Came here for lunch. The best sign of the place is that it had the most people out of all the restaurants I peeked into on that row of shops. I went to the counter and explained it was my first time there. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining to me what was popular there and all my options. I settled on her recommendation to get the buffalo fries. She sampled a couple sauces so I could pick the one I liked best. Food came out, looked good. Tasted good, but nothing mind blowing. I got the regular size fries, and it was pretty big. I got some regular wings and fries for my wife and the total was about $23. Not super expensive, I think the price point is right on. read more

My first ever experience coming to The Buffalo Spot was actually an accident. I wanted to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop, but it was closer so I decided to try it. I got the Buffalo Fries, which is fries topped with chicken and sauce and it was really good. However, the main reason why I come here now is because of the 55 cent boneless wings on Tuesdays! The wings rival others in the quality of the chicken and there are decent sauces. The chicken is a bit smaller, but it's mostly chicken. I'd rather it be like that than bigger with more breading and fat. The hot sauces aren't ridiculously hot like others, but they have a good amount of spice and nice flavor. 20 boneless wings come out to about $12, which is a great deal, so you can find me here on Tuesdays if I'm craving wings! read more

I got the boneless medium buffalo fries with extra special sauce and ranch. (The special sauce is a mix of buffalo sauce and cheese!) They also give you the option of adding extra chicken or sauce, and will make the wings extra crispy if you'd like. Tenders were over cooked but the Buffalo fries are pretty good if they had more chicken. They were extremely cheap on the chicken especially for the price you pay. I will not return because they charge you for extra condiments like ranch and they only give you a small little cup with the meal. You don't see Taco Bell or Pollo Loco charge for extra hot sauce/salsa. Imagine if McDonalds or Carl JR charged for extra ketchup. This business needs to wake up and know that it's part of doing Buisness especially when ranch if the main condiment for wings. That's not even the best part. They charge you $.60 for a tiny cup and $1.20 for one slightly larger. If you're going to charge for these atleast charge for them at cost and not try to make tons of money on the extra sides. Ist time there with my sister & kids. We asked for napkins to clean the tables which they offered to clean them, everything landed on the chairs & they didn't wipe the chairs. We still asked for napkins & wet them with water from the soda fountain so we can wipe the chairs ourselves. The food was good. But we had to constantly ask for napkins. My family and I have been coming here every since they opened a few years ago. The flavors are AMAZING, but we've definitely noticed the quality of their wings go down every visit. We ordered the 25 wings for $30. Our wings were dry, burnt, and had no sauce on them. They were VERY small and was more bone than actual meat on them. They weren't worth eating or even the price. My kids thought they were gross and they eat everything. Very disappointed so we will no longer be coming here and don't recommend them. read more

Ordered Buffalo Spot though Grubhub and the fries were cooked well and tasty.. maintained crispness after delivery. The boneless and bone in wings were WAY over cooked. Not sure if it was carry over cooking during delivery or if they were over cooked at the store but they were dry and tough. Delivery was packed well and sealed so that is a plus. Great, great, GREAT customer service!! Just as busy, if not busier, than Wing Stop. However, the customer service here is SO good. Staff was always friendly, composed, and worked quick. Jada took our order and was attentive and very professional. Robert was awesome; he brought out our order and happily gave us our utensils & also charged me for the extra ranch then and there (Wing Stop would make me wait in line simply to purchase the ranch). We loved their breadsticks! The Buffalo fries were good as well! While you may get Wing Stop vibes from this location, their menu has A LOT more variety and better customer service. I was disappointed. the French fries were a ice cold and I ordered extra chicken but did not seem as if that was added. My meal was to go so I did not check until I got home, normally you would think with hot food you would smell the aroma, but no and that was because the meal wasn't hot at all. I added special sauce and that was lacking as well. the store was not busy so it wasn't they were busy and rushed. In fact maybe that's why it was so cold. I should add I live maybe 5 min from store. So food should of been warm at least still. I sat and waited for my meal so this was also not order ahead so it didn't sit. My fries were not fresh at all. I had been here before and it was good. With both flavors the chicken was tender, juicy, and good quality fresh breast meat (some of us definitely notice the difference!). The classic medium was pretty spicy!! Tasty, not too full of vinegar, excellent heat. The fries were really good--nice flavor, with holes in the box so they wouldn't get soggy, which we appreciate. The ranch was pretty good too! However, the pineapple jalapeño had zero flavor, no spice, no sweetness--it may as well have been soggy sauceless chicken. This is what took this down a whole star.
