Service definitely much better than the Blue Springs Big Biscuit and servings definitely more in line with what would be expected. Food was good and my server Ciara did an excellent job. I even had leftover to take home. I certainly didn't leave hungry.

Just want to say this place was amazing. From the warm friendly greeting to the amazing waitress that I had when I was sitting at the "counter area/bar area". She was super friendly and sweet. She was a huge KC Chiefs dan and I admire her for her motivation because the Chiefs were playing tonight. Everything looked so organized and the menus were placed and ready for me to browse. Ordered the full biscuits and gravy thinking it would be like everywhere else but I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!! I'm a huge foodie but this order was HUGE!! It was awesome!! I also got the loaded and ladled potatoes and that was a treat. The biscuits were huge but baked perfectly and the sausage gravy...I could have taken a straw to it!!! For the potatoes...I ate them the way they were served and I thought it would have been insulting if I would have put ketchup on them so I didn't want to look like I was not from around the area, so I didn't... Overall, it was an amazing experience and thanks to the staff...I will make sure to bring my Soldiers and Associates here for a super filling breakfast.

Fantastic, friendly service in a nice, clean restaurant with a rustic atmosphere. The eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, the waffle had plenty of butter, and the sweet tea was very sweet. I would definitely return to this The Big Biscuit location.

Ver clean, lots of seating and good for groups, great kids menu along with decently large normal menu, nice atmosphere, quick service. The biscuits are a must obviously! Our waitress was amazing and so helpful with her recommendations and what her favorites were. Would definitely go again for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Service is always quick & polite. The coffee is perfect temp & slightly stronger than typical restaurant coffee which I prefer! Food comes out in a timely manner & the biscuits are so tasty.

Came here to escape the Super Bowl parade madness, I normally go to a different location but I was afraid I was going to have to wait forever. I ordered an orange juice 6/10. It tasted like it was previously frozen. My go to here is the Ranch Hand skillet, when it's cooked it's a 10/10 this time around not so much. They had to remake it twice, and it was still was not correct. It was barely any steak in the skillet and some way somehow the potatoes were cold. I was so annoyed at this point I just paid for my food and left. I will continue to go to my normal location where I never come across these issues. I still recommend Big Biscuit it's a great place for breakfast.

Stopped here on Labor Day on our way home from a weekend with friends. Always great service and great breakfast food. Would recommend if you are in the area!!

We love this place. Been coming here for years now since we moved back. We take my mom here for breakfast on weekends. They have the best service and fresh breakfast with a lot of variety. Plus lunch foods available also. We have tried just about everything from Eggs Benedict, omelettes, their signature biscuits and gravy to BLTs. All very good. Just have to call out the wonderful table service we get at this location. Very sweet, courteous and helpful! We drive over from Platte Woods to go to this location because of this. The one near us is good just hard to get in and uncomfortable in all comparison. We use the check in online via the yelp app which is very reliable and timely. Great start of your day.

When we arrived to this restaurant, the host was extremely friendly. I immediately checked in online using Yelp with the wait time of 1 to 11 minutes. We were seated in about five minutes. The food was really good. The service was great and the portion sizes are really big. Definitely check this place out. If you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.

We find out The Restaurant KC is open 24 hours only a few days/week. On our way to Olathe, we stopped here. The Biker Bar had just closed next door. The Waitress was very nice and told me to get the French toast. I didn't get the French toast and ordered Pancakes (which were great), my brother did order the FT and it was simply the best! Caramelized perfectly with the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar, just a tad of nutmeg (if any) and copious amounts of vanilla in the custard wash. The Chef who works the 24 hour late nights shifts knows what TF he's doing! There were people coming in at all hours for To Go orders of burgers and other dishes. Sucks I'm 1,800 miles away, because this might be the best breakfast I've ever had! The only thing I would change is the chain smoking that happens next door, that infiltrates the restaurant. That's THE ONLY thing I would change. However, the food is so darn good, might be worth the stinky cigarette smoked clothes for some of these hot cakes, griddle items and the tastiest bacon you've ever had.

The correct order was the cheese burger and curly fries. The fries were not so good but maybe just because it was door dash and not fresh by the time it arrived. Only small complaint would be the hours on google and yelp are wrong. Can the business owner update these?

It seemed to be placed under a heat lamp until the meat was dried out, than slathed with brown gravy just before serving. I received one carrot, a piece of potato and mashed potatoes drowned in brown gravy. Edible, but not worth what we were charged. For me, the highlight was going to be Apple Cobbler a la Mode. The presentation was spectacular, but the menu clearly stated that this was baked in their kitchen. I took one spoonful and it was still partially frozen. I sent it back, and was told it would be put back in the oven, but it was back in two minutes, and the plate was piping hot. I asked if went back into the oven, and was told it was put into a microwave oven. It was at best luke warm, so I ate the ice cream and left the entire cobbler, less two small spoonfuls, on the table. I was offered a to go box, which I refused. I was there with my sons, who didn't want me to make a scene. Had I been there by myself, I would have had a long, difficult conversation with the manager. I may go back for breakfast (which is served all day), but not for lunch or dinner. I would have gotten the same level of food if I bought a Healthy Choice frozen dinner.

It wasn't busy when I arrived which was nice, and I took a seat at one of the tables. When I began looking around the store, I noticed the trash on the floors, the countertops were dirty, dishes piled, and food residue everywhere inside the kitchen. My server came and placed a water glass on my table with silverware. The water glass itself was dirty in some areas and my silverware was also dirty. I decided to order the Bacon Cheeseburger with hashbrowns to go with plastic silverware. The burger itself was good and had great flavor, juicy, and flavorful. The hashbrowns were crunchy, salted perfectly, and delicious. However, I felt uncomfortable eating the food because of the restaurant's condition. I saw the server scrape the food instrument used to flip the pancake in the pancake maker on leftover pancake residue on the counter and I was sickened knowing that someone's food was being made using that same item. Not only that, but the workers inside this establishment were not professional and were cussing half of the time I was there. Overall, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The cleanliness was below standard, the professionalism is below standard, and I didn't feel comfortable eating my food knowing that the spatula making my food could've been used on something it shouldn't of.
