We eat at this location quite often for family diners due to location and good service. It was very obvious that our server was new, and while very polite, he was not trained very well. It also seemed that management did not have much experience, as the service for the entire restaurant was running very slow. We saw two tables leave before they had been acknowledged by a server. It was not very busy when we arrived, with many open tables, yet it took over an hour to get our food. One of our parties order was forgotten, another's entree salad was delivered without dressing. It took her about 10 minutes to get her dressing. Most of the food was overcooked or dry. We had to wait 30 minutes for drink refills after asking several times, and we never got more napkins after asking for them as well. Overall, a very disappointing visit.

This seems to be a very popular breakfast spot. They do offer military discount like majority of the establishments within the area. They give you plenty portion wise. Enough to take home, but the thought of reheated breakfast doesn't sound too appetizing. Just enjoy it dining in lol. Pancakes were fluffy and plate size. More than enough to share amongst 2 others. After 3 bites you're full. The cheesesteak omelette was great and packed with a lot of flavor. I ordered a side of French toast, which was just as tasty. They were thick slices of toast that was dusted in cinnamon that ended up drowning in syrup. They do offer multiple fruit toppings if you want to make it a full on breakfast dessert. The western omelette would've been better had there been some flavor to it. It tasted very bland. Adding salt doesn't always do the trick. I just expected more flavor considering the requested ingredients I added to an already packed omelette. I will definitely be back to try some of the other options they offer.

The extra crispy bacon was just right and the cheddar grits creamy. The mimosa had fresh orange juice which I love. His omelette was "really good" which from him means great! Our server Rowan was super nice and quick! We really enjoyed the conversation. The seating hostess was kind of short with me. I'm soft spoken and when I said "two please" she looked up annoyed and replied "say it again" and just didn't make us feel very welcome. We still had a great meal and really enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance upbeat and cheerful. The food was plated beautifully. We will definitely be returning.

And their price is decent. Whenever we have friends and family who visits this is our place to go. However. The past 4 times we've been here. It's gone down hill. We kept giving them another chance because hey maybe they were off their game that time. But honestly, after our last visit ( a week ago). Never again will we return. My husband's burger was cold. There wasn't even any warmth to his burger when he took a bite out of it. All of our sodas were FLAT! no carbonation whatsoever. My daughter ordered a lemonade. She then told me to try it. I took a sip. TERRIBLE!! literally tasted like tap water with lemon juice. Just horrible. And disappointing. I don't know what happened to this place. But they really need to fix it. It's so sad that a place that we liked so much has gone down hill so terribly. Service was subpar and restaurant was clean. But their food is awful!

I really don't like to leave a bad review. Our server was Brianna. She was attentive, friendly, smiling, and our tea was never empty. Brianna brought us rolls to start. They were amazing. We ordered onion rings for an app. They were truly delicious. Beer battered and fried to perfection. Unfortunately, on my second one, when I dipped it into the sauce a hair was in the sauce and then hanging off my onion ring. My husband removed it with a napkin because I was gagging. Needless to say, we didn't eat the onion rings after that. I asked the waitress to take them away and explained about the hair. She apologized. For entrees, hubby ordered the Cajun chicken sausage Alfredo with penne pasta. It was a huge portion, and he thought it was delicious. 2/3 of it is in a to go box in my fridge now. I'd ordered the Roadies, which is simply 3 cheeseburger sliders and fries. I asked for my burgers to be cooked medium. They were well done, and the char on the outside was just too much. Medium is medium. I ate 2/3 of one because I was hungry, and I told Brianna that I'd only be eating the fries because the burgers are well done. She apologized and said that she wrote it on the ticket for medium, but the cooks don't always read the special instructions. I had about 5 fries and put the plate at the end of the table. When Brianna picked up the plate she again apologized. She brought our check, and it included the onion rings with hair and my meal they overcooked, and explained that all she could do was give us a military discount, and hopefully we'll return and have a better experience. Well, we are military. With all my husband has lived through, we deserve a military discount! I asked her to speak with a manager. Hubs and I were surprised one hadn't already been by to speak with us. Our server came back with the check, onion rings removed, but no manager ever bothered to come out. We won't return, ever. Management of Logan's obviously don't give a crap about their customers. I left hungry and had to stop somewhere else to eat after we left. It's just wrong. I can't leave my review without mentioning that the store itself is dirty, outdated, and truly needs painting. I'd give 5 stars for the service, but management not caring enough to speak to us ruined our entire experience. As a former restaurant manager, I found nothing worthy of a return visit. No one cared, and you left the staff to deal with all mistakes. That's just wrong.

It was very busy around 12:30 mid-day, but I was seated immediately. There is downstairs and an upstairs that looks over the first floor. They have a huge menu. Lots of pub fare. Beer cheese, nachos, various pizzas (tons of combinations, most with lots of meat, and you can create your own). They also have flatbreads (again, several combos, some veggie, some meaty). Entrees include steaks, pork chops, grilled chicken, chicken tenders, salmon, and shrimp tacos. Large selection of sandwiches (turkey, clubs, BLT, reuben, prime rib). And at least 10 different types of burgers. I had the cowboy, made with Monterey Jack, bacon, sautéed onions, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, and pickle). Huge burger (I only ate half). The fries were hot and tasty. The burger arrived medium as I had ordered and the produce seemed fresh. The mushroom and onion flavors were lost somehow, and the burger could have used a little more seasoning, but overall solid for being local to Clarksville. I had a couple of cocktails, some type of margarita with cranberry, and a basic mule. They were fine, but nothing special and nothing I would order again. They have a ton of beers here, and that's what they are known for, so if you're a beer drinker, that's your best bet. They have brunch on the weekends. My server was attentive and kind.
