One of our gutters ripped off and was dangling. Immediately reached out and it took about 2 1/2 months for them to respond to me. But they finally did and they came out to help fix the downed gutter. Now one of my other gutters is leaking and you can see the gutter guards are hanging off the edge. I reached out asking for help two months ago asking for help and multiple times since. Finally texted from a different phone and got a response... Y'all need to make this right and come out and help fix these gutter guards you installed. And now I'm missing something else. I don't take what I'm saying lightly, but the two items are things that have been been in the same place for the 7 years we've lived in our house. I'm on the hunt for another company because bottom line, I need to trust who is coming into my home. Lastly, I wish the cleanings were consistent. Sometimes that dust, sometimes they don't.
