This restaurant is truly a gem in Centennial and even if you don't reside in this area, this is a restaurant to make a drive to and check out. Many have seen establishments come and go at this very location, and even myself, I hadn't ventured in since it opened two years ago. I kept reading the many positive reviews and also recently had an acquaintance rave about this place - finally, I had to check it out for myself. When you first walk in, the decor and ambiance is great. I like the dark decor and the bar is stunning. My favorite place to sit is always at the bar counter so myself plus one took a seat. Right away we were greeted by Chase who had solid drink recommendations. We like to seek out a good Espresso Martini and Chase makes their own inspired version of it here called Cabra Sagrada with a tequila. You can see in my picture - it not only looks great, but tasted great. We started with Chips and Salsa. Yes, it is $4 but it's so worth it. The fire roasted salsa tasted so fresh, amazing flavor. You get a really good portion of salsa. Yum! We ran out of chips and still had salsa left and Chase provided more chips for us to finish the salsa. Next, we had the wings which were out of this world. It comes with 6 wings that are fried to a nice crisp. I can't even explain the flavor explosion that the wings have. It's a mix of sweet and spicy, but get this - it has Szechuan chili oil. This flavor was so different than anything I've ever tasted. To complement the sweet and spicy flavor, Chase said to squeeze the provided lime on it. Indeed - perfection. This is definitely a must-try item. Next we got the fajitas with carne asada and pollo. The portion is really big. It's loaded with a generous portion of meat, peppers and onions. I don't normally get dual meat fajitas, but again, on the advice of Chase we did and I'm really glad we got to try both proteins. The flavor of the meat was really good and you get enough tortillas for the portion. The fajitas are only served with tortillas and I'm actually glad that it didn't come with a side of rice, beans, lettuce and whatnot. Why? Because what I learned while dining here was that this isn't your regular ole Mexican restaurant where you may get a lot of food but of average quality. Truly, everything served here I could taste the quality of ingredients. They do have rice and beans sides available, but honestly, we already had plenty of food before us. We ended with dessert of course - two kinds. We learned about their ice-cream which is made special and it comes in a cone swirled high. I liked the cone holder it came with as well so it can sit on its own. The ice-cream is not overly sweet which I really like. It is smooth and creamy - really good. Lastly the Durango Flan. It has a fresh citrus flavor with the oranges on top. The flan itself is creamy. The portion is a good size as well - I highly recommend this dessert. If you don't drink alcohol but want something refreshing, try an Agua Frescas. I had the Fresa y Menta which is a strawberry mint agua fresca. You really taste the strawberry flavor and the mint was a really nice touch. Overall, I can't believe I hadn't come here since it opened. You have to be open to a different Mexican restaurant experience. I really appreciated the uniqueness of their drinks and menu items. The quality in everything really comes through. My first time dining here, I discovered La Casa de Juliette is a gem in Centennial Hills.. I ordered from the lunch special menu. For $21 I had their Caesar salad and enchiladas with a vegetable filling. The Caesar was a sizable portion, perfectly crispy fresh Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced radishes, lightly dressed with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. The enchiladas were individually made, very fresh, with a filling of squash and chiles, garnishes, crema drizzle, and a lightly spicy red sauce. Yelp Review 2026 #179: I've been wanting some good pozole and I saw their menu online says they have it so, I had to give this place a try. This spot on Norman Rockwell has changed restaurants at least twice. It was originally Leticia's then, another Mexican restaurant (the name escapes me), and now, La Casa de Juliette. The entrance is facing the main road. The parking spots along the side are only for 15 minutes so you would have to park on the other side or the bigger parking lot behind the buildings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have patio seating but you don't really want to sit there in the summer months. At least I know I don't. He asked us if we had food allergies. I have a lot but I know not to order food I'm allergic to (at least not the ones that cause an anaphylactic reaction). I was missing fresh onions and cilantro. There's a restaurant in CDMX with really good pozole because it had more protein and cabbage than there or broth. This definitely had more broth. I didn't finish this. Pozole tastes better after a day or two. 3/5 Fish Tacos: Order of 2 Fried Mahi Mahi, Chipotle Slaw, Piña Pico de Gallo. I got food allergies so I can't have pico. I've had fish tacos from several different places and not have pico on them that have sauce that made their fish tacos taste amazing even without pico. I guess I really missed out on flavor by not having pico from this place. 2.5/5 Enchiladas: Your choice of Braised Chicken or Beef Brisket. Corn Tortilla, Stuffed with Queso Oaxaca. This was good. I would say one of the best nice Mexican restaurants in Vegas. We started with some margaritas. Prices are $12 for an 8 ounce, or $24 for a 20oz. I opted for the 8 ounce and my hubs got the 20oz. To be honest, the 20oz sounds like a good deal, but it wasn't so much because it had more ice than liquid. We got the Tommy's Style and Fresca margaritas. The Tommy's Style tasted more like a house margarita and the Fresca includes strawberry and lime. To be honest, the Tommy's Style margarita tasted a lot better than the Fresca because the Fresca was a bit bland. We ordered their beef tartare and Prawn al Achiote to start. Both were amazing. The prawns were shareable between two people, and these were the biggest prawns I've ever had. It came with chimichurri sauce, which complemented well with the prawns, but the prawns were still buttery and juicy enough without the chimichurri. For our entrees, we got the duck Vampiros de Juliette and Pollo Asado. For the side, we got the Fire Roasted sweet corn with bone marrow and salsa matcha. The duck vampiros were amazing with the super tender and juicy duck carnitas on top of a tostada and cheese. The corn with bone marrow was amazing as well. The bone marrow was very tender and tasted great with the spicy salsa they put on top; however, there was more salsa than bone marrow, though the taste was still fantastic. La Casa Juliette is a full service slightly upscale Mexican Restaurant and Bar located right in Centennial. They serve lunches Thursday till Sunday and Dinners. You get two and each taco is very large, double shelled and REALLY DELICIOUS!!!!!!! These might be the best tacos that I have tried in Vegas. They put this sort of pineapple salsa that they call pina pico de Gallo. It's nicely spicy and insanely delicious. Make sure you pack it into your taco because they pile it on the top and it can fall off. For me one taco here is enough for lunch and I happily brought the second taco home for another meal. My husband tried the two course lunch. Both Plates (wings & enchiladas) were delicious but BOTH were over cooked. Tasty but dry and stringy chicken wings. So I'm not from Vegas, but I've been to this place twice now. Once over the summer of 2025 and again in Feb of 2026. La Casa de Juliette is the exact type of elevated Mexican food and cocktails which keep me scouring the earth for great food. If you're willing to drive off strip as a tourist, you won't regret stopping at La Casa de Juliette. I love the Vampiros, perfect little tostadas with delicious shredded pork. It's a must app. This 2jd time I tried the esquites and the duck sope, a Romana salad with shrimp, and some other entree special I don't remember the name, but all were top notch. The duck was perfect with a deep flavor of hours long stewed mole. We added shrimp to the awesome Romana salad, the shrimp were huge and perfectly seasoned. Last time we were in for dinner and I had the Quesobirria Tacos which were amazing and our server did a fabulous job. I was also super impressed with the chicken quesadilla on the kids meal. It was huge and my toddler was super happy and full from it. This time we tried some new menu items. Ordered the chips and salsa. Salsa is amazing and the tortilla chips are homemade. I considered ordering more to take home it was so good...but as we were walking, it wasn't the the best idea for this trip. We also ordered the short ribs and fries. The marinade they use on the short ribs was delicious, but there wasn't much meat on them. Practically all bone on each piece which was kind of a bummer. Fries were good, very crispy if that's how you like them. Drinks were fantastic! I had the Tommy's Style margarita. It was very smooth and not too sweet, flavor was just right. I apologize, I forget the name of what my husband ordered, but it was a rum based cocktail with a strong pineapple flavor. Love their margarita pitcher deal and you definitely get more than the 6 glasses it says you'll get. What a fun place! They have a seasonal menu, this one christmas themed with some fun cocktails, all served in holiday themed glasses (which I understand they change each year). First time here for my friend (the local) and I (the visitor) and we will be back for sure. We shared the queso dip, served with tortillas vs chips to start with a spicy margarita for me and one of the holiday cocktails for my friend, the Santa Style margarita. My friend elected the chicken fajitas (don't look for tons of condiments here...) full of chicken, onions, peppers and queso Oaxaca cheese. The meat wasn't dry, but it didn't taste like al pastor, or the flavors didn't come through as much as I would have liked. The consensus was the same for my family. I skipped the tortillas bc I had already indulged in the tostada chips but I'm sure the tortillas were delicious. Both items were great and I'm thankful I was able to try beef and chicken enchiladas since you can mix your meats. Some places don't allow that which is a shame. Only downer was they charge for chips and salsa which isn't something I'm used to as they should be on the house in my opinion. My man's chicken and beef enchiladas were also excellent, including the rice and beans. The beans even came topped with some crispy bacon, yum! I especially appreciate that they let you mix proteins when so many places insist on choosing just one. We did run into a few issues. A very loud, intoxicated guest at the bar disrupted the otherwise romantic, cozy atmosphere. Not entirely their fault, though it would have been nice if someone had stepped in. Our server also wasn't very attentive, and we waited for refills more than once. We just moved to town and decided to grab dinner here as a break from unpacking boxes, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed. From the host to the runners, bartenders, and servers, everyone was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the care they put into their sides, and the esquites with roasted bone marrow is an absolute must-order. We never would have thought to order wings at a Mexican restaurant, but the chicken wings tossed in a mix of their sweet and spicy sauces were a pleasant surprise and a standout. What really stands out is the depth of flavor, nothing ever feels one-note. The ceviche mixto is bright and refreshing, the aguacate con cangrejo azul is a dream for crab lovers, and the duck enchiladas are pure comfort. And if you're in the mood for a little mood elevation, the drink program is outstanding. Their house-made syrups bring so much richness and balance to cocktails like the slow-roasted strawberry margarita and the caramelized pineapple margarita. La Casa De Juliette is truly a North West Las Vegas gem that needs to be cherished, polished and kept in a safe - but everyone should have the code! Elevated Mexican usually comes off as pretentious, because it is the simplicity of Mexican dishes that we love. La Case De Juliette does such a great job of elevating familiar dishes but presents them in 5-star format - both in flavor and presentation. We came here for a late lunch. We got the chips with salsa and guacamole. The chips were crispy and the guacamole was good and creamy with a slight spice. The salsa was okay but I prefer mine to be spicy. I got the vampiros with carne asada. It had a great bite, great flavor and the meat was tender. It was the perfect size for me. My spouse got the birria tacos and they were good. The margarita were on special for $8 so I chose the strawberry one and it was delicious. For dessert we shared the Durango flan....wow, super delicious and the best my spouse has ever had. Also, the pansy flower is edible. Our server was Celine who was super nice and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. My family have lived down the street from this place for years and have visited this location over the years. It has seen multiple iterations of mexican restaurants and this by far is the best. I hope this place stays. Amazing service from start to finish. The server was super personable and we always had what we needed. The inside decor makes it feel upscale rather than kitschy. I was super happy with the birria tacos,fajitas and the cheese queso as an app. Spicy Margarita was perfection. Only disappointment is you pay for chips and salsa but the salsa was super fresh so no complaints read more
