Everything about this coffee shop was GREAT! The girls at the front were able to suggest such great drinks and I must say the banana maple latte is by far my favorite. They have multiple outlets and comfortable seating as well as very friendly staff. I have also gotten a grilled cheese a few times and they are very tasty! We were greatly surprised and disappointed that the establishment does not take their customers' safety during this pandemic seriously. The lone female worker did not wear a mask. After working overtime this week as a night shift nurse, I was so excited to see a small business coffee shop less than 3 miles away from my house! I saw it while I was stuck in traffic, and figured I would go inside to try it out. I walked inside immediately noticed that no one was wearing a mask, which makes my heart drop in to my stomach with anxiety I have because I know how over filled our hospitals are and I see how overworked or medical staff is, and it's really disheartening to know that a business couldn't do the bare minimum and be polite enough to wear masks when there are customers. I will say, even though I feel guilty purchasing a drink from a business that is turning an epidemic into something political, I truly appreciated their service. Everyone served me with a smile, which was nice to see, but it took me a good 10 minutes before I summed up the courage to actually try my drink after my experience. They gave me a great recommendation, and I ended up getting the toasted almond mocha over ice. Its yummy! Sweet, just how I like it so if you end up getting it and dont have a sweet tooth, maybe do half sweet. I was so excited to support a small business but ethically don't see myself coming back here. I would just like to remind the workers and owner that it's a matter of respect to customers to be wearing a mask and if you experienced shift I had last night, maybe you might have some empathy to those who are truly suffering from this pandemic. Studies show that, although an aersolized virus can pass through most variations of our masks that we utilize, both parties wearing some form of masks during an interaction decrease transmission likeliness by over 90% because of the trapping of larger virus containing particles and droplets. Sadly I'm really bummed but I wont be coming back here because a completely avoidable amount of anxiety could have been deterred, by again, doing the absolute minimum and not turning this stressful time into a political point fueled by pride and stubborness. read more

I've tried several of their drinks and they were all delicious. My favorite is the lavender honey latte with an extra shot. I believe they use a local coffee which I love. The owner and employees are kind and attentive and my drinks are always made fast. I tried their ham & cheese panini and it was tasty and they even have a small hot sauce selection. I hope they expand on their food menu! The chic/hip design is wonderful. There's art on the walls, a variety of inviting seating, plants, and cool little knick knacks that add to it all. I will definitely take advantage of the outdoor lounge area in the back (kind of hidden which I think adds to the vibe) when it's cooler out. Don't be afraid to explore, it seems there's always something new to discover each visit. It's the perfect place for both when you're on the go or want to hang for a while. I really liked this place. The décor is simple and unassuming with cute quotes and art on the walls. The place has lots of room and seating if you want to chill. The owners are serving. Daniel made our drinks-oat milk latte and a Wild berry smoothie. Both were excellent. Especially the smoothie! I finished the smoothie on the ride home and wanted to turn around and go back for another. I would have if I were alone! Daniel's wife, Lynette (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) was there as well and she let us love on their English Bulldog, Brewer (get it?). He was leashed and hanging out in a corner so that he could see the passerbys and lure them in. It worked on me! Pricing is good, owners are humble and kind, Brewer is the Boss and the drinks were excellent. AND we are supporting a small business! read more

We were so happy we visited The Black Sheep today. This place is trendy but relaxed. Drinks were inexpensive and delicious. The owners are a friendly young couple who have placed a guitar, games, and cool art around the room. They have an awesome dog named "Brewer". Be sure to meet him. Customers were also enjoying on the sizeable patio - distancing wasn't an issue. So much to see n do in this business, they have awesome art on the walls, there's chalk you can use to write on their blackboard area on their island, and plus sometimes if your lucky they will bring in their dog which is always a plus! The owners are super welcoming and the coffee is delicious I absolutely love the R.A.M blended drink!! I asked for a white chocolate mocha/caramel ram and it was so good. The banana nut muffins are to die for too. Teas are not my jive but they for my boyfriend and he adores the tea here, it is very flavorful and refreshing. read more
