We then ordered house coffee which she then began writing our name on plastic drink cups. When we told her, those are regular coffees right? She said no your ordered iced. My girlfriend said NO, I ordered coffee and I said, "I'll have a coffee too". I never said iced ether and she threw a fit. We said you know what, make it 2 Togo coffees. She gave my girlfriend that leaked the entire time and the bottom of the cup was saturated like it was going to fall apart anytime. She has no business being in a customer service role. Not sure what her issue was. Was it we weren't regulars? Because if so, as a small business-good luck growing your business catering only to your 20-30 regulars. We came here once before years ago and I remember it being packed then too even though I'm sure it was later in the day. The line moved quickly and they gave you a number after so that you don't have to stand waiting by the counter. They bring your drinks and items out to you while you find a place to sit and wait. I had never seen that before and I really appreciated it. Their menu has upgraded since the last time I came, it's now on two large TV screens that help you read before it's your turn at the counter. They also have a sandwich board with seasonal drinks for those that are looking for something sweeter or with different flavors. I had the Banana Cabana which was my first banana coffee drink ever during this time where they seem to be popping up everywhere. My immediate reaction was that the banana flavoring is not for me. It was still drinkable though, with the perfect amount of sweetness. I don't fault them at all, it was an experimental choice on my part. Next time I will just stick with adding my own flavors to an iced latte. Plenty of seating and despite being crowded, there was a relatively low noise level. They also have plenty of pastry and food options. By the time I left I realized I forgot to order a chorizo breakfast burrito, so I will have to try that next time.

They have various cup size options, I went with the 40 oz Large. If you go into the store, there are mini disposable cups for you to sample the tea - unlimited samples! I got 2 teas for me and my husband to share - blueberry green and rootbeer (!). They also have free fruit add in's - lemon, orange, lime and maraschino cherries. Cost for two large teas during their happy hour (2-4 pm) was $3.98. That's about 60 cents more per tea than quick trip, but you get more fun flavors and fruit add-in's. Great selection of sweet and un-sweetened options, and even some "secret menu" options. Sonic's happy hour for a large is $1.44, but fruit add-in's would be extra. The woman who greeted us was so nice and accommodating! She answered all our questions and advised us on the flavors.
