I have been to bougie nails several times and a few weeks ago Michelle trimmed out my ingrown toenail and cut deep in my skin and it was infected and very painful. So I returned and talked to Steve who's incredible who apologized and put Ana right on me. Anna was not only an expert at fixing my toe issue, although painful, not her fault she took the time to give me one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I will definitely be back and I will be asking for Ana. Thank you so much.

Dip nails 50 dollars. $45 plus $5 removal of gel or dip

Called and made request same day availability, good about that. Requested price for dip nails stated $45, when service collected added $5 removal fee. The regular polish pedicure $28. They do offer drinks as well. Overall nice selection of colors, pretty prompt service. I did enjoy the nail shape for my nails, this only the second time getting dip, so I would have to compare price, also noting no massage at end.

I loved my experience here! I wanted to book a salon service with promising reviews via ClassPass, and this business did not disappoint. I booked a mani-pedi with my points, and upgraded the mani to gel for $18. They offer a complimentary drink of which they have many options (water, tea, viet coffee, margs, wine, etc.). I chose a mango margarita which was really delicious! The salon itself, btw, is organized, clean, and decorated very cute. I came in on a Monday afternoon, so naturally, it wasn't crowded and I was serviced immediately by two friendly women. I'm pleased with how my nails turned out, and will return for another service!

Okay, breathhhhh in and out. This place... steven ? Stephen? And I believe his wife are owners and are the reason place is making money. Vanessa our nail tech, whom ill say is kind, respectful. But as far as the work she did. Not okay, ill submit pictures and the conversation. She had to fix her nails 2x and we were suppose to go a 3x but honestly I was really not going to go again, id be a horrible person standing there. In a span of 1 week in a half 3x 4-5 nails fell off. Again ill add photos. Clean rips just all of it lifted as if you had a press on. Again this is on a 13 yo girl with healthy nail bits, doesn't play any hand sport, unacceptable. So every fix Vanessa was apologizing and saying she doesn't want to lose a customer she will always fix and what not, problem here this shouldn't happen. You dont want to lose your time coming back every time ? This shouldn't happen. I wasnon the phone with Steven and he assured me it wouldn't happen again, it shouldn't happen. That he was going to watch her... I asked if he can do it. 2nd time ? 3rd ? He says no I cannot because she did the set she has to fix her mistake. ? Tell me why on her 2nd fix another lady is helping her !!!! Oof nope showing you all photos. Lastly place is dirty cloths are old, stained, ripped. Do better. And tools get used and pulled from heat sterilizer on god good luck that they were cleaned. In my honest opinion our money our time and how hard we work should be valued and considered in this time we live in. And when a company or a business shows you how they do business like this RUN. I want zero stars but I guess one shall do.

Second time getting gelX, my first lasted 3.5weeks and then I came in again to get a new set. Absolutely love & the designs always come out great. Last set I got gems and they held on with only a couple coming off closer to week 3, overall really recommend!

Recently moved to the area and wanted to check out The Boujee Nails. My sister had a Destress Pedicure and enjoyed the service she had. I came in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure. Their website is easy to navigate to book appointments in case you don't want to call. I was seated right away and was presented with a booklet of colors to choose from. Each staff member I interacted with was so friendly and kind. They also offered me a drink which was a nice touch. My nail technician was fast and efficient, making sure to be careful with the removal of skin around my nails. I had a great experience and can't wait to return in the future for a pedicure next :)

I visited this salon for the first time about a week ago and had a pedicure with Lily -- she's amazing! I went back recently for a simple full set, done by the gentleman there (I didn't catch his name, but I believe he's the only male tech), and he did an incredible job as well -- fast, efficient, and straight to the point. Fresh "pedicure" the polish is all over my toes, it looks cracked, no cuticle removal.

First and last time, this is how they deliver their service, no cuticle removal on toes or hands, my hands look worse than when I came, the nail polish looks different colors, has bumps and it's falling off, same for my toes, looked chipped right away when I tried to explain they told me to come back for a fix, they never fixed it, the were really rude, they didn't provide the service as promised and they refused to fix or refund even when they don't have a sign with the policy of no refund. Never coming back. Please don't go there.

5 Stars - A Hidden Gem That Truly Cares! I recently moved to Fullerton and was on the lookout for a new nail salon when I discovered Boujee Nails--and I couldn't be more grateful that I did. After a painful experience a few years ago with an aggressive pedicurist and an ingrown toenail injury, I've been extremely cautious about where I go. But from the moment I stepped into Boujee Nails, I felt completely at ease. Michelle was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and meticulous with her work. Her warm, calming presence made me feel like I was in the best hands--literally. I chose the Refresh Pedicure, and it delivered exactly what it promised. My feet felt rejuvenated, pampered, and cared for in a way I hadn't experienced in years. As if that wasn't enough, I was even treated to a free Vietnamese coffee--my absolute favorite! The soothing music playing in the background tied the whole experience together, creating a peaceful and relaxing vibe. Steve was also fantastic. Not only is he a talented nail artist, but he also went above and beyond by personally texting me the menu and options before my appointment. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare to find. Tucked away in a quaint shopping plaza, Boujee Nails is truly a hidden gem. The entire team genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I 100% recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back!

I've been coming here for a few months now and the customer service from the owner Steve has been top tier. If a nail chips, lifts or whatever damage in the first week after you can get it fixed no charge. For me that's so nice since I'm a server and sometimes no matter how careful you are damage happens. Tiffany is my favorite, my nails always look so natural and clean. She is very detailed and my nails always look pristine when she's done. Steve and Ana do amazing art, he did a sun and flowers that got so many compliments. And Ana does a flawless French tip. They're a new business and are still figuring out the kinks but the talent is definitely there. read more

I always get exactly what I ask for when i come get my nails done. I get gel x and theres never any lifting or chipping, I can go 2 months between sets. If you go looking for designs or more complex nails, I would say to request Steven. Hes very quick and especially telented in the designs and just overall giving you what u ask for. Amazing place and not expensive. I usually pay around $80. read more

I've come here twice now, both times for a pedicure using classpass. First off, I know some businesses treat you differently for using classpass, which I never understand (why offer it then?), however this nail salon does not at all. They are so welcoming and patient. I don't feel rushed, I feel like they take their time and make it so relaxing. Today I tried the milky and fruity pedicure and OMG it was so amazing. Hot stones, sugar scrubs, massage, the works! First time customer in the area and found such a gem! The friendly faces will keep you happy. You also get free Margaritas if you're into that while getting pampered. It's a smaller salon tucked away near a taqueria, but it's such a great place and the work from Steve was absolutely amazing. He shaped my nails exactly how I wanted (these are my real nails with dip) and that's hard to find! If I lived here this would be my new spot. read more

I went with my mom to this nail salon for the first time, and it genuinely exceeded my expectations. The one I used to go to it was decent, the store was clean and the nail technicians did their nails well, but they didn't really interact with customers very much. However, the Boujee Nails had everything right. The salon was pretty narrow, but the layout and design of the pedicure chairs and manicure tables made it feel spacious and modern. Steve was very welcoming and let me stay at a manicure table to wait until a nail tech was available. Although it was about a 20 minute wait, Steven helped me pass the time by offering me to look at a book of various nail colors. Also, I would like to acknowledge Anna for being so sweet and funny when doing my nails. I was pretty scared how white coffin nails would turn out on me, but she did a great job making sure it was good and there wasn't any blemishes. Thank you Anna! Why hasn't this place received any reviews yet? It's been open for two weeks and no reviews. This place is SUPER CLEAN. They cover the basin that you put your feet into so there's no risk of contamination. I came on a Sunday late afternoon and both nail techs were so friendly and nice. Not awkward but just very nice Offered me a variety of drinks and answered any question I had. They have a price list which they show you upfront so you can point to and choose your services ahead of time. He was thorough with my Pedicure and manicure. Hope they stay around and continue to provide attentive service! They are currently offering a 10% off all services which is great, so you can try them out at a discounted price to see if you like them! read more

First and foremost Vanessa Nail technician you ROCK. The minute I entered the nail bar you made me feel so welcome. Even though I did not make an appointment, I did not have to wait very long to get my full set nails done. I do suggest though, for a better experience for the customer and nail technician to make an appointment. Vanessa was so friendly we talked about a wide range of topics. Also, my nails look even better than I thought they would turn out. I inform Vanessa I've been to different nails bars and my experience have been all over the place. I've had material that is so cheap and over priced. This place the material is good and it was not that pricy. I would recommend this place 100%. Thank you so much Vanessa for making my day better. My nails turned out beautiful. My nail artist did an excellent job with my french tip design and she was very detail-oriented. However, I left with cuts on 8/10 of my fingers due to the filer being too sharp/gritty or the nail drill spinning too fast. It's been 2 days and my fingers still feel pretty raw. Another reason why I give this place 3 stars is because the facility didn't feel that clean or professional compared to other salons I've been too. read more

Kind greetings from Lily started at 9 am on the dot. After offering me a beverage she did a wonderful gel pedicure with a great massage of the legs ending with hot stones and a wrap. Anna, the owner along with her husband, did my dip powder nails perfectly. I have been using dip in Las Vegas for more than six years and it's difficult to find salons in CA who use it. My daughter in law and granddaughter love this salon but do not use dip, so I was delighted and so impressed that I will no longer worry about visiting my family and needing a salon. THE BOUJEE NAILS is an excellent salon and I recommend it highly! read more

I've tried so many places here in Fullerton where I could get a great pedicure. I found my place!!! I always ask for Michelle my daughter likes Steve! They are the sweetest and do a great job. I get the $40 destress pedicure and it is so good! It includes a scrub and a mask and hot towels and a great massage. I'm sure I forgot something because they do so much. There's plenty of massage chairs for large groups. The other thing that's great is that their tools are always clean. They open them right in front of you. So you know they were sanitized. Everyone is so nice! I love coming here! If you're looking for a great pedicure come on in and ask for Michelle. read more

I was recommended to come here by a friend and I am so glad that I did! I've never done anything beyond a plain white acrylic set because the places I used to go charged $60-$70 for that after inflation, so I was surprised when my set from Boujee came out to be within that price range. Steve was absolutely amazing; he is super knowledgeable about what he does and he will make what you want happen. He was very efficient, kind, and precise with each nail and I was deeply impressed by his skill. The staff here are also very attentive in general, asking if you want something to drink or if you need refills. Truly a great experience. If I ever need my nails done again for an event or just as a treat, I am definitely coming back to Boujee. It was well worth every penny and I have already recommended it to all of my friends! read more

Amazing nail salon ! Ive lived in fullerton for years and i actually came to this salon before it was boujee nails and i didnt have a great experience . Im always around since i live in the neighborhood next to the salon ... i seen the new name and thought i must try this spot and i am so glad i did ! Boujee Nails is hit or miss for me. Before my most recent visit I had gone for a pedicure and it was fine. For a place called "Boujee" it doesn't feel very luxurious. Sure, they offer you beverages, alcoholic ones even, but I'd rather get solid service every time. Full disclosure, I have another nail tech I normally go to but wasn't able to make it for this month's manicure so I decided to come here instead since this was going to be more of a "whatever" manicure to get me to the next month. I called before I came to make sure they could fit me in with design since I was coming on my lunch break. I showed the tech the design before they started and she nodded that it was doable. I did offer an out that I had other simple designs we could do but they said this wouldn't be an issue. Normally, I would have spoken up about the design before we'd gotten too far down the road but it had been taking longer than expected as is and I knew if I said something, they'd want to fix it in the moment (which I appreciate!). Plus, the nail tech had cured the design before I could see it and say anything. The yellow was also crazy bright but I was willing to live with it. I wasn't thrilled by the finished product but needed to get back to work. It drove me so crazy for the rest of the day so I decided to call to let them know I wasn't happy with the manicure. I wasn't expecting a refund or to have it fixed, necessarily, but I thought they should know it wasn't up to the standard they promote, imo. Steve answered, he's always the one who answers, and was adamant (in a kind way) that I come back so he can fix it. I felt bad because it was 30 min before they were closing but I went in anyway. He was very gracious and accommodating. He worked with me to see how we could take the base that was there to make it something I would be happier with. He's no doubt good at what he does and the reviews here echo my sentiments but he can't work on everyone so is this place good or is it all Steve? I'm giving this three stars because aside from Steve, this place has been pretty unremarkable for me. He does a great job and offers incredible customer service so if you can get him, you're in good hands! read more

I have Classpass and needed to use up my credits before they expire so I got a deluxe pedicure here at Boujee Nails and I'm glad I did. The workers here are very friendly and they seem to be genuinely nice. I really like the environment here compared to other nail salons even though I rarely get my nails done. I would consider coming here again. I agree with other reviewers that even though if you're here with Classpass they don't treat you any less as a customer. I like how the chairs have a hook for your purse. Highly recommend! Bring cash for tip! read more

#Rude #Unprofessional Just wanna share my first time experience in this nail salon. I am currently in a "nail salon hunting" as we have moved to a new city close by this place. I found this nail salon on yelp and really wanted to give a try as they have 4.5 star in yelp plus good reviews. Booking an appointment was easy. They also accept walk-ins. The actual place is a little messy but still ok. My nail tech was Vanessa. She was ok at first. She's trying to entertain me, asked me whatever nail color or design I want and she helped me pick-up neutral colors. But just so you know, I unluckily have a very tiny, brittled nails that easily breaks. (I used to nail-bite when I was young and it's hard for me to grow my nails as they are very fragile) in short, I have ugly hands and nails. And for me, nail salons are my saviour as they can make your nails pretty. But this nail tech was very unprofessional, rude and discriminating as she was making fun of my nails, laughing while looking at me. I was trying to ignore it at first but she kept doing it the whole time! I got really upset and it makes me really uncomfortable knowing someone is making fun of you while they talk in their language. She kept repeating how "tiny and short" my nails are and blabbers a bunch of sh*t in front of other customers. I find it very unprofessional and they shouldn't be acting like that in front of their clients. Out of my frustration, I can't help but to confront her. Other techs was nice but the rest of my experience is horrible. And yes, I am not coming back to this place and I hope the management should take notice of their unprofessional and RUDE behavior read more

The color selection was very good and a lot better than most salons in the area which tend to have the same colors. These were different from anything I've ever seen. I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. After showing a picture of what I was looking for they brought me shades of the color I wanted and were able to do a matte effect. I think I found "My People"! Steve worked on my nails from a photo I provided and did a magnificent job! Neat and precise! Anna did my pedicure and the gel polish on my feet, she was sweet and gentle but got the job done. Everyone was so polite. The place was clean, everyone wore a mask. The Gel X full set looked so good, I couldn't stop looking at my nails every day for 2 weeks. And they never lifted! They were strong the whole time. My gel pedicure was perfect. And so was my regular manicure. She never nicked me when she cut back my cuticles. She was very careful. And she was very careful and took her time removing the old Gel X without damaging or hurting my real nails. Even though she is careful she still works pretty quickly. Her salon is very clean. She works solo so there is peace and quiet in her salon. There will never be other customers. She plays really cool music too. It's been really easy to have nice conversation with her. I get along with her very well. She speaks 100% perfect English which is great because so many nail techs have a Vietnamese language barrier. I like her a lot as a person and especially as my new nail tech. You can book with her online really easily. Will definitely keep coming back! I'm a new regular now!
