Maybe lemon pepper sauce- it's just melted butter
    Mackenzie D.

Ive been disappointed before, never like this. My family walked in early afternoon - gave the CRICKET EMPTY place the benefit of the doubt because it was still early we just figured we were ahead of the rush.. unfortunately we learned our lesson. This place was by far THE worst seafood boil restaurant we've ever been to. We hold seafood boils close to the heart and are usually driving 30-60 minutes to our favorite spots and wanted to give this place (a mile from home) a fair shot. My husband ordered lemon pepper shrimp, there was maybe a spoonful of sauce and when he asked for more lemon pepper sauce on the side it was a bowl of melted butter and maybe lemon pepper seasoning? Just tasted like butter so we don't know. I ordered the trifecta sauce shrimp and the sauce was just barely there, missing seasoning and flavor. Not to mention after taking our order, the waitress/manager/owner? Didn't stop by once to see how we were doing. WHILE WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE PRESENT. We had to holler for her every time because for whatever reason once we were seated she turned the party music up to an unreasonably loud volume for our one table. I'm not a Karen, I love a good time. When the food is good and there's a reason to put on music and vibe lol. Even the chicken tenders and fries for our kids were somehow equally upsetting? Fries were undercooked and soggy, tenders were dry and tough enough for our 3 year old to spit out. Idk, maybe see for yourself or just trust a true foodie lol. Also something to note, I like headless shrimp while my husband likes head-on. We've never noticed more than a $1-$2 difference (headless is usually more) but at this place, they charge $7 more for headless shrimp. After eating a few shrimp each we decided to pack it up to take it home and salvage what we could with homemade sauce. HOPE THIS HELPS

So I came in here, hoping to have some good boiling crab for my birthday and when we first walked in, they had one party in there and we were not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. I should've known them to just walk away. However, we stayed and again, sat for almost 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement. I then start to order and she rudely asks me if I've ever been to a place like this before. Whatever, ok.. So we ordered the trifecta toppings with our bag. The taste was non existent and there was hardly any sauce.. a thin layer at bottom of bag, I shook the bag to try to get the taste throughout what we had ordered and even then it did not help. It was not tasty. The lady was wearing sunglasses the entire time and when I came time to pay, she yells from her little area that we have to pay upfront. It was not a good experience. 90% of it was because of the service she was providing. Rest assured, we will not be back

Long story short, Boiling Crab is way better!! They were too pricey and the seafood didn't taste as fresh.

Very good spot, a little on the pricy side for the portions but the food was good. Not a big fan of eating out of a plastic bag.

We put our name on the list and had to wait 10 mins to get seated. We didn't mind since they seem to have more staff to handle the crowd. We got seated and within a minute or so, our waitress came over to greet and take our order. We got the combo 3 with Dungeoness crab seasoned with garlic butter medium. Added 2 garlic noodles and 2 side of rice. Overall, I got my crab fix and my wife had her shrimp fix. Our waitress Soledad was great. Very friendly and attentive. The bag arrived much spicier than expected, and my friend was barely able to eat it. When we brought it up, our server immediately insisted it was the correct spice level rather than checking with the kitchen or trying to find a solution. She also assumed I would finish the entire bag myself, when I explained we share one, and would have to charge us extra for a new bag or small side portion for my friend but it was not our mistake. What disappointed me most was the lack of service recovery. There was no apology, no effort to investigate, and no attempt to accommodate the situation. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how they're handled. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed rather than helped.

They only offered two flavors so we did half-and-half. You couldn't tell which flavor was which when it came in the box they looked identical, and we even shined our flashlight on it. to be specific, we ordered the buffalo flavor and the lemon pepper. How can lemon pepper have this red looking sauce that looks exactly like the buffalo wings? The only way to tell which was which was to eat them. Since we had kids, we would literally have to lick the wings before we gave them to our kids to make sure they weren't eating the spicy one. Wings size is typical of your Wingstop, but the flavors just weren't there and it was very watery.for the price of their wings and what you get, we probably won't be back.

Not enough sauce was the problem the last two times. Now my last order from today has been the worst wings I ever had from any place. They over cooked the wings so that they were dry like they made them two days ago and left them sitting out. Honey Sriracha is my favorite flavor but not today and for the mango habanero for get it, it just tastes like sweet chili. And to top off these dry wings I get dried out fries that tasted like they had been reheated in the microwave. The boneless wings were even worse. My son said not to ever order from them again cause his boneless wings were bad the last three times we ordered.Sorry to say that these are the worse wings in Lathrop California!!!!
