My main concerns were being judged about my body type and being a total beginner but from the first step inside I felt completely and totally comfortable! When you first walk in there is a little reception area where I was greeted by the owner. I confessed it was my first class and me, being the dummy that I am, I was an hour early lol! She told me I could stay for the class that was running but I opted to dip out and come back. When I came back, I met my instructor the Lyra Foundations, Gina, who was very friendly. She asked about my background and told me about what we would be covering that night. Class started with a warm up consisting of some stretching, then some conditioning, then on to the main event. Gina demonstrated how to enter and exit the Lyra and had us on our way to doing some neat tricks in no time. She made everything look easy but ya girl was working up a sweat (def bring a water bottle with you!) As for my concern about being judged about my body type, I am please to report there were people of varying ages, shapes, and sizes, and everyone was totally cool. I've since been back for another Lyra class and hammock too which is super fun. I can't decide what I like best and I can't wait to try pole. I think one of my favorite things about Cheeky Peach is that they legit have classes morning, noon, and night, so there is ample time to fit a class or two into your schedule. So, if you are on the fence, I highly encourage you to just book a class and step through the door. You'll be hooked!

I know that when I am back in town, I will definitely attend more of their classes as a drop in in the future. The variety of classes they offer are flexible for every level and I am pretty yoga experienced but I felt appropriately challenged and supported and I know the less experience practitioners got lots of support. The facility is absolutely beautiful and everything has been thought of, it is a really mindful beautiful place to practice yoga. Highly, highly recommended. I went with a friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed the class and felt that we learned new tricks and want anticipating our next visit. Classes are $45 and 90 minutes and Includes stretching (warm ups), learning the techniques and freestyle. I loved the feminine vibe of the decor. There is a class for everyone here and you'll fall in love with each class. Pole Intro with Goddess is amazing, she is such a thoughtful teacher and helps you tap in to your inner sexual goddess. Cindy's aerial silk intro class will have you blown away by your upper body strength and that you can flip upside down in a silk!! Linda's flex classes will exceed your expectations and help you release any doubts that you are not capable of GREATNESS. The instructors at studio air want you to succeed and grow. The 1:1 support here is unmatched and makes you feel comfortable to show your weaknesses so that the instructor can tell you exactly what you can work on to master the skill. It's incredible and beautiful. I am so grateful for this studio and I look forward to all that I can learn here.

I love the monthly aerial cocooning workshop with Tibetan tones singing bowls mediation led by Adrianna. She is an advanced wellness practitioner who guides her class safely for those who are new to aerial style yoga and ending the class with a deep sound bath meditation makes me feel truly incredible every workshop I attend. I, myself have enjoyed massages, sauna sessions and a variety of yoga classes here and feel more calm and confident after each session. Bring a friend or a family member to introduce them to the benefits of yoga, meditation and overall wellness classes.

I think the owner is mentally off as I have never encountered such rapid movement or as strange a classroom presentation in fifty years of yoga. I researched the teacher on line when I returned home and discovered she was the owner. She has inserted her image and bio ubiquitously including a music site when she doesn't even produce music! The self promotion was staggering, Bad vibes of a cultish sort here. Could never coddle to her ego bursting classroom narratives. Want to do some authentic yoga? Go somewhere else. It's a spiritual assault.
