What we found pretty cool was how the cooks/chefs come out and serve your hot plate at your seat. That gesture is a nice touch to the presentation. The brisket was flavorful, fall off the bone tender and just all around good flavor. Smokejack seems to be the only place so far that we have found that can cook a good brisket.
