I finally ate a proper meal here today. The two guys at the register were so nice. Plus, they were playing great music the whole time I was there. Sounds funny, but it is a heartwarming atmosphere. Everything was super clean. I ordered "The Box" which includes four tenders, Texas toast, 1 Cane's sauce and some fries. I left over a chicken tender for later in the day. I was thinking I might not like the Texas toast, but it was so good. I should have ordered a slice to take home. The fries were good but the portion was small. The chicken tenders are off the charts. They were served hot and fresh. The flavor is awesome. The Cane's sauce is delicious. It is a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise and secret spices. I like it a lot. It is a dilemma whether to use a little of it because then it takes away from the flavor of the chicken. I liked the lemonade. I went back for a refill. It is not free but the nice guy told me if I fill out the receipt survey, he will give me it for free. I do think they should give the free refill, but hey, I am very happy to eat here and look forward to coming back here. They have the best chicken tenders I have ever had.

For that reason, I personally find ordering online to be the more convenient and consistent option.

I always let it slide when I put in curbside and rarely do they come out and bring your food so I end up walking in. But to not have your food ready when promised is an issue. And it's not the first time that it's happened at this location. Finally, when my sub is ready, they tossed it and a bag of chips from the back of the counter in the bag, and I get a weak apology. I just grabbed my bag and walked off. Fast forward and I get home, my husband opens up his chips and they are stale. We examined the date on the bag (chips were in date) and I noticed a slit in the bag. That's likely why they tasted stale because the bag was compromised. Just completely ridiculous tonight.

Most reviews unfortunately are normally posted after someone has had a bad experience, and here we are... I took my mother and daughter out for lunch and ordered our food. After paying, the employee stated that the printer for the receipts machine wasn't working and therefore was required to calculate my change. Despite his efforts, I was able to correct him after receiving the incorrect change twice. "Good news", I will be sharing my experience with my elementary school math classes tomorrow to further explain why it is important to know how to +-x / decimals (a 5th grade standard) I am far from perfect and know everyone deserves grace so I will look past the minor mistake and move on to my experience with the food quality today. Our fries were cold and burgers were luke warming , I didn't send them back as it took about 15 minutes to get our food (no customers were in the restaurant at the time). Let's move on to condiments. I had to use a fork and my fingers to cut my daughter's cheeseburger into pieces as she is little and doesn't eat a burger like an adult. The problem is that there were no knives available in the restaurant. There also happen to be no ketchup dispenser (only mustard), napkin dispensers with no napkins, and a soda machine that didn't have Coke Zero available.
