My boyfriend and I were wanting wings but we wanted to go some where close by us. So we did our yelp search and he saw this place. We decided to place a phone order and pick it up. The young lady who answered was helpful.Service was great, food was ready when she said it would be (20mins) which is surprising because when we got there, there were many people inside. The wings were better than I expected. I never go for seasons like lemon pepper etc because it's a dry rub, I'm not a fan of that, I like my wings saucy. So when we got home I saw that it wasn't only dry rub but it was saucy too! :D we got garlic Parmesan cheese and lemon pepper which was really flavorful and the wings were nice and crispy. Horrible experience with cashiers. Lied about curbside pick up and plan rude in professional girls. I had to complain for the experience and district manager actually took my call. Downright delicious. I got to admit I was skeptical about the buffalo chicken fries, but I'll be d***ed if they weren't delicious. They would kill with a frosty beer at a cool bar. I got the Atomic Hot with the parmesan on top with the special sauce. It was so delicious great heat and even better flavor. Sometimes when people do spicy they forget about flavor, but this place got both right. I got it delivered and the quality was still amazing. Shocking. The Baffalo Spot is just not it for me whatsoever. I was actually pretty excited to try this place because I am always into good wings, sauces, and fries I mean who isn't?! Walking inside it reminded me A LOT of Wingstop (in terms of style and decor). The big thing about the Buffalo Spot is their "world famous buffalo fries". What they are is fries, that come with nugget-like fried chicken on top along with whichever flavor you'd like for example mild, hot, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, honey bbq, teriyaki etc.... You can get wings on the side (bone in or bone out) and they also have chicken tenders. For the wings and tenders you can get anywhere from a 5-20 piece. I chose to get the world famous buffalo fries with medium sauce along with 5 boneless wings on the side which I chose garlic parmesan after the employee told me it was her favorite. I'm going to start with the sauces, gross. The flavor was just non savory whatsoever. Medium didn't have a hint of fire, it was kind of sweet if you ask me. Garlic Parmesan flavor was just greasy mayo like flavor. Yes I said it mayo. THE CHICKEN- just NOT GOOD. For this being a WING place, I didn't understand how poorly everything tasted. The boneless wings were just not good. No matter what flavor the chicken had it wasn't good quality boneless chicken wings, I don't think any flavor would make them good. I feel the exact same about the chicken on the fries, It's just not of good quality, it was like a gross version of McDonald's chicken nuggets cut up smaller with a bunch of sauce on top. 1. The wings were mediocre at best. 2. Boneless wings were extremely dry inside and by the time I sit down are basically room temp, even when the store was empty 3. The vanilla shake tasted like freezer burn and had prices of ice in it, oh and no spoons 4. They also are unable to properly label and store their dressings. I asked for a side of blue cheese dressing to have with my wings, it was Caesar, it took the 4 tries to never get it right, so I asked for ranch. 5. The two girls at the register could not care any less about anything, and would much rather talk to each other than help giving me looks when I kept taking back the Caesar dressing that was supposed to be blue cheese. And they leave the skin on which is not crispy at all!... To be honest they kinda grossed me out. They don't even give you any carrots or celery like most wing places do. The staff is efficient and the food is always made timely.
