Cons: I got the adult chicken tenders with fries. Too much breading on the tenders. Reuben sandwich with fries and the chicken soft tacos were bland and needed more seasoning. The onion rings were way too big and couldn't finish them all but tasty. It was all bar food and it was around $90 dollars and not good food at all. It was disappointing and won't be going back.

What an unexpected but delightful dining experience…read more Initially, we had our names down for a popular cafe but decided last minute to eat here for beer and burgers. Great choice. At entry, it was awkward. Bartenders/workers avoided eye contact and no greeting. I told my partner we'll just go back to the cafe for our spot bc this was so awkward. A patron heard and told us to just seat ourselves. ...had I left, I definitely would've given this place 1 stars for such awkward service .... Anyway, I'm assuming the owner, who was also at the bar gave us menus once we sat down. Ordered tuna nachos, fish tacos and a burger. Tuna nachos -surprisingly fish was fresh and tasty. This was a very tasty dish. Fish tacos, I didnt try but my partner said it was delicious and very filling. My burger, I request medium but it came out well-done. Not too big an issue since burger was still yummy. Solid dishes. Lots of regulars it seems. A great food establishment with lots of beers on tap, tv's and great window seating.

To start off, this is definitely not meant to bash Luna at all. I think Luna has a great…read moreatmosphere, and the food and drinks have been great every time I've visited. I've been about 2-3 times now, and the food has consistently been really good. That being said, I would definitely recommend a little more customer service training for the servers. Everyone I've encountered has been very nice, but sometimes it's the simple things, like showing that you're happy to serve your paying customers and making sure they feel taken care of. Each time I've visited, we've found ourselves waiting close to 30 minutes for our server to come by for refills, a to-go box, or even the check. I completely understand that mistakes happen and that things can get busy. I've worked in the restaurant industry before, so I really do try my best to be understanding. However, during one of my recent visits, my order came out incorrectly. There was an item on my plate that I had specifically requested not to have. Of course, mistakes happen, and I had no issue communicating the mistake to my server. What bothered me was that instead of apologizing for the error, she looked at me and simply walked away with the plate. I assumed it was a minor mistake and that she would have the order corrected. I could have just removed the item myself, but at the same time, I shouldn't have to pick through my food after receiving an incorrect order when I'm paying for it. When she brought the plate back, she simply left it on the table without saying anything or acknowledging the mistake. I actually found myself apologizing to her for making her do the extra work, and she just walked away. Overall, I really do think Luna is a great restaurant with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. I'm sharing this feedback because I think with some improvement in customer service, communication, and wait times, Luna has the potential to be even better. I would definitely come back, and I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism rather than anything negative.

There are multiple dining spaces at this location - each is airy, bright, and perfect for large groups. I ordered the chicken fried steak & eggs ($18.99). It comes with 2 eggs, a slab of chicken fried steak smothered in Hof's country gravy and your choice of a side. My side of hash browns was nothing to write home about - thick, mushy potato slab with the tiniest exterior crisp. The chicken fried steak, on the other hand, was pretty great. It had the perfect amount of breading and the beef steak was quite tender. I've never not ordered breakfast here, but I'll definitely be back to check out their dinner menu.
