Called them twice and have to tell you - hit and miss. One guy (Scott - ?) did an outstanding job a few months ago. Called them again, got a different technician - my carpets now look EXACTLY the same as before cleaning, minus $130. Called the owner and asked to redo. His response was curious! He said that it is NOT FAIR to the company to redo the whole job for free. Well, apparently it is fair to the customer to do the sloppy job to start with. One more thing - according to the owner, once I signed and paid, it means I am satisfied. So don't sign or pay anything until your carpets are fully dry, so you can see the results. Jordan the owner is in need of customer service trainning. I asked for my soiled staircase to be cleaned and the employee spent less thean five minutes hand scrubbing the carpet.
