I've been consistently going here for a few weeks now (because they have an amazing introductory offer) and have thoroughly enjoyed the classes. I've only taken the hot power yoga classes, but have taken it with several different instructors and liked all of them. Each instructor is unique in their approach and the poses they have us go through, but for the most part they are pretty similar and have all been great. They always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I also took a private yoga session here with Caitlyn where I was able to meet with her one on one. I am still very new to yoga and wanted to know if I had the correct form for some of the poses and Caitlyn was really great in helping me through that. They offer other yoga courses too like restorative yoga and hip & back yoga, but I haven't gotten a chance to try those yet. I've had a couple of questions since joining and have reached out to the studio via email and they are always quick to respond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and all the people who work here. Yoga has been my new outlet and this studio has been really good to me. Once I got there, I was warmly greeted by the instructor. She knew it was my first time, and personally walked me through where to put my belongings, gave me a quick tour of the facility, and showed me where to find the items needed for the class. I felt right at home. The class itself was everything I had hoped for; calming, restorative, stretchy, and I left feeling amazing. The room was set to warmer than "normal" but not a hot yoga situation. I can't wait to try other classes at this location!!

This is my preferred location because the space is comfortable, with warm decor and soft lighting. The teachers are experienced and empathic and always encourage students to practice at their own pace with their own limitations. Students can take classes by the day or obtain a monthly membership. The owner is very warm, attentive to all of the details of the schedule and the studio, and cares deeply for students and for the practice as a whole. Parking is easy and located right outside the entrance. Class times range from early morning all the way through evening. I highly recommend the studio for someone looking to expand their practice or take their first yoga class.

I tried the new student special in November and immediately got a membership, I was hooked! Theres a variety of class types and times. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven't tried the non-heated classes, but I've heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Mary was an amazing, fun, entertaining (lion's roar) instructor who minimized your self thoughts on "I can't do this, I'm so not good at this, I stink at yoga." By her kind, caring, empathetic comments during the class. She is an amazing instructor! Her guidance in improving postures, holds, poses was supportive and so assistive. I absolutely enjoyed what I was initially dreading to do ...yoga. The class pointed out how tight my muscles, tendons, ligaments are and how much I truly need Shri. I will definitely be returning.
