Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Four Cheese Pasta**, Veggie Burger Melt,Korean Fried Cauliflower
Marissa N.

My friends and I had the Korean fried cauliflower. Too sweet for my liking. I ended up having the spicy rigatoni with vodka sauce and my friends had the four cheese and a veggie burger. The veggie burger didn't even have a bun it just had plain bread or multigrain bread for a sandwich. Rigatoni was good a lot on my plate, but it was so good. I would say the best part about this experience was a service was quick and attentive. In regards to the restaurant structure it's like a maze.

Have you ever wanted to step into a Disney-fied Tuscany? Have you wondered "what would happen if Italy was also in Times Square?" Look no further than the Cheesecake Factory! Cheesecake Factory is always a great option. They have so much on their menu that I feel like I've barely made a dent in trying things. It's consistent and such a great spot. There's something here for everyone. Our server was so so nice she helped us pick out our meals. I had one of the burgers and it was honestly super solid.

Factory Nachos

Great Cheesecake Factory location, super convenient located in Prudential Center - right in the heart of Back Bay. Came here with my girlfriend, my roommate, and her boyfriend on Friday night for a double date. We were super tired and hungry, and chose Cheesecake Factory for its convenience. The restaurant is huge, and was surprisingly empty for a Friday night. They were considerate in pushing our reservation a bit as some of our party was running late, no problems with that. We started off with drinks - my roommate a mojito, her boyfriend a Sam Adams, and my girlfriend and I each Shirley temples. My shirley temple was not mixed well, it was super watered down and tasted like it had seltzer as the base instead of soda. The grenadine was not mixed in well. I asked them to remake it and open second try it was better, but too grenadine-y. Off ratios. But it was not a huge deal, I kept my drink. For an appetizer, we ordered the Factory Nachos, which were an absolute giant portion, but were so delicious. It was more than enough to feed 4 people- it had deep fried chips, melted cheese, queso, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and jalapeños. So delicious. Honestly, we easily could've all filled up on the nachos. Delicious appetizer. For our mains my roommate ordered the carbonara, my girlfriend ordered a chicken stir fry rice dish, my roommate's boyfriend got fish n chips, and I ordered the macaroni & cheese burger. My burger was absolutely delicious, the macaroni ball also cooked to perfection. My fries were just OK- which was a little weird because my roommate's boyfriend's fries were much better, and our dishes all came out at the same time. My roommate's carbonara was delicious, but the portion was too big. She had leftovers for 3 days. My girlfriend's chicken and rice dish was really good, a great healthy option. The service throughout the experience was decent - the waiter seemed annoyed at times when we needed more time to order, and responded with phrases like "what?" when he couldn't hear what we were saying, the food also took a long time to come out even though we were one of the only tables in the restaurant. We ended up spending about 2 hours here, but the food was pretty delicious and the company was great so I didn't mind.

Nice meal on a Friday night after visiting the MFA for first Friday. We ordered the street corn which is basically ribs of corn with butter and cheese. Yummy! I ordered the white chicken chili which comes with rice and salsa. The hubs ordered the pasta carbonara and enjoyed it and a friend ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta and also enjoyed it. Hubs and I had leftovers. The friend also ordered the original cheesecake. Service was good and ambiance is great!

Cajun Jambalaya Pasta

Look I love Cheesecake Factory but this location needs to die. It needs to be taken to the farm upstate. Sitting at the bar you'll make eye contact, do a courteous little wave, everything and they won't take your order. One of the first and few times I've tipped 0 and not felt guilty as a chronic 30-40% tipper usually. The spring rolls were charcoal. Literally chrispy crumbly black coal. I took the 3 good bites there were but idk how that made it out of the kitchen and no one ever checked on me. I had originally gone for an app, entree, and dessert with some drinks but left immediately after my app. The bartender just chatted in the corner. That was a few days ago Also came for a table today. Unfortunately it's close and easy so it's a lazy pick. You have to ask for bread now!! Brown bread remains great but they caught on to the way their white bread is average and give you two white to one brown. Lousy choice. And I'm still blown I away I needed to ask lolllll but I will say my server (his name started with T and he had round glasses?) was actually so sweet and the only decent server I've had here. He has good energy good vibes. The pasta I got was my fav the Cajun jambalaya. The chicken and shrimp were standardly delish but the pasta was mush. Overcooked and somehow cut into pieces but maybe they broke from being so overcooked. It was pasta mush.

It's been a while since I've been at this location, but it consistently remains to be one of the best cheesecake factories. Loved everything we ordered had avocado rolls that chicken salad wrap, and the rigatoni sausage pasta and of course chocolate Godiva cheesecake and OMG the new thing I tried was the Korean cauliflower amazing.!!! good to know that this place is consistently good!

Fried Macaroni and Cheese, Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos
Eva A.

4.5* Went to the happy hour and am surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I've never had a cosmo before but it was so good, not too sweet and just strong enough. The Asian chicken lettuce wrap tacos were weirdly so flavorful- I could have eaten a dozen of them. The sauces they come with are refreshing and complement the tacos perfectly. The fried Mac and cheese balls were just okay though. They've got to be eaten hot, they aren't good cold and definitely not good as takeout/reheated. The service is just okay, the staff weren't very enthusiastic, but that's fine given it's a chain establishment. I can't speak for the dinner experience, but I would definitely come back for the happy hour!

Visiting from South Florida we wanted to hit a local favorite of mine ! Started off with the amazing famous bread that Cheesecake offers :) Then we ordered the chicken potstickers and the street corn as appetizers, the potstickers were very good but the street corn was out of the world !!!! A must have .... We then ordered the infamous sliders with cheese that were on my list as the favorite sliders ever just amazing we complimented it with the Asian salad which was delightful . Cheesecake to go no room :))))

There was a short wait since they bake the cheesecakes fresh in batches, but it moved pretty quickly. The Original Japanese Cheesecake was warm, soft, and definitely lived up to its signature "jiggle." It's very different from a traditional cheesecake--much lighter, fluffier, and less sweet, almost like a cross between a soufflé and a sponge cake. If you're expecting a rich New York-style cheesecake, this isn't that. Personally, I enjoyed how light it was, and it didn't leave me feeling overly full. The staff was friendly, and the shop was clean and well organized. My only suggestion would be to have a few more seating options since it's mostly grab-and-go. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in downtown Boston or curious about Japanese-style cheesecake. I'd come back again and would like to try some of their other pastries next time.

I ordered an Ube cheesecake and repeated my order as it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. I was in a bit of a rush due to limited parking and unfortunately didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I had been given a different cheesecake than what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than return, as going back to Chinatown wasn't convenient at the time. The cheesecake itself was also disappointing in texture and freshness--it felt quite soggy and not as fresh as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I don't think I would return.

Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: The shop keeps the egg tarts in a warming box, which is very thoughtful. I've always preferred the cookie crust of old-fashioned Hongkongese egg tarts; they don't crumble or feel sticky in your throat. The custard filling looked a bit overbaked on the surface, but it was still smooth and creamy inside. The milk and egg flavors were qualified, and it was not too sweet. While not particularly amazing, it definitely deserved 4 stars, especially for a Cantonese person like me who hasn't had egg tarts in a long time. Hongkongese Egg Tart蛋撻: The crust is the same as the Portuguese egg tart, but the custard filling seems a bit more diluted, with a lighter milk flavor and a stronger egg flavor. People who aren't used to it might find it a bit eggy. I still prefer the former. Custard Bread奶黃包: Recommended by the owner, and it was definitely the best thing there! I ate it the next morning, but the bread was still soft, and the crust wasn't dry. The custard filling was generous, sweet, creamy, moist, and had a slightly grainy texture. Sausage Bread腸仔包: The seasoning was quite interesting, with a hint of wasabi (?). However, the sausage itself was just average, with a slightly starchy texture. Breads generally cost $2-4 each, and here four items were only $8+, enough to last me all day Important Reminder: Cash only for orders of $10 or less.

I am always surprised at how full I am when I leave! I'm stuffed every time. There is complementary miso soup with all of the bowls I've tried, outlined below. I really loved all of the bowls I've tried but my favorites are probably the Sake Aisuru Don and Kuromon Don. I just prefer more salmon to more tuna though, and they're all very good! Food: - Sake Aisuru Don: their classic all-salmon bowl! I loved the larger cuts of salmon, and I was pleasantly surprised that even the more pulverized salmon was flavorful! - Kuromon Don: loved the yellowtail in this! Each fish comes with two pieces (except the mackerel for which there are four), and I liked the sampler style for the salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and izumidai. - Maguro Toro Don: so much tuna! And all such high quality. The otoro was so fatty that it practically melted in my mouth without chewing. - Sake Maguro Hamachi Don: a mix of salmon, blue fin tuna, and yellowtail. I liked the yellowtail in this a lot and found that it stood out the most from the other two fish in this particular bowl!

The second time I went back, I ordered take out so I could eat it at the airport for dinner. I ordered the Sake Maguro Hamachi don, added ikura and negitoro. Again, so impressed with the quality of the fish and the size of it. They didn't skimp out and really enjoyed the thickness of the sashimi despite it only being 3 pieces. It was a very satiating bowl. Cant wait to come back next time again!

Egg Tart蛋撻: Since there was no insulated box, it was cold, which is a shame compared to Corner Cafe. The egg and milk aromas were masked, but there was a slight eggy smell. Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: Although it was also cold, I preferred the baking. It had a thin crust, and the filling was still smooth and delicate, with a richer egg, milk, and sweet flavor. Butter Bun奶香包: The best product, but I forgot to take a picture... I unexpectedly encountered "Little Swell bread微波麵包," something that has disappeared in China for a long time.
