The eggs were cooked well done, like I like. The bacon was sweet and delicious. The bagel came with cream cheese and was fine. The staff is friendly and efficient. The lunch menu is interesting, as well. They carry a few gift items, including the coffee beans, and gift cards in the shop. The cafe is connected to a bookstore and salon on the sides. There was a small group of people having a loud work discussion which detracted a bit from the experience. There is plenty of free public parking and even bike parking. They sell a variety of baked goods, packaged cookies, premade breakfast burritos, as well as other beverages that aren't coffee, like smoothies, teas, and something called Energy Infusions.
