Walter is our new English Bulldog pupperoni (11 months) who loves to be around other dogs, though still learning Ps and Qs. We wanted to find a new daycare for them and came across this lovely place on yelp. I emailed them to set up a visit and they were very nice and accommodating. Everyone is sweet, you can tell they love our animals and they are professional. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and were able to check out the play area from the window in the lobby (also watched the video on their website) and they let us into the suites area since there were no dogs in there. When Ruth stays for the day, she stays in their suite and probably loves the break from Walter. Walter goes into the playgroup with the other pups. They asked for all the vaccinations and will ask for updated vaccines as well, which we love and feel very comfortable with. We know we stay up to date with everything and we want to be sure our pups are around other pups that have everything updated as well. We love the report cards. Especially since Walter is so young, we like to see how he is doing with the other dogs. I added some of the pics from their recent visit. Just look how happy he is and Ruth loves the big suite and comfy bed. We are very happy with this wonderful daycare.

Finding an in-home sitter for all my critters is nerve-wracking, to say the least. After having a…read morebad experience with a self-employed sitter, spotty availability with another self-employed sitter, and then deciding not to travel altogether, Leila and her amazing team at Precious Pet Care showed me that their high standard of care meant I could be at ease and take vacations again! I was referred to Precious Pet Care by a dog trainer I know. I was interested in their Golden Overnight Care services, a 24-hour service where the sitter is with my babies all day! In particular, my dogs are extremely attached as they are used to coming to work with me and generally being around me 24/7, so this type of sitter service was a must! I was given a link to request a meet & greet and schedule the days a sitter was needed in my home and met with my assigned sitter, Kate, prior to my requested days. Ever the worrier about my dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs that I would be apart from, Kate handled my bombarding her with information in good stride. During my vacation, I was pleased to see that she sent numerous photos, videos, and updates daily! Kate made me feel completely at ease while I was away and was such a great communicator. Upon my return, all my critters were happy, and the house was neat and clean! Kate made sure to take the trash out and clean up after herself as well. Truly a 5-star experience! I would highly recommend their Golden Overnight Care services to anyone who wants to enjoy peace of mind on their next getaway! Thank you to Leila, Kate, and the entire Precious Pet Care Team!

Our fur baby is our entire world & having a wedding without him wasn't an option but we also wanted to enjoy the day & remain present; by having Leila, it gave us the freedom to enjoy our day while also having our sweet boy involved in the big moments. Our dog, Dave, was fed, given plenty of water, walked, and even took a nice nap while watching a movie with Leila. As if that wasn't enough, the day after we received multiple updates on how Dave's evening was followed by MANY photos! Our baby boy was given his own personal photoshoot and it truly captured how the day looked from his eyes. I cannot thank Precious Pet Care enough for everything they gave us & Dave on our special day! HIGHLY recommend!

I've gone back and forth for months trying to decide if I should share our experience and…read moreultimately have decided it may be helpful to others. I'll start by saying I had made a positive review at one point but it appears it has been removed. We had been going to Camp Bow Wow since my pup was 4months old. She was loved by all dogs and people and every time had such a great experience. We were sad when they closed after the previous owner left and were so happy when they reopened. My Beddy was a regular, went at least once a week and boarded multiple times. She was even crowned "Camper of the Month". After we moved further north, we still came about once a week. All that to say we LOVED Camp Bow Wow. I took Beddy to camp to play with her friends on her 2nd birthday in October 2025 and it was an awful experience. We have a yard so I don't need her to have space to run. I specifically took her to camp to play with her friends on her birthday. I got a text about halfway through the day, saying she had been in a "scuffle", was ok but would be rotated between yards due to her high energy. Beddy is always high energy. The team knows this and we had never had an issue. When I went to pick her up, come to find out, she was kept in a separate "yard" almost the entire day. There was no mention of her being aggressive or a danger or unmanageable and yet she was isolated almost all day. I was devastated and Beddy seemed sad when I brought her home, probably because she spent all day trying to figure out why she couldn't play but could "smell the others". Leading up to this, I had noticed lately that there were A LOT more dogs attending camp and the staff was always new/rotating. My guess is yes, my Beddy is high energy but because they are more concerned about the money/numbers, they had too many dogs to handle one that may require some redirection here and there. And my guess is she was kenneled most of the day. Not in some "extra yard" by herself. This is not ok. Especially considering how long we had been going there and had never had an issue. I asked for the owner to call me, she never did. I could understand if Beddy was having an off day, wasn't getting along with the dogs, was a threat...but when I asked if that was the case they said no. She was kept separate to make their job easier because they had too many dogs. Period. Other things to note, they use squirt bottles to redirect dogs and I once saw them pull a dog hard by the collar across the entire yard when it didn't appear there was a major issue (there was no apparent threat). These are not ways I would expect my dog to be handled. On their social media they share posts that are not from their facility which is deceiving and they never asked me for proof of updated vaccines when Beddy's expired. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a hard day, etc but after the birthday incident we have not been back and I would second guess bringing your dog here.

However, this location is tucked away behind Panda Express. My first visit was to tour the facility and one of the staff and manager shared more information with us and answered all of my question - they were great. The facility itself is clean and pretty spacious, and they have an indoor/outdoor play area for the dogs. What really stood out was the initial meet and greet, with a focus on making your dog feel comfortable and assess their temperament. I felt reassured that all the dogs passed this and are properly socialized. My dog has since gone to daycare and really enjoyed himself. I was also happy that I could view him on the live webcam and they sent pictures of him smiling and playing. Great customer service and some cute well-behaved dogs here. Check them out!

Hard NO on boarding at this place…read more Their online boarding accommodations do not reflect reality. The photos on their app make the rooms look comfortable and inviting. Based on my experience, that was not what I found. See the photos and decide for yourself. I booked an expensive "Daystay Deluxe Suite" for my sweet Aussie well in advance and received a confirmation. When I arrived around 5 a.m. before my trip, the employee checking us in told me I was assigned a medium room. I explained that I had specifically booked a suite. He initially insisted I was booked in a medium room, but after I prepared to show him my confirmation, he suddenly changed his tune and said, "Wait a minute." At that point, I was told all the suites were taken. I explained that I specifically chose the suite because it included camera access. The employee was not helpful in resolving the issue. Fortunately, his lead arrived for her shift and was able to find a suite that had become available because another dog was participating in all-day play. My dog ended up taking that room. When I asked how a confirmed reservation could be assigned incorrectly, no one could give me an answer. This was my dog's boarding experience here, and the last thing I wanted was a problem at check-in right before leaving town. I also brought a blanket from home so he would have something familiar and comforting with him. I was told personal items are not allowed due to laundry and lost-and-found concerns, which seemed unreasonable. I provided three pre-portioned meals. He was given the first meal and didn't eat it. Staff then gave him a second meal. After seeing this on the camera, I requested that they not give him the third meal if he still wasn't eating. That third meal bag was never returned, even though he didn't finish the first two. As for the "suite," it looked like a kennel w/walks and a raised platform to lie on. Premium bed is what is advertised. There was also an opening where my dog could see other boarded dogs across from him, which caused him to bark much of the day whenever I checked the camera feed. When I picked him up, he was exhausted and stressed. It did not appear to be a peaceful environment. The entire setup felt more like a rescue facility than the premium boarding experience their marketing suggests. The most disappointing part was spending my trip worried about my dog's well-being instead of feeling confident he was being cared for. Thankfully, this was only a day stay. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
