They also offer sashimi and sushi, although those are limited to one serving per person. In addition to the table service, there is a buffet with an impressive selection of meats, dim sum, sushi rolls, curry, vegetables, snacks, fresh fruit, desserts, milk tea, and other beverages. The quality of the food was very good, especially considering the price. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the variety made it easy to sample a little of everything. For $29.99, the experience was more than worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!

I'd give the food 3 stars at bests…read more Looking back, I really wish we hadn't chosen the premium Gold Tier menu today. The restaurant forces you to select and commit to a dining plan on their system before you are even allowed to enter and see what food is actually available. To make matters worse, there is a clear discrepancy between their physical menu and digital ordering system. Upon reviewing our photos later, we noticed that several items listed on the physical menu (which were not crossed out) don't even have a matching category, tag, or option on the tablet ordering system. P.S. Before anyone questions whether I simply missed these items at the buffet/snack bar: I personally went to the buffet area at least three times and reordered using tablet ordering system multiple times. There wasn't even a single tag or label for those missing items. If they were supposedly there, the real question should be why they were never restocked. Charging $78 a person while failing to properly update the digital menu or sync it with the physical one is incredibly misleading. You shouldn't charge this premium price without letting customers know exactly what is missing beforehand. There were empty spots at the buffet stations, and the restocking speed was painfully slow. I wish we had known this before coming; we would have happily just done the lunch special instead of paying for the Tier menu. Our waitress was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and easily the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the service. The hosts seemed overwhelmed, and the front area felt understaffed to handle the crowd. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation. My friend is currently wearing an Aircast boot for a foot injury, so we separated and had her wait for the table first since walking is difficult for her. The entrance was crowded with waiting guests, but no one told her that there were actually open seats behind the bar. Even though it was obvious she was injured and needed a place to sit, the host did not offer any alternatives. She eventually asked if she could sit at the bar, only to discover plenty of open seats behind it. It would have been much more thoughtful if the host had actively mentioned this to the waiting guests. The ordering system was another major source of frustration. The tablets at our table either had an outdated system or were dying--they frequently froze, and we had to try multiple times just to place an order. Even worse, the system missed one of our limited special items entirely. We actually lost track because, after we submitted our order, they swapped our tablet for a new one, and the system got completely confused. We had to ask at least three times about the missing item before it was finally addressed. Huge thanks to our waitress, who personally went back to the kitchen to communicate for us and ensure we got our missing items. Without her, I'm not sure the issue would have been resolved at all. As for the food, the restocking speed was disappointing. One of the milk tea machines was virtually empty for the duration of our visit--it only had a tiny splash left at the very bottom, well below the line, and was never refilled. The meat was sliced extremely thin, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but due to the type of grill plate they use, the meat burns instantly and constantly sticks to the grill plate. If you're going to slice meat that thin, the grill setup really needs to be reconsidered. One more thing: the restaurant's advertisements are completely outdated. They still advertise a $28 membership card, which is no longer a valid dining option (it is $58 a year now). I wish someone had informed us about this before we made our choices. Overall, I wouldn't return to this location. The waitstaff were warm and professional and worked hard, but the incomplete menu, slow restocking, and poor communication made the experience disappointing. We also appreciated that no one rushed us to leave after we paid and sat for about an hour--that was a positive note to end on.

It's definitely also a plus that you have a full mall parking lot to take advantage of without any need to pay for parking. Ambiance-The aesthetics are truly beautiful within this establishment! The pops of color, the light fixtures, the rose wall, the mirrored hallway...all very lovely and pleasing to the eye! Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! He gave wonderful recommendations regarding the menu, and he checked on us with just the right amount of consistency. He was friendly, personable, and kind! He genuinely wanted to make sure that the experience was memorable and it showed brightly & authentically! Food-I had the Fried Salmon Bites, Traditional Waffles & Fried Lobster, and Peach Cobbler. It was all cooked to perfection with such flavor! I had a lovely Wild berry drink that was very delicious. There was no wait, no crazy lines, and no pretentiousness. K+K is doing things right, and I thank you!

I came in on a Saturday for a 6:15 PM reservation for a party of four. I arrived first on time and my first guest arrived at 6:20 PM. I was told I had to wait till the rest of my party arrived. I set at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party. My friend approached the hostess stand to ask if we could be seated as a party of two . Also, advised the Mexican girl that it will be only 3 but, we don't have to wait for her cause she's not gonna be eating since we're on a time schedule and was attending an event. The hostess was very rude and dismissive, stating "that's not how it works" in an unprofessional tone. Later, another hostess came over and said our reservation had "run over" at 6:35 PM, even though we were already in the restaurant before our reservation time window had passed and there were clearly open tables available. The restaurant wasn't packed at all. When we asked again about a table for two, we were told we could either sit at the bar or wait. The interaction felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. We told the hostess we wanted a table for two to sit down and eat . The black hostess said , so you want to stay at the bar or you want a table . I said a table. She said , the bar ‍I said no a table. She then said that they could refuse service if we had an attitude, which was not the case . I simply answered her question by saying no . Told her I didn't know that saying no is me having an attitude. At that point, we chose to leave and not spend our money there due to the poor customer service and the rudeness of the hostess. Overall, the staff we interacted with on June 20th at 6:15 PM were rude and unprofessional and clearly need better customer service training. Based on this experience, I understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Ambiance: none at all but this is a buhi (buford highway) establishment so I couldn't care less about ambiance or service; just give me the good food. They really should swap out the fluorescent/LED lights and I'm not sure if it's an authentic addition but there's a gambling room too connected to the dining room lol. lol Service: table service, however we paid at the register at the end of our meal. Sort of like Waffle House lol. At the time of our visit, it was one woman who was both the cashier and server but we also visited at like 10am in a Friday morning LOL. We know it's an odd time. I will say the food took longer than expected but then again we got like 6 homemade tortillas soOo... I won't complain bc I can't make my own tortillas any faster than they can Food: We wanted to do a breakfast that was quite unique and we definitely got it here at this authentic Guatemalan restaurant. I got the desayunos rancheros ($14) with "medium well eggs" and my bf basically got the same thing but with a side of sausage ($2) instead of steak. Both proteins were absolutely delicious and eggs were deliciously cooked. The table received some homemade tortillas (LITERALLY THE REASON TO GET BREAKFAST HERE) and we made little breakfast tacos with our eggs, meat, beans, salsa, and cheese. The yolks made a perfect dipping vehicle for our tacos. I cannot get over how perfect the tortillas were; warm and soft. Coffee also wasn't bad but their creamer is a powder (also not sure if this is just a Guatemalan thing or not lol but I drink my coffee black so it didn't matter to me)

Perfect if you're coming from shopping around Perimeter or just want a laid-back spot with really good food. It's one of those rare places where you can bring friends, kids, or even go for a casual date and it still feels like a great experience.
