When all you do is one thing you should do it right. This place doesn't come close. I would think you might be better off nuking something found at Shop Rite would be better.

I chose the Mozzarella sticks for the table and the 'Lunch Money Burger' for myself. The sticks were pretty big, but tasted good. The burger was okay, but I can't say it was the best I've ever had. The fries had a unique taste to them and were quite good. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Parking is plentiful as this does share the space with several other businesses since it's located in a mall. Overall, this is a nice place that I'd have come to whether or not it was featured in the show. Being on the show is what got me to notice this place and now that I know it's here, if I'm in the area again I would surely come back.

My friends told me to come to this place telling me that the food was good. But the day I came here with a friend. I was disappointed. We ordered artichoke dip that was good. The calamari was too salty. The chicken carbonara needs a little attention. And the pasta jambalaya which is the one I have ordered. It was bland no flavor. Not only that the chef gave me two kinds of noodles. I was like I guess they couldn't the side which noodles would go with this dish. I have to say the noodles they gave me I have to separate them because they were sticking together. I would say this dish would have been better if they used a fresh tomatoes instead of can tomatoes. And the manager came to me saying that I am the first person who said the food wasn't good. I have to say I am disappointed about the pasta jambalaya. This is one of my favorite dish and the chef ruin it. The coffee was terrible my god! The only thing good I have to say. The cheesecake was excellent as always. The Cheesecake Factory is always a reliable go-to when you want a little bit of everything. The menu is massive ... almost overwhelming! but it means there's something for everyone, whether you're craving pasta, burgers, salads, or something more unique. The food is consistently good and it was flavorful and very filling. Portions are huge, so it's great for sharing or taking leftovers home. The service was friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was busy. Of course, the real highlight is the cheesecake. So many flavors, and every one I've tried has been rich, creamy, and indulgent. Definitely save room for dessert or take a slice to go! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the wait times can be long during peak hours, and the noise level can get pretty loud. Not a stranger to this great chain, I normally visit the SF location when I am in town located on the macy's building roof top, unfortunately unlike the amazing experience in the SF location this particular location really lacks in customer care and courtesy, other then the fact that I got the wrong drink twice (ordered a blue agave margarita I got a diet coke not even close how can you make this mistake and TWICE !!!) After the managed to get such a simple task s wrong they opted to let me know that they are out of this brand of liquor and that they apologize and I need to choose a different drink, I am easy going so I did even though this should have been handled much better on their end. i went here last night, we were a party of 10. I had the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. the pasta tasted dry, and i couldn't even finish half way. The waiter also created an issue with us about tax, that she has not mentioned before, so we had two waiters telling us 50 dollar tax than 35 dollar tax and continued to tell us different things. Then we had a waiter come to our table and drop food on the floor. Very disspointed i spent $17 on pasta that wasn't cooked well. It wasn't even warm. I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this Cheesecake Factory is not that bad. There is usually a wait. But not a long one and that is a good sign. The appetizers we had were the Nashville hot chicken bites, potstickers, anf mac & cheese balls. All were very good. I had tge bacon bacon burger, again very good. One of my party did like her dish. The server took it away and the manger came over to find out what was wrong. It was very nice of him to do they. Tge entire staff is above average. Be ready to wait a long time to be seated, but they are pretty accurate with wait time estimates. Food also takes some time to come out. The quality of the food is just like any other cheesecake factory. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with grilled corn was a great choice. Also, try to order the bacon cheeseburger, the size and flavor is great. All portions are huge. Very surprised that portion sizes have stayed this large for this long. The service was horrible and the food was even worse. They recently went up on the prices of their food which would be fine if they kept the quantity and quality the same. In the past 2 people could easily share an appetizer and dinner and dessert and it would be a complete meal. Need beer service and food. Taking that into account, I ordered the same item again. This time, the service was good, and I got home with the food piping hot. The issue I previously had with the burger does seem to have been caused by delivery time, as it was much better this time around. Unfortunately, the fries were just as disappointing. They were cold as soon as I opened the packaging, though at least they didn't have the old oil taste this time. Instead, it was very obvious they were frozen fries--confirmed by the presence of a plastic bag of frozen fries. They were again unseasoned, not even lightly salted, and somehow managed to be both cold and burnt at the same time. One thing that concerned me was the staffing. There were four employees present, but only two seemed to actually be working. John appeared to be leading things and taking orders, and there was someone cooking. One employee in a beanie seemed mostly idle, though I overheard something about deliveries, so I assume he may have been the delivery driver. Another employee, who looked around my age, didn't appear to be doing anything at all. That was a bit concerning. Overall, I updated my original rating from 2 stars to 3 stars. It was fine, but nothing impressive. If I were rating it out of 10, I'd give it a 4/10. The burger was good in terms of softness, but the onion rings and bacon lacked the crunch I was expecting. They were mostly soggy, though still an improvement compared to my first experience. The burger patty itself, without toppings, tasted dense and brick-like. If the fries had been good, I honestly would've rated this closer to a 7/10. However, I had to dock several points because I don't understand how fries can be both burnt and cold at the same time, nor how the quality managed to decline further between visits--from tasting like old oil to tasting unmistakably frozen and completely unseasoned. If I'm in the area, I might stop by for the burger alone, but even then I'd have to be in a very specific mood. The most disappointing part is that the owner personally encouraged me to give it another try. While one issue from my original visit was resolved, the fries somehow got worse.
