The Cheesecake Factory is so nostalgic and still remains highly popular even now. We came over the weekend and it was incredibly busy. You can expect a 45+ min wait for a table on the weekends. As we remembered, the menu was so extensive which is really part of their charm. That said, don't expect them to serve any mastered dishes (there are simply too many options), but everything will taste pretty good for a chain restaurant. I got their branzino which was sadly so tiny for the price, but the seasoning was solid. Didn't feel like cooking so I ordered take out for my kid and I. I ordered her the grilled salmon kids meal and a side of kids strawberries and for myself I ordered the crispy Brussel sprouts and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. Picking up the order was smooth, it was pretty busy in there so I only had to wait about 10mins. I love the Cheesecake Factory. I went on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was about 15-20 minutes. There is a ton of parking as it is located on the outside of the mall. The menu is about 15 pages long so be prepared to need a lot of time to read through it. This also means the chefs cannot master that many food items. There was a special menu. Everyone gets bread and butter for the table which is so good. They have white bread and a brown bread. We shared the pickle fires that came with a spicy ranch. I'm a huge pickle and spicy fan so these hit the spot. I also got a coconut margarita which my server forgot about until I reminded him. We then ordered entrees. J got the Cuban sandwich with truffle parm fries. My friend got the chicken parm sandwich with regular fries. The food was delicious. The entrance and bathrooms are handicap accessible. Our waitress was amazing! Akishia waited on us without missing anything. The food was so delicious. I crispy Cauliflower fried with snow peas, mushrooms, and orange sauce on top of a bed of angel hair pasta. It usually comes with rice, but I preferred angel hair pasta. Haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in quite awhile ( a few years)... Before the lines were long or crazy...and no reservations accepted or no call-ahead... and today still the same, perhaps why we stopping going. We came and to our surprise for lunch, no lines, and it wasn't busy at all... the service was very good. We were disappointed that the bistro shrimp pasta was dropped from the menu, and it was always our favorite dish whenever we came to Cheesecake Factory. I don't recall ever having a burger at cheesecake and friend told us they had great burger... I had the bistro burger, and unfortunately didn't see a pic of what it looked like, only read the description. To my surprise it was on a sub-like roll, and wasn't a round burger, it was tasty but quite small for over $20, I got bigger better burgers at Dennys. My friend got fish & chips and his was quite small and didn't think it was as fresh or quite hard and not crispy...My wife got the avocado egg roll appetizer as her lunch main course, it was delicious, but her recollection of it before was much bigger and today is the portions were much smaller. Every lunch item was over $20, 4 people for lunch with no drinks ( just water) ~$125 w/tax. Perhaps why the Resturant wasn't busy... We ordered two breakfast plates that included microwaved eggs, a very small portion of stale homefries, unbuttered cold toast, and microwaved thin crackly bacon. Service was good because Our waiter was very helpful and attentive and super nice. Food wise, a little disappointed. Buffalo blast will always hit. Crab cake balls were a bit over fried. Wow I love this restaurant. It has been our go to place for our wedding anniversary dinner for the past 3 years. It's more than just a restaurant it's an experience. The ambiance sucks you in with beautiful woodworking, spacious booths and what seem like 100's of tables (LOL). The food options are numerous and delicious. The wait staff is courteous and attentive for the most part. I give them a pass mostly because it is always busy. The best part of Cheesecake Factory is the desserts. The cheesecake is phenomenal and there are so many kinds to choose from. Personally I am a traditional Cheesecake lover. Give me a New York Cheesecake slice with Strawberries and whipped cream and I am a very happy girl. Though there are non Cheesecake choices too. This location always seems to be popping. We happen to be at the mall for another dinner but they stopped seating super early compared to their closing time. So we went to Cheesecake Factory. Now i haven't been here for awhile, but every now and then we stop in. The space hasn't changed at all has plenty of seating, bar area and you just put your name down and get a text when your table is ready. Our server was nice. Now the menu is pretty extensive, it's what you would expect when you go to any cheesecake. It's pretty consistent. I don't think it's considered gourmet but for a chain restaurant it's consistent. We usually go for miso salmons and any of the pastas. Jambalaya, chipotle chicken, cajun shrimp etc. I think that the portion of protein to pasta is a bit lopsided compared to years past but that could just be my eyes lol. I like their calamari, crispy fresh tasting not rubbery and comes with two types of dip. For the miso salmon we usually ask for extra sauce. The cheesecake is always good, we actually recently ordered one slice of every flavor and had a group taste testing. It has been a long time since I last had a meal at the Cheesecake Factory. It was extremely busy, just like how I remembered it being like, but we were able to get a table for six. My go-to's were always the miso salmon, a shirley temple, & avocado egg rolls. Today, I ordered all three, including a couple of other entreés. The food took a little long to come but it was super busy so we remained patient. My miso salmon was okay. The rice was cold though, as well as the sauce. The only thing that was kind of hot was my salmon. I did a touch test to see if my food would be hot because of how long it took for our food to come. The last time I reviewed this place was almost a decade ago and it seems like they still are serving cold food... It's such a shame as I do love the miso salmon when done right. A bit disappointing. I will probably only come back here to get a cheesecake because for the price of their food, it's not worth it. They do have an extensive menu though. I had to ask her for # 1 bread # 2 water she never came by to refill even though she was to busy chatting with her coworker..I could hear the entire conversation. I like it here! They have a huge menu, the food is good and it's kid friendly. We usually go early for dinner and it is usually crowded, definitely recommend a reservation. My chicken was tossed in a sauce that was loaded with these little hairlike fibers. There were so many that I am assuming it was maybe ginger fibers? I hope. But they were rather long. Too much like pet hairs to get my head around. I do not recommend that dish. Also the chicken is served with warm rice and ice cold refrigerated pickle, mushrooms and kimchi. I feel that they are very consistent, have never had a disappointment. the menu is literally a Book, and their waitstaff is top notch, training goes into learning that large menu On this visit my guest ordered the lunch BBQ ranch chicken salad- the picture doesn't show well, however this salad looked wooza. I visited this restaurant yesterday 26th April. Being a single diner, I opted for a high table. Waited patiently for the table to be cleared and cleaned. The waiter appeared to be pleasant. However, no water, no setup, no menu. I requested another staff for a menu, original waiver shows up, I order a glass of wine. Still no water. I request another staff for water. This waiter is definitely ignoring me. About 12 minutes later, here comes the wine. I order my meal. About 20 - 25 minutes later the club sandwich I ordered. This dude is being quite nonchalant. No nothing. I decide to ignore him. If I needed something, I just requested it from staff. At one request I met a manager. He helped with my take out. The original waiter comes with bill where he had overcharged me for the wine and I told him remove the overcharge. Manager apologized and took it off. This was an obviously overall bad experience. To waiters, if for any reason you are uncomfortable serving a guest, respectfully decline. Don't put the customer through unexpected bad treatment, move on. I will not be returning. read more
