Over the two evenings, we shared the Berry Burrata Salad, Beet & Spinach Salad, cauliflower, Seared Ahi Tuna, Dungeness crab cakes, Angel Hair Pasta with shrimp, and lava cake. And although the specialty cocktails are delicious, they're a bit overpriced for Morgan Hill since there are so many other options in town. Their downfall, they need to have bartenders/workers who want to be there (including the owner). Since they don't have table service, they really need to advertise that you "must" order at the bar, obtain a number to take to your table, and return to the bar to pay your tab. It's very dysfunctional and the bartenders are not happy repeating the process. Further, I understand they put a lot of work into their specialty drinks and that takes time, however if you're not seated at the bar you can easily feel that you've been forgotten. This is a top down problem and the owners or managers need to figure it out quickly or they will be the only persons in the bar during their very limited hours!! Saturday evening at 6:00 pm and all of Morgan Hill was jumping.....except Silo's. We were literally the only couple in the bar.

So I looked up the 10 best in Hollister and Harvest Time Roadhouse popped up. We showed up in various groups - almost hitting 100 people. They did not hesitate to accommodate our very large group. There is a separate large room to the left and an outdoor area which worked out incredibly well for us and our family. The entire staff was on point and did not miss a beat, got every single food and drink order and were so kind and empathetic to our entire group of family and friends. The staff was so amazing - especially Candace. That girl is top notch and took the best care of ALL of us. I didn't catch the other server helping Candace or the other bar tenders but they were ALL great! The food was good. Drinks were good w/ lots of great draft beers on tap AND have N/A beers (super important these days) and so so reasonably priced for all the great service and amount of food and drinks we got. Ps I'm vegan and they even have vegan options! Huge shout out and the sincerest thanks to Candace m, the entire staff, cooks and the owner. Can't say enough of how well they took great care of all of us! So grateful. It took lots off our family to end a hard day there.
