Where do I begin - from the moment we began working with Besharati Group, they made the planning process so simple and stress free. They took care of every detail and I had the most relaxing day as a bride. My wedding was even better than imagined and I was so impressed with their ability to find and coordinate and work with various vendors in a relatively unknown city of Mexico. Working with the Besharati group was amazing. I was a 2023 September bride having a almost 500 person wedding. We also really went for the "wow" factor and this group helped make it a reality. From day of to all appointments along the way they really made sure that our vision became a reality. They helped us execute on a 3 day wedding - each day with a different theme and different vibes. Everyone left the party saying it was the most amazing party they have asked for. The network of vendors Sara and her team have built feel like a family. On the day of our wedding, Amy of the Besharati Group, was assigned as the bride's shadow, and she was a true angel. She anticipated all of our needs before we even knew them ourselves and handled every task flawlessly. She is so kind, attentive, intelligent, and caring and made us feel so special and beautiful on our wedding day. With Amy by our side, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of our special day without worrying about a single detail, especially since Sara made sure everything else was running smoothly. At the end of the night, the Besharati Group chaperoned us to our hotel room to ensure that we got there safe and sound. Once we got in our room, we found that they had not only tidied it up, but they also provided freshwater bedside, had packed up food from our reception which was ready for us to eat (they had paid such close attention and knew we barely ate all night!), and had also created a beautiful display with little parts of our wedding such as our flowers, menus, and a beautiful handwritten note from them. Also waiting for us was a bottle of champagne on ice and chocolate covered strawberries! They had also locked all of our gifts in the room and texted us a code to open the safe and retrieve them at our leisure. We cannot tell you how incredible it was to get to our room at the end of the night and not have to think about a thing !! The Besharati Group truly goes above and beyond for their clients! To have a perfect wedding is a dream. To have it become a reality is what you get with Besharati Group. Our wedding originally planned for 2019 was rescheduled 3 times and eventually a venue change to the Montage Hotel. Sara was great throughout the process with us. We did bump heads at times but it was making sure we aligned with our vision as well as understanding her knowledge of the industry! Without Sara, our wedding day would have been stressful and having gone through it with Sara, it was one of the easiest days of our lives. Every time I looked or became worried, she looked at me and said "don't worry, I got this." And all of this is considering she was out on maternity leave a month prior to our wedding!! We had the best day ever and it would not have been possible without Sara and her team! It's hard for a controlling person like myself to let go, but I had such complete faith in Sara that it allowed me to enjoy the day fully without worrying about a thing! From the very beginning, Sara had wonderful suggestions and works with any budget. I swear she knows everyone and can get you things you didn't think possible. All of her recommendations were flawless and when faced with SO many options, she really helped me narrow things down quickly. We decided to add a candy bar to the wedding just weeks before the big day, and their catering company did the most amazing job on this! On the day of, I had a wonderful team attending to me for every moment. Someone to hold my bouquet in between photos, someone to give me water, etc. It was so helpful. Not only was this our best day ever, but we still have people years later tell us it was the best wedding they've been to. I can't say enough good things about The Besharati Group! Hiring Sara and her team was the best decision I have ever made. I had to postpone my wedding twice because of covid but Sara was so helpful and kept me calm the entire time. She worked tirelessly to bring my wedding vision to life. She is very detail-oriented, organized, professional, and most importantly, she will be your biggest advocate when it comes to dealing with vendors. I had my wedding in June 2019 at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach. Sara Besharati and The Besharati group were impeccable. Leading up and on my wedding day, Sara and her team were so organized and professional. Every single detail was perfectly planned out. Sara Besharati has such good connections to vendors in OC and LA our photographers, Mood Photo were so much fun and took the most incredible photos that I will cherish forever. She knew how much I loved and wanted an elegant and clean look to our wedding and she knew exactly what to do from the flowers to the color of the lights and table clothes. I am a professional in the wedding industry that works with many vendors. I work large, upscale weddings. Organizing a 250+ person event with 40 vendors onsite is truly their specialty. They are professional, detail oriented, and always have the clients best interest in heart. Sara always tries to customize each event to the clients desire and is extremely detail oriented and has great visual skills. She tries to make the process easy for the client. Sara was there every step of the way, 24/7 (literally), planning everything in detailed perfection. She guided us through the entire process every single day, even on weekends. On behalf of my wife and I... it is hard to express in words how much gratitude we have for Sara and her team for pulling off an absolutely flawless wedding for us. "You and your team made my dream from childhood a reality. I soaked up and enjoyed every moment of our wedding. Everything was done to perfection! It was honestly the best day of my life!" Sara and her team, especially Amy, amongst many others, really shined the day of our wedding. They did everything possible to make our experience top notch, and to eliminate any of the stress of the event. It was so nice being treated like royalty by the Besharati team, and knowing that all was taken care of and in good hands with them. And I can't forget to mention all of Sara's efforts leading up to the wedding. The vendors she recommended were all excellent. On top of that, we had a planning process that spanned over 2 years, due to COVID-19. We had multiple rescheduled wedding dates, so you can imagine the logistics of moving vendors around 3-4 times and what a nightmare it would be. Sara remained chipper at each hurdle we got to, and was a badass in staying on top of vendors, shifting schedule dates, and everything else. I feel like our wedding, particularly, due to the timing, was a lot of overtime for her, but she took it in stride and was there for us every step of the way. I could go on and on about every little detail and how perfect the wedding was, but just do yourself a favor and reach out to her yourself. You won't be disappointed. I wouldn't even give this one star Horrible experience with Sarah or the Besharati group starting with fake promises ,to selling you to the vendors or forcing her ideas she added more stress on us while hiring a full time coordinator Should release the stress over your shoulder ! I can't begin to explain my experience with The Besharati Group. Sara came in and saved the day because the planner we had hired decided to cancel on us 4 weeks before our wedding without having anything booked for us and totally left us hanging. With everything going on during these tough times we almost canceled our wedding but then my friend told me to give Sara a call to see if she can come through. Sara, gave us comfort and promised that she can put everything together within 4 weeks which I found hard to believe but sure enough she stayed in touch with us everyday, despite the fact that she just had a newborn baby she still managed to get all the good vendors on board and truly make our dream day come to reality in such short period of time and we will forever be grateful for everything her and her amazing team did for us. We love her so much and we recommend the Besharati group to anyone that is planning an event, please don't make the same mistake we made and get fooled by social media posts and get sold on an empty dream, don't waste your time and money and go straight to the Besharati group and have your wedding planning be a breeze for you! Sara is a great planner, we especially realized her value on our wedding day. She made sure everything was organized and done on time and everything went super smooth and stress-free! Her assistant Amy was also so amazing, by my side the entire day and so helpful! Our belongings and gifts were kept safe, packed and delivered to our room with everything in place. The Besharati Catering was also spectacular and we got so many compliments! The exotic fruit fisplay was beautiful, colorful, fresh and delicious. We tried to contract with Besharati Group but after 2 emails with their catering/wedding department, they quit responding to my emails and NEVER gave us a quote for our event. Guess they didn't want our 300+ event. So, we went elsewhere. It is unfortunate they chose to be unprofessional and just say they didn't want to work with us. read more

My husband and I got married a few weeks ago and we are still talking about how much of an impact Sara and the Besharti Group had in making our big day better than the dreams we had for it! I contacted Sara pretty early in the planning stages after having been to one of her other weddings years ago. I had been a long-time Instagram follower of hers and had seen all the STUNNING weddings and events that she has had planned and knew I wanted her for our team. Sara helped us throughout every step of the process, from reviewing venue contracts, making vendor recommendations, to the nitty gritty design details. I changed my mind several times on some small design details and she remained patient and continued to update quotes and other vendors with the most up-to-date plan. The real magic happed on the day of our wedding when Sara and her team took COMPLETE control of the day, organizing every detail with every vendor, coordinator and guest. My husband and I, as well as our families and bridal parties, were able to enjoy our wedding knowing that everything was being taken care of. We just got married a few weeks ago at Hummingbirds Nest Ranch and let me tell you... this venue is generally not an easy place to have a wedding as you basically have to bring everything from building a satellite kitchen to back up generators to lighting etc. Sara and her team made it very easy for us as they were so experienced and ensured we didn't miss any of the million nuances that go into hosting the perfect wedding. She was professional throughout the event and made sure my husband and I were enjoying the night and not having to worry about anything. We've had sooo many friends and family tell us it was best wedding they've ever been to. Hands down the best night of my life!! Sara helped take our vision and make it into reality. AMAZING. That is all I have to say. The Besharati Group is the best coordinating team out there. Sara and her team made sure everything was perfect and running smoothly for my wedding day. My wife and I got married a week ago at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna and the day was PERFECT. Sara and her group did a phenomenal job creating a timeline for the day months in advance and working with All our vendors to make sure everything went as planned. I mean, we were EARLY to the church, got to cocktail hour on time and actually attended it, and had dinner/reception start exactly on time. Sara is a boss and is highly regarded in the industry and so when you use her group for your wedding planning you can rest assured she will take control of any and all situations! Her assistants especially Aimee were also beyond amazing. Aimee was an angel the entire day. She checked in with us the entire day; she even came to the dance floor several times and brought us water. She anticipated that we would be hungry at the end of the night and so had food brought up to our room. The list goes on and on. I wish I could say a bit more but I am a bride and I work also in the wedding industry and I made the huge mistake to hire Sara to coordinate my wedding. Let me first point out that her instagram account, counts 25k followers but when you actually look at the amount of likes per photo or comments you immediately realize that those 25k followers are fake (she must have bought them). I saw her work on Instagram and I thought: oh great! But then after booking with her she was extremely disorganized and unprofessional also in regards of our other vendors. I trusted until the end but I wish I would have followed my guts and hire someone else, the problem is that when I finally understood what kind of a mess everything was with her, I already went over my budget and I couldn't hire someone else. Our schedule for the wedding was completely messed up and we ended up being one hour behind, I was almost in tears when people started coming to me saying how rude she was with some of the guests and how unprofessional. Definitely not recommend! read more

Sara was my full time wedding planner and her work was pretty mediocre. I was working as a pharmacist and studying at the same time so I didn't have time to focus on my wedding which is why I hired sara. I ended up doing most of the work when I realized her vision for my wedding was so off and not what I wanted. Her recommended florist that she spoke so highly of showed me a centerpiece that was so ugly and when she saw my reaction, she blamed me for not clearly telling her my vision when sara never sat down with me and asked me what my vision was nor did her florist. I informed her that the only thing I wholeheartedly wanted was a draping floral cascade from the sweetheart table and she didn't even communicate that to her florist and he only wanted to put flowers lining the table. It was just a mess and very stressful. I ended up cutting ties with her florist and going out and finding my own florist 3 months before my wedding while sara was on maternity leave and informed us not to contact her so I was very disappointed in her work and honestly didn't trust her with my wedding. She didn't like any of my ideas and would try to convince me to do what she wanted. She once rolled her eyes at one of my ideas that my fiancé even noticed. My fiancé had to postpone our tasting meeting with the hotel so he can attend it and sara emailed me telling me to not postpone it so she can attend it and we can just FaceTime him..which was absolutely unacceptable because he is the groom and that was the only meeting he was looking forward to attending. It's not the fact she emailed me, it's the fact that I had to have back and forth conversation with her convincing her why we need to postpone which was frustrating. If a client wants something, she shouldn't convince them otherwise. Our parents were paying for the wedding and when they would message sara about their concerns, she would brush them off and pretty much tell them that they shouldn't involve themselves which was highly disrespectful. Her job is supposed to be detail oriented so why was I getting emails from sara about someone else's event months after my wedding? I would only recommend Sara's team for day of coordination because Amy was an amazing shadow and was very helpful during my wedding day. read more

Catering and food were pretty good for my wedding a couple of years ago. I was happy with that but not with the wedding planning done by Sara. Attention to detail is pretty critical for her role and unfortunately she forgot many things that should've been taken care of by her and her assistants on the day of the wedding. That is why I am giving the Besharati group two stars. I just don't recommend Sara for wedding planning. If I were to do it again I would use the Besharati group for food and catering, but find someone else for wedding planning and not Sara Besharati. read more

I can not begin to express our appreciation for Sara and her girls!! My husband and I were trying to plan our wedding when Covid hit. We put our plans on hold for a while until we realized that things weren't really changing. Sara was able to help us plan a Covid friendly wedding that was beyond what I had ever dreamed of. From the very beginning to the very end of the process I never once felt lost. Even though a million and one things could have gone wrong that day (and I'm sure they did) I never knew about any of it. Her girls were like our shadows the entire day, they handled everything for us, making sure we stayed on schedule. The best part of it was they kept our belongings safe all night and made sure everything was packed up and not a single thing was lost, including all the gifts. I can not say enough good things about the Besharati group. If you hire them, they will absolutely exceed your expectations!! read more

Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. My husband and I wanted to plan something of a wedding celebration dinner, and we knew we needed some help because we live on the other side of the country and also none of our family and friends were available to provide much support. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning. The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide. Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned. I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. Sara Besharati and her team worked their magic (Aka work so hard!!) and brought our dream wedding to life at hummingbirds nest ranch this summer! I never realized how much planning truly goes into planning a Persian wedding. On our first meeting, Sara took the time to fully understand our vision, budget, and our must haves. She made great recommendations for vendors and gave us a detailed timeline of things that needed to be done prior to the wedding day. Our periodic check-in meetings helped keep the stress levels low and kept us on track throughout the entire process. Seeing things come together so smoothly weeks before the wedding completely validated everything you hear about the importance of having a great wedding planner. Her greatness was once again proven with her coordination skills on our wedding day. Sara and her team kept everyone on track while maintaining a professional and cheerful vibe! Her assistant took such great care of us. She made sure we were hydrated, fed, and as rested as possible the entire day. (The day started at 7am and didn't end till 2am the next morning!!) my wife and I felt like celebrities that day. My husband and I have not stopped talking about our wedding. We got married at Fairmont Grand Del Mar last September and I wish I could relive the day over. It was SO fun and it wouldn't have been possible without them. During the planning, Sara connected us with the best vendors in Orange County and San Diego who were truly professional and highly rated. Sara not only helped bring things together in a timely fashion but was mindful of our budget and vision for our big day. To put it simply, Sara was amazing! When we were picking our rentals, flowers and even venue, she made us design decks with all of our options... and every time we changed our mind on something, which trust me, was A LOT, we would have a new design and floorpans. I can't say enough amazing things about The Besharati group. I got engaged at the end of May 2021, reached out to Sara and told her I wanted an intimate wedding in 4 weeks. She turned around the most stunning event EVER in less than a month. I don't know how she pulled it off. With COVID restrictions lifting this summer and all the postponed weddings coming back, she was able to find me an amazing venue (on the date we wanted) and was able to source all the right vendors in such a short amount of time. The entire process was so easy and not stressful. I didn't give Sara any guidance on the flowers or settings or vibe (because I didn't have a vision) and she pulled together a beautiful event that completely matched our two personalities.
