The drinks were tasty and had a good amount of alcohol. The prices were very reasonable and my kids loved their food, which was a plus. Overall great place and a must try!

Literally one of my top spots in Waikiki! They have live music every night. Great happy hour deals for both food and drinks. The tourists and locals love it. You get a great vibe all times of the day here with great friendly aloha service.

Nothing is topping this happy hour!!! We were walking in the area and came across Secret Spot and decided to check it out and we are so happy we did! $5 Mai Tais?!?! Insane! And they were so good too! Service was quick and easy, plenty of seating, and overall just such good vibes here! I would highly recommend if you're looking for affordable options!

Only poopy part is PARKING! I had to park at international market place. Parking was a total of $56!!! I went into a store there and had to buy $25 worth of things just for validation.... Then pay $36 to get out ANYWAY .... So I paid an EXTRA $11 WITH validation, instead of just paying and NOT validating!! I recommend just doing Valet at Laylow hotel. Dancefloor was FUN. The ambiance was a great time. Their staff is very friendly and FAST with their drinks... and for Waikiki, their drinks are VERY CHEAP. Restrooms are CLEAN and COLD. So it's great after a long night. 10/10 recommend We WILL be back.

    Julie N.

Love the Aloha vibes here. A cool, artsy, modern, & hip space. The music, DJs, and live entertainment line up in Waikiki really make this place what it is. The staff, service and food always on point. Love that they support local artists, DJ's, & musicians.

Definitely the best Happy Hour deal in Waikiki! Our server Bryan was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beers and mai tais. The Pepperoni and Margarita Pizza were delicious. There is a stage for live bands to perform. I would definitely come back if we stayed longer in Waikiki. They have a cool retro arcade game, NBA Jam which we enjoyed! Great deals, friendly service, modern ambiance and clean restrooms. I highly recommend!

    How much does parking cost?

I don't think they have their own parking. One suggestion is to check rates at the nearby International Marketplace parking lot. Another would be to utilize rideshare or public transportation.

Located in a hotel called The Romer on Nāhua Street in Waikiki off of Kuhio (closer to Ala Wai Canal) it is a smallish unpretentious looking building on Diamond Head side of Nahua. They have valet stand in front and validate parking for up to 3 hours. The valet wasn't very friendly when we walked towards him and usually they hold the door open but this one did not. We realize he's probably not part of Lei Stand staff but it doesn't make a good first impression. Walk into the lobby and directly to your left is the Lei Stand. It is brightly neon but dark if that makes sense, and very small. If you're a fan of when it used to be on Bethel St downtown then you'll be disappointed with this venue. No view to be had, dark drapes cover the windows (we were there at 6:00 pm) and no cute little lanai or garden. Tiny tables either high tops or rounds - maybe 10 total and a small bar. There was one tiny corner booth. The lost star was for this set up but also another lost star for NO MUSIC. Music is such an important part of a place especially a bar so we were disappointed and appalled there was only silence. Bartender said the music was "broken" so we turned on our phones to get something on our table. Then two girls brought in something to light the place up with some tunes so that helped. The final lost star was it is called The Lei Stand yet there wasn't a lei stand inside the place. When we asked the bartender where it was he didn't even know what a lei was. Then we explained to him and he said it is in the hotel lobby but you have to go to front desk to let them know you wish to purchase one. Another disappointment. Thank goodness I bought her a lei from downtown in case they didn't have any. The good stars ... Star 1 goes to the drink menu and how delicious they tasted. "Rub up on my belly" was beautifully prepared and so delicious I had to have another one lol I mean how could I refuse a second guava jam infused Tito's vodka??? Bartender prepared with cute little garnish and an ice stick to keep it cold! He was very nice and took good care of us. My friend opted for the "Clifton's Curse" - yes there's a back story to this drink- and enjoyed the cognac, absinthe, bitters and sherry concoction! Ono! Star 2 goes to the food or "nibbles" as they call it. Taro chips and crack dip were yum and a nice handful of chips not too much and not too little. Hurricane fries - to die for! Plenty of furikake, parmigiano reggiano and spicy aioli. The girls who brought our food were very nice and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy, bringing us waters too. They also had a smash burger for $25 but we had dinner rez later so didn't want to indulge but it looked good. It might be cute if you wanted to do a private party here and I noticed a room across with a beautiful large table set up for a private dinner - not sure if part of hotel or bar.

Also, we were next to the bar and it was quite noisy. After ordering our drinks, which I got the Royal Sunset Ale, we spotted a table near the stage and asked our waitress if we could move there. She checked and said we could move there. It was a nice center table about 20ft from the stage and we could hear Johnny perform without the bar noise. Johnny is Hawaii's premier entertainer, who is Bruno Mars' uncle, is known for his vocal range and guitar skills. Spoiler alert: make reservations, request a table with an umbrella by the surf, order one of their famous Mai Tai cocktails, and enjoy their elevated cuisine, service, and entertainment. We arrived and were greeted by staff and directed to the dining area. Our request for a table by the beach was honored, and we were just far enough away from the (wonderful) entertainment that we could thoroughly enjoy it and carry on a conversation. I noticed that their Caesar salad had anchovies draped across the lettuce! Our wonderful professional server, Melissa, gave us a heads-up that the Apps were huge and easily shared. Our split salad arrived, and yes, sharing is the way to go. For our entrees, I ordered the swordfish, and Plus 1 ordered the sticky ribs appetizer for dinner. Swordfish is a tricky one to grill; one extra minute, and the fish turns to chewing gum. My dinner was cooked perfectly, firm and moist. We could have easily shared the sticky rib App. These ribs were tender as all heck and spiced to perfection. Since we were celebrating a special event, we were gifted with their famous Halekulani's Signature Coconut Cake. Wow, Light as a feather and oh so decadent! An adjoining table ordered a pizza, yes, a pizza for dinner. I must say the pizza looked awesome. This was a thin-crust gourmet pizza with some interesting meat and cheese toppings. I am a pizza snob times 10, and I would return just to order that pizza. Pro tip: You will be dining outside, so those pesky birds will be keeping a close eye on any food that you drop.
