Terrific little down home Breakfast spot. Perfect for a quick stop while shopping or meeting with old friends. Tucked away in a shopping strip in the beginning of Old Webster district. Food was hot and seasoned. The restaurant was packed on a late morning week day but tables and service were quick and attentive. The only thing that kept them from 5 stars is the lack of ventilation or maybe no hoods in the back of the house. Will definitely return.

Food was good. Service was ok. Honestly I felt a bit out of place. Not sure that I would go back. It wasn't a bad experience, it just wasn't great.

The service and food was fast and quick and the ambiance was nice, I don't have much complaints but after I ate my meal my stomach began to hurt. I don't know if I just got a bad meal or all the foods are like this.

First time coming to this dinner. I wouldn't necessarily consider this a cafe. It's def more of a dinner type feel w/o the stools at counter lol. Or an upscale Denny's . Regardless...you sit where you want which was awkward for someone coming in for the first time and everyone just looks at you until a staff tells you "sit anywhere you like". But!!!! The ladies here are all friendly, they look happy to be there and they have regulars from what I could hear (there's no music ...you can hear all the conversations around you ). The menu....so many options to pick from and the portions are very generous and pricing...well I haven't seen them that low since before Covid lol. Husband and I each ordered food, order of biscuits and gravy bc it's a must wherever I go, and two drinks and our bill was $34. We haven't seen our bill that low in a long time! The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly, crispy but not crunchy or oily. My Greek omelette was sooo good!! The biscuits and gravy....well I'm picky and always looking for the perfect gravy and this gravy was just your basic gravy...but the biscuits must've been made from scratch bc the outside were crisp and the inside so light and not dense. Actually loved their biscuits. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place for any one looking for a chill, not over priced, but good breakfast place. I def will be back to try other omelette with biscuits to go .

The Boardwalk cafe has everything you need for a good breakfast spot. Nothing too fancy, but it has a lot of character. When we walked in, the place was filled! Took us about 5 minutes to get a seat. Coffee, omelet, hash browns, and toast is what I had. Nothing over the top, but I liked the vibe. If you're looking for a local spot who does the basics right, they've got you covered!

I had the vegetable skillet (minus peppers) w added fresh avocados. It was delish! Tge servers are always so helpful and nice. The kitchen does a great job preparing food that is tasty and satisfying. Great little neighborhood joint with a homey feel. Check out the hours.... They close at 3p

Boardwalk skillet, added spinach. So good! My son had big fluffy pancakes!

Great food. Great service. Inexpensive! It was a tough decision as there were lots of good things on the menu. Perfect sunny side up eggs and big fluffy pancakes!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Best. Hash browns. Ever! We came here due to local and it looked like a great breakfast spot. Right when we walked up you could see all the waitresses having conversations with all the regulars here. Everyone was so nice and just on top of everything! The menu has choices for everyone and is priced very fair. I ordered the Popeye omelette and my fiancé ordered the Arch Skillet. The food was so good but the hash browns were absolutely AMAZING! The flavor was top notch. The cook on them was absolutely perfect. I will be coming back here for the service and food but the hash browns are the best hash browns I've ever had! I asked the waitress if they made them a special way and she said "no, but next time you should try the fries!" Well I will be back again and again but it will be the tough decision between breakfast or lunch!

Since I shared that I was not currently drinking alcohol, he made a few mocktail recommendations and I loved how he was able to "sell" them to me. I went with a class G&T mocktail and my friend went with a mezcal drink based on his recommendations. We also ordered 2 of the apps to just have at the table while we chatted. The mocktail I had really did hit the spot and my friend really enjoyed her cocktail as well. The hummus we ordered witht he veggies was so good and we also had a potato app that was truly such a unique flavor with creme fraiche and walnuts. There are no misses on the restaurant menu, everything is delicious, and if I had the stomach capacity I would want to order everything in one sitting to eat. The Cilbir is one of my favorites because of the yogurt and the eggs once mixed together is so delicious together with the bread they provide. However the Sendvic is another classic in our household, either with the sudzuka or the beef bacon added. Honestly everything on their menu is amazing. One thing to note is you are supposed to order first before sitting down since they assign you your seat/table. Sadly, I'd say this restaurant is actually a star worse than BTB. Let's start with the positives: this place has a cool vibe. It's industrial with a bit of the warmth from the attached Rolling Ridge Nursery below. The downside of the industrial vibe is that the chairs are painful and there could be more seating. The food wasn't bad by any means, but it didn't knock our socks off. My Mom got the Breakfast Sendvic, which is essentially an Egg Sandwich on crispy bread with an herb aioli. She added Beef Bacon. I understand they don't serve pork here, but the Beef Bacon was not her favorite. I got the Breakfast Pide. I thought I ordered sausage on top, but instead received something similar to Pepperoni. Regardless, I enjoyed my meal. The service was definitely the weakest part of our experience. We did not encounter one "friendly" staff member. They all ranged from cordial to rude. That being said, I think we'd give Telva another chance a few months from now.

The plates were all different and my guest who got a sandwich had her food come out in a plastic fry basket instead of the nicer plates. Odd. As I mentioned earlier, they are not kid friendly as they don't have a kids menu or kid friendly items like fruit and pancakes. We ordered a side of avocado and chicken sausage as those were the safest for us. Also there are no changing tables in the restrooms. Accessibility note: the entrance is a giant multi-slope and 1 turn ramp into a cramped lobby. The men's restroom is the only one on the main floor and female restroom is tucked far in the backroom inaccessible due to a steep step in the back. It is not wheelchair or walker friendly.
