It goes to the Verizon…read moreAssistant and I cannot find any way to get past it to speak to somebody in the store, e.g. to determine store hours or even ask a question. Second, when I asked how to enroll in autopay for my service, the representative told me to call 888-866-6924. This number is worthless because it would not let me do anything unless I entered an employee number, which I do not have because I am not an employee. Needless to say, because (800) 880-1077 also is worthless, I was unable to call back to get the correct number. I was eventually able to enroll in autopay online. WARNING: The advertised autopay discount is not available unless you use a Verizon VISA card or your bank account. Verizon itself is absolutely worthless and unreliable (1 star). I got the 5G because my DSL has gone out 3 or more times in the past year and, in one case, I had to deal with the BBB and consumer protection agencies to get a junk fee removed from my bill. This was for a technician visit to my home that found no problems with my inside wiring, but for which I was charged anyway. My phone service just went out today. Verizon is very good at taking my money every month, and recently raising its prices, but not so diligent about making sure the services for which I am paying actually work.

Without any notification they added $20 to my bill because I also have home internet billed to my cell phone account and was enjoying a second $10 credit for using autopay. Soooo I asked them to mail me my bill and I will mail them a check and we can make them work a bit for their money... but more than likely just going to ditch them for a less expensive company. That 3% credit card fee might have been better absorbed than the backlash from this stunt.

Since that time, my experience with them has been terrible due to the following problems: - Phone trade-ins cannot be done in store and must be mailed in. If you go to a Verizon store they can do the trade-in on the spot. - Associate named Sean lied multiple times about the trade-in offers I would be receiving. He then refused to acknowledge what he had originally told me, and that the offer I agreed to never existed. - Sean also said that my application for new phones would not show up on my credit report, but it did cause a hard pull through Experian. - When working with the manager Bryan, he was not able to honor the offers I originally agreed to. He was able to suggest a different offer but this required an additional 3 weeks, since my final Sprint bill was needed. - It also took Bryan 2 weeks to get the promotional code I was supposed to receive sent to me, and an additional week of working on it to finally get it to work on the website. It is now 5 weeks after my original purchase, and I was just able to send all of my phones and information to Verizon to begin the rebate offers, when I was under the impression it would only be a week. I would highly recommend to avoid this store if shopping for new service or phones with Verizon and go straight to a local Verizon store instead. I am greatly disappointed with how much work and time I needed to invest to get all my issues resolved with their staff.

    I can't give zero stars, but if I could, I absolutely would. I showed up after calling Verizon…read morecustomer service three times in one day, each rep telling me to go in-store to fix my refund issue. So I did, only to wait around for 20 minutes just for the so-called store manager to tell me she couldn't do anything. Then that same useless, unprofessional, unproductive, and downright unpleasant-to-look-at fake redhead Karen manager; dismissed me in less than two minutes because they were "about to close." She didn't even try to help, she just brushed me off and literally walked away mid-conversation. " stating there's nothing she can do". After the headache I went through with Verizon all day, this was the final straw. The customer experience was beyond pathetic, and that manager made sure of it. If she had shown even a shred of effort or basic human decency, I might've remembered her name but honestly, she didn't earn that courtesy. This whole experience was a complete waste of time and solidified why I'll never try Verizon again. Please if you can travel to another Verizon store do so. you will get the respect as a customer and avoid the rude/ unreliable management here. Miss red head Karen who looks 50 do better!!!

    Just bought a new iPhone and like it (so far). Traded in old one. We had a nice techie help us…read more Third time we have been to that store for purchases. My complaint involves the fact that the store doesn't have a restroom for customers. They claim that it's store policy not to let anyone in the back since they might steal phones, etc. while they're back there. That is possible, but I don't see why one of the employees couldn't go back there with you and stand outside the BR door while you use it. For us to get there, it's an hour drive. It's not just the drive but you're in the store for an hour or more while they transfer stuff from your old phone to the new one and do updates. I am an old woman and old women have to go frequently. I think it is ridiculous and even inhumane not to have a restroom for customers. Have cameras up in the storeroom so that they can see what people do back there! (not in the BR, obviously, but I'm sure they aren't storing phones in the BR.) There is a way around this instead of being literally inhumane.

    May wife and I switched carriers and got new phones at this location. We changed my line over on…read moreline and when we went to pick it up decided to change both lines over. The whole process was quick and painless at the store. My phone worked immediately as we were driving home. We took her SUV because of the distance (my truck gets 1/3 the mileage) so I got to check my new iPhone first. Everything was 5/5 with it. When we got home her phone didn't work. We called Verizon customer care and for some reason my phone was set to activate immediately and her phone was set to activate the next day at 11:30am. We were told it was set up that way in the store? They sent a QR code to my email and her phone worked inside of 5 minutes. The 4* is because of 5* phone customer service and 3* store service. Looking back we should have just had them activate both phones and set them up in store.

Some of the employees that I have worked with here before I did not see in my last two visits which is ashame because this store would have received a 5. Never had a problem getting the phone or accessory that I wanted in hand before leaving. When you enter the store you are queued in a line to wait your turn, which I like since there is no fighting who arrived first. You are able to pay your bill at this location. Parking is easy as its next to Olive Garden and Panera Bread.
