I went to the counter and explained it was my first time there. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining to me what was popular there and all my options. I settled on her recommendation to get the buffalo fries. She sampled a couple sauces so I could pick the one I liked best. Food came out, looked good. Tasted good, but nothing mind blowing. I got the Buffalo Fries, which is fries topped with chicken and sauce and it was really good. However, the main reason why I come here now is because of the 55 cent boneless wings on Tuesdays! The wings rival others in the quality of the chicken and there are decent sauces. The chicken is a bit smaller, but it's mostly chicken. I'd rather it be like that than bigger with more breading and fat. Tenders were over cooked but the Buffalo fries are pretty good if they had more chicken. They were extremely cheap on the chicken especially for the price you pay. I will not return because they charge you for extra condiments like ranch and they only give you a small little cup with the meal. You don't see Taco Bell or Pollo Loco charge for extra hot sauce/salsa. Imagine if McDonalds or Carl JR charged for extra ketchup. Ordered Buffalo Spot though Grubhub and the fries were cooked well and tasty.. maintained crispness after delivery. The boneless and bone in wings were WAY over cooked. Not sure if it was carry over cooking during delivery or if they were over cooked at the store but they were dry and tough. Delivery was packed well and sealed so that is a plus. My family and I have been coming here every since they opened a few years ago. The flavors are AMAZING, but we've definitely noticed the quality of their wings go down every visit. We ordered the 25 wings for $30. Our wings were dry, burnt, and had no sauce on them. They were VERY small and was more bone than actual meat on them. They weren't worth eating or even the price. I was disappointed. the French fries were a ice cold and I ordered extra chicken but did not seem as if that was added. Great, great, GREAT customer service!! Just as busy, if not busier, than Wing Stop. However, the customer service here is SO good. Staff was always friendly, composed, and worked quick. Jada took our order and was attentive and very professional. Robert was awesome; he brought out our order and happily gave us our utensils & also charged me for the extra ranch then and there (Wing Stop would make me wait in line simply to purchase the ranch). With both flavors the chicken was tender, juicy, and good quality fresh breast meat (some of us definitely notice the difference!). The classic medium was pretty spicy!! Tasty, not too full of vinegar, excellent heat. The fries were really good--nice flavor, with holes in the box so they wouldn't get soggy, which we appreciate. The ranch was pretty good too! However, the pineapple jalapeño had zero flavor, no spice, no sweetness--it may as well have been soggy sauceless chicken. This is what took this down a whole star.
