My first time dining here, I discovered La Casa de Juliette is a gem in Centennial Hills.. I ordered from the lunch special menu. For $21 I had their Caesar salad and enchiladas with a vegetable filling. The Caesar was a sizable portion, perfectly crispy fresh Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced radishes, lightly dressed with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. The enchiladas were individually made, very fresh, with a filling of squash and chiles, garnishes, crema drizzle, and a lightly spicy red sauce. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is elegant and beautifully designed with a variety of very comfortable seating and art on the walls.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was attentive and friendly..

Yelp Review 2026 #179: I've been wanting some good pozole and I saw their menu online says they have it so, I had to give this place a try. This spot on Norman Rockwell has changed restaurants at least twice. It was originally Leticia's then, another Mexican restaurant (the name escapes me), and now, La Casa de Juliette. The entrance is facing the main road. The parking spots along the side are only for 15 minutes so you would have to park on the other side or the bigger parking lot behind the buildings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have patio seating but you don't really want to sit there in the summer months. At least I know I don't. We got a booth inside and I had a view of their small TV so I can watch the World Cup.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server took our drink order and handed us menus. Service was pretty friendly. He asked us if we had food allergies. I have a lot but I know not to order food I'm allergic to (at least not the ones that cause an anaphylactic reaction). Pozole Rojo: Braised Pork, White Hominy, Toasted Chili Broth, Chicharrón, Radish. It comes with tostadas too. It's a pretty big bowl enough to be a meal or to be shared by two people as an appetizer. I was missing fresh onions and cilantro. There's a restaurant in CDMX with really good pozole because it had more protein and cabbage than there or broth. This definitely had more broth. I didn't finish this. Pozole tastes better after a day or two. 3/5 Fish Tacos: Order of 2 Fried Mahi Mahi, Chipotle Slaw, Piña Pico de Gallo. I got food allergies so I can't have pico. I've had fish tacos from several different places and not have pico on them that have sauce that made their fish tacos taste amazing even without pico. I guess I really missed out on flavor by not having pico from this place. 2.5/5 Enchiladas: Your choice of Braised Chicken or Beef Brisket. Corn Tortilla, Stuffed with Queso Oaxaca. This was good. The chicken wasn't dry. The sauce was tasty. 4/5 So, why 4 stars and not 3? It's not their fault I have food allergies. Maybe, the fish tacos are really amazing with pico.

Amazing unique menu! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice atmosphere without being over the top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's been a lot of new trendy / bougie Mexican restaurants that are opening all over town with mediocre food, but this place actually has a great menu with amazing food! I would say one of the best nice Mexican restaurants in Vegas. We started with some margaritas. Prices are $12 for an 8 ounce, or $24 for a 20oz. I opted for the 8 ounce and my hubs got the 20oz. To be honest, the 20oz sounds like a good deal, but it wasn't so much because it had more ice than liquid. We got the Tommy's Style and Fresca margaritas. The Tommy's Style tasted more like a house margarita and the Fresca includes strawberry and lime. To be honest, the Tommy's Style margarita tasted a lot better than the Fresca because the Fresca was a bit bland. We ordered their beef tartare and Prawn al Achiote to start. Both were amazing. The prawns were shareable between two people, and these were the biggest prawns I've ever had. It came with chimichurri sauce, which complemented well with the prawns, but the prawns were still buttery and juicy enough without the chimichurri. For our entrees, we got the duck Vampiros de Juliette and Pollo Asado. For the side, we got the Fire Roasted sweet corn with bone marrow and salsa matcha. The duck vampiros were amazing with the super tender and juicy duck carnitas on top of a tostada and cheese. The corn with bone marrow was amazing as well. The bone marrow was very tender and tasted great with the spicy salsa they put on top; however, there was more salsa than bone marrow, though the taste was still fantastic. What other Mexican restaurant could you find beef tartare, duck carnitas, and bone marrow? Fantastic food, and will definitely be back next time we're in this side of town!

La Casa Juliette is a full service slightly upscale Mexican Restaurant and Bar located right in Centennial. They serve lunches Thursday till Sunday and Dinners. At the moment they are offering a two course Lunch Special. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is a bar, traditional tables, a few booths, and half booths. They do have an outside patio but I'm not certain if it gets used.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They do not have their own parking lot. You park on the street near to the restaurant or in one of the nearby community parking lots. Chips and salsas are a la carte here. I passed on the two course lunch special and tried the fish tacos. You get two and each taco is very large, double shelled and REALLY DELICIOUS!!!!!!! These might be the best tacos that I have tried in Vegas. They put this sort of pineapple salsa that they call pina pico de Gallo. It's nicely spicy and insanely delicious. Make sure you pack it into your taco because they pile it on the top and it can fall off. For me one taco here is enough for lunch and I happily brought the second taco home for another meal. My husband tried the two course lunch. Both Plates (wings & enchiladas) were delicious but BOTH were over cooked. Tasty but dry and stringy chicken wings. Even the brisket in the enchiladas was dried out. Lots of potential but not perfect. Worth a try in Centennial.

    Drinky, drink.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A great little place in Centennial Springs area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nestled on the corner, with ample seating inside, not too hot and not too cold, just right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chips appetizer included six big chips and they also brought more but, OK. The dipping sauce was nice and had a little heat and drinks came fast. Food service was fast and complete, with attention throughout the afternoon. Three of us had chicken burritos, and one has enchala

This is my new favorite restaurant in Vegas! The food, service, drinks, and ambience are all amazing! If you're looking for elevated Mexican food you won't be disappointed. This is such a gem.

I don't know who Juliette is, but she makes some darn good food. This place has perfected fancy Mexican food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is quaint, and the service was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got quesabirria tacos and a side of esquites. We also got chips and guac for the table. The quesabirria tacos were good, but the esquites was excellent! The guac was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the chips. They were each too big that you either have to double dip or break them in half, where they inevitably crumble in the process. But overall, we enjoyed the food, ambience and service and would definitely come back!

Arrived at 5:45 on a Sunday with no wait. Free Parking! Rebecca, our server, came within minutes of being seated. Tostopos & Chicharrones for appetizer. Tacos de la Calle (3 Tacos) for dinner with a side of Esquites The Carne Asada & Carnitas was high quality and fresh with a hint of a smoky flavor - served on 2 warm tortillas - came with 2 different types of salsas - so delicious! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is romantic but family friendly. Soft Latin music played throughout our dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our whole meal and the service was a TOTAL 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! We look forward to coming back again soon!

Wife was craving Mexican food and she wanted to try this place so we came out Parking is a little ways away, they don't have a lot Nice inside, several rooms and a bar area We're greeted quickly and sat in a window seat. Waitress came by quick and took our drink order as well as offering a few suggestions on the menu I had the pineapple margarita and the wife had the fresa margarita. Both drinks were really good For appetizers we had the queso fundido with corn tortillas. It was really good, cooked in a metal skillet so the cheese burns to the bottom. We scraped it up and it was delicious For our meals we got the birria tacos and the chicken enchiladas Tacos were really good and the sauce was tasty. It doesn't come with anything so my wife got the adobo fries. I loved them, she thought they were a little spicy. It was a huge portion. We took the rest home and ate next day Enchiladas came with rice and beans. They were really good, sauce was deep and flavorful. Rice was really good, seemed really fresh I had the Tommy margarita for my second drink and it was yummy. Very good with the G4 tequila sub Service was good Had a nice meal will definitely be back

So I'm not from Vegas, but I've been to this place twice now. Once over the summer of 2025 and again in Feb of 2026. La Casa de Juliette is the exact type of elevated Mexican food and cocktails which keep me scouring the earth for great food. If you're willing to drive off strip as a tourist, you won't regret stopping at La Casa de Juliette. I love the Vampiros, perfect little tostadas with delicious shredded pork. It's a must app. This 2jd time I tried the esquites and the duck sope, a Romana salad with shrimp, and some other entree special I don't remember the name, but all were top notch. The duck was perfect with a deep flavor of hours long stewed mole. We added shrimp to the awesome Romana salad, the shrimp were huge and perfectly seasoned. We finished with a flan, which was a perfect end to a perfect meal. I'll definitely be back for my next trip to Vegas.

    Mexico City Platter

Dinner at La Casa de Juliette. (ME & WIFE) One of the first things we noticed was how simple and easy-to-read the menu was. We started with the hand made chips & salsa, they were delicious as the salsa was freshly made and not from a jar, same with the chips, they were made from tortillas and slightly dusted with a seasoning that mede them down right irresistible, said i was only going to eat 2 chips and almost ate the whole plate lol We decided on the Mexico City Platter, and it did not disappoint! In fact, it was so generous that it could easily feed three people. Our platter included refried beans, orange rice, double chicken ( you can selec two different proteins), two different delicious house-made salsas, pickled cauliflower, crema and corn tortillas. Every bite was packed with flavor, and we honestly couldn't stop eating. BTW Everything is made fresh, no frozen food here. The portions were perfect for sharing, the food was fresh and very very flavorful, and the overall experience was fantastic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was perfect for couples or a family night out, dim lights airy, and very cozy, they have outside seating as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for authentic Mexican food with generous portions and amazing flavors, this place is definitely worth a visit! We left full, happy, and already talking about what we'll order on our next visit. PS our waiter Alex was awesome and very knowledgeable about the menu.

Had the beef enchiladas wasn't a fan of the Mexican rice but I didn't order it for the rice. Enchiladas were very good same with the beans! Wish the portions were a little bigger but that's just me being a big back lol. They also have really good drink options! And great happy hour!

Took a walk with the family yesterday and decided to walk into La Casa De Juliette for apps and drinks. This was actually my second time coming in. Last time we were in for dinner and I had the Quesobirria Tacos which were amazing and our server did a fabulous job. I was also super impressed with the chicken quesadilla on the kids meal. It was huge and my toddler was super happy and full from it. This time we tried some new menu items. Ordered the chips and salsa. Salsa is amazing and the tortilla chips are homemade. I considered ordering more to take home it was so good...but as we were walking, it wasn't the the best idea for this trip. We also ordered the short ribs and fries. The marinade they use on the short ribs was delicious, but there wasn't much meat on them. Practically all bone on each piece which was kind of a bummer. Fries were good, very crispy if that's how you like them. Drinks were fantastic! I had the Tommy's Style margarita. It was very smooth and not too sweet, flavor was just right. I apologize, I forget the name of what my husband ordered, but it was a rum based cocktail with a strong pineapple flavor. Tasted it and I would definitely consider ordering that one for myself on the next visit. Overall, we had a great visit. Love having this restaurant within walking distance from home.

We visited on Friday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was a good experience. We arrived and…read moreseated ourselves in the dining area. The place is large and clean. The waitress arrived and took orders, their margaritas are tall and refreshing. We started with Chicken Nachos. They were constructed strangely, they put the refried beans on the plate itself, under the chips and other ingredients. You had to lift up the nachos to scrape the beans off the plate. We then went with the Ribeye Steak and Chicken and Waffles. The steak was cooked beautifully. They initially brought out hot honey instead of syrup for the waffles, which was confusing. Their "Hash Browns" are actually potato sticks. There were only 2 women working as servers/bartenders, so the speed of the service was a bit slow. We ended up waiting quite a while for the check. Overall, not a bad spot for a bite and a drink.

My friend Dana said, "Hey, there's a local restaurant near me that I go to all the time... and…read morethey're having a FREE BBQ Saturday night!" Free BBQ?!? It didn't take much to twist my husband's arm... though we weren't 100% that this would be anything much... because, as my husband said, "Nothing's free... and what do they get out of it? and how are they doing this... in this economy?" We arrived promptly at 4PM, because we knew it was "first come first served"... they had a DJ and a TON of games, raffles, free alcoholic beverages, swag (tshirts, beer cozies, pins, stickers, custom-designed etched wine glasses), various stations of fun activities... and... the entire restaurant was part of this... So of course we sat our party of 5 at a table in the main restaurant section... and proceeded to... order full meals and drinks from the menu. Listen, the prices are RIGHT, the food looked incredible, and technically they weren't going to serve the BBQ until 5:30... so... we figured we'd have an hour and a half to digest. I ordered a salad though... because I was dead set on some ribs or pulled pork or something... BBQ-y. My husband ordered the BLT with tater tots, and others in our party ordered sandwiches, fried raviolis, among other items like martinis, lemonade. Our waitress was so attentive and darling, really took care of us the entire time. At 5:30 the BBQ happened. Myself and one other from our party were ready, whilst everyone else had already had their fill with the menu items. But boy did they regret the fact that there was no more room in their bellies... because the BBQ spread was INCREDIBLE: A full salad with all the fixings, RIBS (!!), hamburgers (full size, wonderful patties!), hot dogs (delicious!), chili, mac'n'cheese, watermelon... my goodness it was an immense spread. And all was cooked superbly! And again, plenty of free alcohol as well. As I spoke to the other locals around the BBQ, I kept hearing exactly what my friend Dana said, "We live 5 minutes away... we come here ALL the time... we LOVE this place!" The vibe was COMMUNITY-CENTERED... it was obvious... and as the raffle winners were called, the entire place exploded into claps and whistles as each of the winners' names were called. Golden Knights jerseys, golf caddies, backpacks... it was all soo lovely, but those prizes were just icing on the cake... a "cake" consisting of a true LOCAL restaurant and it's COMMUNITY... each expressing their support for each other. My husband and I were floored. And humbled to see the entire event play out.... something you don't see enough of anymore. May Summit Tavern continue to enjoy their success in the neighborhood, and may other establishments learn from Summit Tavern's success! And THANK YOU... for a wonderful evening, Summit Tavern staff and all who made the night truly special.

Oh, and they have Coca-Cola products which is a plus! The chicken taquitos were ok, nice presentation. A little over fried but not too bad. The carnitas tacos were not good because they had way too much salt. I had them sent back and replaced with chicken wings (buffalo). These were fried in beef tallow, another plus. The wings were really good and I would definitely order them again. The wings came with fries and they too were good. Fries were cooked perfectly, slight crisp crunch and fluffy inside. The waitress apologized for the salty tacos and took them off my bill, which I appreciated. I will be returning to try other items and will update as necessary.
