Iv heard good things about The Burger Lounge so I decided to check it out for my self along with some friends. For a Halal burger place I would say by far the best I have had. They have a wide variety of different burgers, ranging from the classic zinger to the baba burger. Which is the one that I had. The burger had bacon bits, gyros and an onion ring to top it off. I would recommend this burger if you have an appetite. Over all the restaurant is clean and has great workers. There's a pool table as well which gives it a nice chill vibe. Great place to go if you and your friends are looking for somewhere to hangout and eat! read more

The burgers were great! I loved their fries! The price was fair. However, it took awhile for the food to come. The walls looked like they have not been painted in a decade. The tables and salt/pepper shakers were were sticky. The bathroom was dirty with paper towels all over the floor. I'd try the place again, but I would hope it would be cleaner. read more

Absolutely disgusting. You would have to hate someone to recommend this hell hole. Dirty, damaged tables. Space heaters placed on top of csrd board boxes! Bathrooms dirty, but they do provide a watering can for a bidet. I hope the board of health closes them down soon. I'm scared for life after eating here. Food was surprisingly good. Came in around 2 on a Saturday and it was dead, luckily some more folks showed up while we were eating. The set up is interesting. Not sure if I order at the counter or table, in the end we ordered from the table. A plane cheeseburger and a side of fries. Fries tasted just like Arby's, burger tasted fresh and wasn't huge or very heavy. The bacon topping was chopped which I liked! You serve yourself drinks and ketchup out of the cooler. There food is really good but the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I ordered 3 burgers yesterday and told them 3 times no hot sauce on the burger and of course they put the hot sauce on it and I called today and complained about it and all they could say was sorry and I asked him if saying sorry would fix it and he said I think so but he could have replaced the burger with no charge but was rude about it and was saying the cook was new and training and he thinks I'm a dumbass like I don't no this old dialogue.. I know they will be mad after reading this review but I really don't give a crap about what they think but I'll never be ordering from here again because maybe they will spit in the food next time. read more

I'm baffled anyone would rate this place well. It's kind of a dirty hole. Weird menu, inattentive service (grab your own soda from the cabinet!), and they're still carrying the decorations from the prior Indian place. Or maybe the Asian place before that. I dunno. This place was super sketchy. I came for a late lunch around 2:30PM. The parking lot was under construction and there are no marked parking spots so I parked at the end of a line of cars that looked like they were there for the window tint place next door. All the lights on the inside were off so at first I thought it was closed. There was a guy in sweatpants and a Derrick Rose T-Shirt talking on the phone outside when I walked up. I looked inside and there was a few people at the tables inside ant the door was unlocked so I went in. When the guy outside on the phone saw me walk to the counter he came in and went behind to take my order!!! A little surprising and not the most professional. I picked a burger off the menu (the baba burger with gyros and beef bacon) with fries and a drink and then gave him my credit card to pay and he looked confused that I wanted to pay when I ordered. The credit card machine was right there and that's how it works at most burger places so I'm not sure why that would be confusing. I took a seat and waited (in the dark, as the lights were still off). I looked around and the place was very messy, not dirty, but stuff was sort of left sitting where ever the last person who used it put it down. It didn't seem like they straightened up at the end of the day or anything as there were things laying around on a lot of the seats. There's an area with a pool table and the cues, racks etc were set down in a few places around the room along with random pillows and jackets and stuff. Very strange. After about 5 minutes the guy in the sweats and the D-Rose shirt brought me my burger and I told him I didn't get my drink and there was no ketchup for the fries. He told me to get a drink from a cooler behind the counter, which they should have mentioned when I was there ordering the drink. The sodas came in cans with no glasses or ice which was also weird. I got my drink and the ketchup and had my burger which was good, the beef bacon was something I hadn't had before, not sure if I would get it again. While I was eating the cook came out and laid down on one of the couches and started texting on his phone, which once again, was not super professional. I finished my meal and looked for the bathroom to wash my hands (still in the dark, no lights on yet). The bathrooms were in the back and there was a coat rack on the wall outside the doors that seemed to be for the employees. The only things on the coat rack were a windbreaker and a kid's swimsuit... WTF!!! I went to the men's room to wash my hands and someone had put water in the soap dispenser like your grandma would to get the last of the soap out instead of changing it so the soap shot all over the counter when I first hit the spout. Nice. To top it all off when I went out to the parking lot to leave a guy was using a jackhammer to tear up the asphalt about 6 inches from the rear door of my car. If I was rating just based on the food I would give the place 3 stars but the entire experience was so sketchy I have to give it 1 star. It's clear this place has no management in place and the employees just do whatever they want. read more

The Burger Lounge is great! The first thing I noticed was a lounge seating area with sofas. The other side of the restaurant has a pool table. The food is amazing! The food is halal, and the burgers are delicious. Many of the burgers come with beef bacon, which adds a unique flavor to the burgers. They also have gyro meat, which my friends said was excellent. They have curly fries, which are my favorite and taste great! Your meal comes with a drink, which is a huge plus. And the shakes are incredible. Will definitely come back, even though it's out of the way for me, and will recommend this place to friends. The food is great and it's a nice spot to hang out at. read more
