It's been a while since I frequented this establishment, but it did not fail me. The Blasket is a solid neighborhood Irish pub with great food and a welcoming vibe. Their smash burger is top-notch--juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Pair it with your favorite drink, and you've got the perfect setup for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

This place is lovely and you will be hard pressed to find a better pint of Guinness in nyc. The food is top notch too. Their sausage roll will have you doing silent screams of help because it nearly impossible to put down.

Cute, little Irish pub. Service is a bit slow (Sunday afternoon) and I probably should've gotten a beer over an aperol spritz (got watery fast), but I did enjoy my Blasket burger, which was cooked as requested, and fries. I tried one sweet chili wing and it wasn't bad, but I think I would've preferred buffalo sauce in this case, as I wasn't the biggest fan of the sauce. Overall, solid spot; I'll probably be back!

This charming Irish bar has excellent service and surprisingly - excellent food! We arrived to watch an NFL game and began with draft beers, though they have great cocktails and non alcoholic options. For appetizers we started with the potato and leek soup which is served in a very generous portion along with Irish soda bread and Kerry gold butter. The soup is phenomenal, made fresh in house. We then tried their gin & tonic, made with Elderflower tonic and Irish gin. Highly recommend! For entrees we ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad which is 10/10; fresh romaine, perfectly dressed, and thin and juicy well-seasoned chicken breast. I ordered the fish & chips which comes with a generous portion of chips, Cole slaw, tartar sauce, ketchup, and lightly battered and tender white fish that has a great flavor. Lastly we ordered the Shepherd's Pie which comes with a delicious salad and is an Irish hug in a bowl - warm mashed potatoes, flavorful ground beef, and fresh vegetables. For dessert we each tried the lava cake served with vanilla ice cream which was the perfect way to end the meal. After the game we toured their private space upstairs that is available for parties. It was gorgeous! Super clean, inviting, fully stocked, and a great second level view of 2nd Ave.

Great selection of Draft Beers on tap. Nice food menu too, bar food and lunch menu. Quiet and modern decor inside. Pleasant friendly bar staff.

Best curry fries in town! Amazing bartenders and incredible ambience! One of my favorite bars in nyc

    They have Kilkenny...!

They serve Kilkenny beer... enough said! But their food and staff is also awesome. Great neighborhood spot.

Great fast service on a chill Tuesday night. Had quick shots with my party - the bartender was great. Wish I got his name.

Reasonably priced, kind bartenders, and good finger food! The interior was also nicely decorated from St pattys day.

Service from the bartender was great. I ordered the fish and chips and a Bloody Mary. Everything was great up till then. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. Maybe it was a deep fat fryer thing, but I respectfully suggest the cook be given a little additional training. The fish batter was hard on the outside, and the fish was completely mushy on the inside. Like, gray mush. The fries were lukewarm. The mushy peas and the tartar sauce were served in little covered plastic disposable containers. I'm not a fan of that, but I get it is convenient. I truly wanted to like this place, and except for my one experience with the food, I would certainly return. People were having fun, and I did as well. I believe if they become a little more attentive in the kitchen, this place is a five star pub.

Apparently this beer is not as common in New York, but there were a couple Irish pubs that still sold them on draft and luckily there was one nearby my hotel. Very cool place! It's easy to miss walking by but once inside there's a bar on the main floor, restaurants in the next floor and a rooftop bar several stories up. The rooftop bar is a huge open atmosphere and once seated you have about 40 beers on tap to select from. The staff is incredibly friendly as well and knew exactly what I was looking for. Bartenders - FIVE of them will ignore tf out of you until they have no choice but to speak to you because some finance bros came and called the bartenders over. Thought it was because I'm a woman but then this older Caucasian woman came to sit next to me and they came to her right away (I'm a woman of color). I even had to flail my arms just to get the tab and I can tell that it's their routine to ignore a certain demographic. I was only here because my friend had to meet up with my work colleagues so I thought I would grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a quick burger before heading out for birthday festivities. The burger and fries were good and the rooftop is nice. I have no desire to return but it's probably what they want.
