So I'm going to share the good and the bad.... I went to the Cheesecake Factory with family, the first time in years and was saddened by the great decline it has taken. The bad. The BATHROOMS WERE HORRENDOUS! First in the hallways leading to the bathroom there was paper towels on the counter. Then in the women's bathroom paper towels and trash was everywhere. The floor was wet and each stall had NO TOILET PAPER! Perhaps because all the toilet paper was thrown on the floor. One of the ladies went to tell the waiter and she said she would tell someone. We waited and waited and had to ask a man to bring out some toilet paper for us out of the men's bathroom! How terrible! It was like going into a gas station bathroom! You would think for a restaurant that communicating cleanliness would be priority. One of our ladies went and told the manager and he apologized. Gross! I wish I took pictures of how bad it was! The Ok. The first batch of honey wheat bread to us wasn't fresh or reheated too long. It had a bitter char flavor and was very dry! It literally broke up into crumbs as we tried to butter it. We asked for a new batch and that batch was fresh! The good. THANK God our meals were good. They weren't amazing but they hit the spot and were presented nicely. I just wish the quality of the food would go back to the old school Cheesecake Factory! Also there was no wait at the restaurant.

Was in Willowbrook Mall making a few returns and purchases and said that I had the craving for salmon for lunch and remembered that there was a Cheesecake Factory at the mall so I said let's do it! It was lunchtime and I decided to sit at the bar. I was the only customer at the bar at the time and when the bartender / server saw me they immediately greeted me asked if I wanted water and bread and allowed me a few minutes to look over the menu. I went with the Miso Salmon lunch portion because from what I remember of it, it was previously delicious so I said let's me see if it still is and kills my salmon craving. My entree arrived in the perfect amount of time (allowing me to enjoy a bit of bread and butter and my drink) and it was beautifully plated! It was also a very nice serving for a lunch portion. Taste wise it was BOMB!!! That miso salmon can give some of the best salmon I've had a run for its money .... it totally lives up to what I remembered it tasting like. I only ate half and asked the server if she could bring a to go box and she volunteered to take it and wrap it up for me and also to throw in additional miso glaze and butter sauce. Overall it was a great lunch and I devoured the leftovers for dinner.

This is an incredible place to try different desserts and delicious food! When we arrived, the waitress put some hot, fresh bread on the table. Although I'm not usually a fan of bread, this one was great! My favorite was the brown bread, which had a hint of chocolate flavor. We shared two desserts among three people, and the portions were generous and tasty. We even had to take some home! The waitress was very kind, and the restaurant itself was large and clean. I can see how finding parking during the day might be challenging due to the nearby stores and mall, but overall, it is a beautiful place with great food.

I love Cheesecake Factory! But not this location . Pros : the food was good Cons : waiter. Louis was very rude . Me and my sister made reservations and the reservations were a 45min wait when we got there we waited an extra 10min which wasn't that bad . When we sat down our waiter Louis . Seemed as if he was having a bad day . I didn't think anything of it but when he continued serving us it was evident he was upset . I will not visit this location again. Cost : $30 for one meal : pasta

The kitchen crew needs to pay more attention to order details and modifications. I ordered a pasta, and I wrote specific instructions to not add any dairy. When I got in my car and proceeded to take a couple of bites, I tasted butter on the pasta. Now my appetite is ruined and I wasted money.

Went in for small bites and dessert! Had the crab bites which are bite sized crab cakes served with tatter sauce which was quite tasty, the ahi tuna crispy rice was not as fresh as I expected and the rice patties weren't crispy. The Buffalo wings were good but we were served bad blue cheese dressing. Our waiter was overworked and did her best so I appreciated that, the key lime cheesecake was stale but the berry bliss cheesecake was divine! As always their brown bread with butter was delicious! Not a fan of this location. The table was sticky and the bathrooms were not clean. Lots of potential here still.

Walked after a little Christmas shopping for a slice of cheesecake to bring home. They have monitors with most of foods they serve. I shouldn't have looked at them. Sat down and had the avocado egg rolls with sweet sauce amazing. I had the chicken Parma pizza. Unbelievable chicken breast as the crust. Amazing. Service was fast and they were professional and place very clean. Only bad thing was very dark in there. Had to use phone light to see menu. But definitely will go again....they also had a special $50 gift card and get back $15 back to use after jan 1. That's a free slice of cheesecake for me.

Well, never say never, right?! Here is my updated review. The last time I was at this location, my experience was so bad that I vowed to never return. Lo and behold, I found myself seated at the bar for brunch, again. What can I say, a foodie's GOT TO eat, right? Lol. This was out of pure convenience as I had to make a stop inside of the mall anyway. Suddenly, I had a craving for cinnamon roll pancakes and a gift card anxiously waiting to be swiped. So, I obliged! I am so glad to say that this time my experience was 100% better than before. The bartender/service was extremely polite and accommodating from the moment I sat down. It was quiet and not crowded, assuming due to the time (around 11am). The cinnamon roll pancakes were fluffier than your favorite clouds, and delicious at every forkful. As expected, I could barely finish half, so I took the rest to go. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the ridiculous increase of practically the entire menu. I was a little appalled flipping through the pages. I understand the economy, inflation, etc. but come on, it's outlandish at this point. Price points are way up and the portion/size is the same or worse, much smaller. It's not a win for the customer AT ALL. All I can say is I remember when... smh Overall, I am pleased that this experience exceeded the horrible time before. Here's a tip: you may need to request new/clean silverware. The utensils inside of the napkin when you're seated are almost always never clean, as they should be.

My husband and I had an impromptu dinner tonight at the Cheesecake Factory in Wayne. This was my first time at this location, but my partner has been here in the past. We had a pleasant dinner experience here. The food was good and well prepared. Our waiter Duane took care of us and recommended a dish when I couldn't decide over what to get. Here's what we ordered: - Korean Fried Cauliflower - Our go-to appetizer to order; satisfying for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners. - Veggie Burger - My husband said the Wayne CF Veggie Burger was the best CF burger he's had. He said the fries were really good too. - Korean Fried Chicken - First time I tried this dish, and it was pretty good! It was kind of like a Bibimbap (well, I ended up mixing everything together). One last thing to commend was that the interior of this CF location seemed brighter and nicer to me. All CF restaurants share similar style/ design motifs, but the interior of this one just looked fresher and was better maintained. Overall, I'd recommend this CF location if you are in the area and enjoy the Cheesecake Factory.

This is the first time at this location. The appetizers was good.. I ordered the variety of egg rolls, my favorite was avocado rolls; delicious However, I didn't enjoy my food,. I ordered the fish tacos, which had no taste... Unfortunately, my guests and I didn't enjoy the food.. I felt like it was over priced due to the quality provided.. Visited this restaurant with my bf for Saturday lunch . I was very surprised that my food was good and fresh because I haven't ate from cheese cake factory in years and all the bad reviews from people. I ordered the fried avocado tacos and crab bites and veggie burger.. I enjoyed every dish including my drinks . I also ordered the strawberry cheesecake which was amazing !! The bill was only $125 and we had 2 slices of cheesecakes , 2 appetizers, 2 burgers meals and 2 drinks.

Greeted upon arrival and seated immediately. Restaurant is pretty spacious. Area we sat in was a bit dark and dim. Chicken pot stickers were tasty, very filling and nicely presented. The sauce was a bit too salty to my liking but the potsticker was yummy. Plain cheesecake was on point. I also ordered the chocolate tower truffle cake- it is a huge piece of cake! It's more of a shareable dessert. If you love chocolate then you'll enjoy it! Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Service was great.

Came here for dinner and as usual, it is busy so took a high top table by the bar. Love their fresh made bread with butter. Staff was friendly and service was good. Menu is plentiful in variety and for those counting calories... Full service bar as well with plenty of cocktail options. Don't forget they have plenty of variety of cheese cakes to eat in or to take out. Had the avocado egg rolls and chicken quesadilla to share for starters. Next the Chinese chicken salad, which is huge and good for two people to share. had to make room for dessert.... how can one not? Had the original cheesecake which is my preference since all the other ones seem on the the much sweeter side since I have tried many of their cheesecakes and other desserts. Enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory...and will be back!

I went there last night for a quick bite and it was an ok experience. I usually get a hit or miss with Cheesecake factory all the time. When I arrived it was roughly around 9/10pm. Here is my personal breakdown. Environment It is simple. They try to do a romantic vibe which it is great for couples or family gathering. They do accommodate to large groups but the majority of your group has to arrive to be seated and you can't reserve table if you are planning to come with a large table. Food: It was okay. We order steak taco and resiling chicken with a red sangria. My sister enjoyed her resiling chicken because it was moisted but the con to the dish was the seasoning. It was pretty salty where we had to drink our waters and drinks dry. The steak taco was interesting, not in a bad or good way. It wasn't what I was expecting but I was content with my meal. I didn't care for the sides that it came with which was rice and beans, my sister mainly ate it. The beans seem bland so it wasn't interesting to me. Maybe some onions and garlic would have make it more interesting. Overall it was okay, it is a nice option because it is in the mall but it isn't a wow factor. Service: It wasn't the best. I always have an issue with the service with this franchise company. Since our food was salty we were thirsty and by the time we wanted to get a refill in the water we needed our check. It took over an half an hour for our food to come which seem too long since a lot of the seats were empty. My food was room temperature which my sister food was piping hot. Not sure if it usually like that but I was okay since it was tacos that I was having. Our server wasn't really there to serve us and I think we only saw him 4x times out of the entire service. We would have like to have better service but I guess that is what we get for sitting in a booth late at night. Overall It is a mediocre location and same with the food. It is nice to go to when you want to sit down after doing shopping within the mall or just happening to be running errands for the day. However, it is not the place to go out of the way for in my personal opinion. read more

It was very difficult to make a reservation here for my party of 7. I tried online & failed, called and they said we could only make a reservation online or in person, so I went there to make it in person and they said I was given false info. Luckily the manager (his name starts w/ an M) came over and was very accommodating. The difficulty of booking a reservation is the only reason I give this place 4stars. Everything else was great! Our server Stephanie was very pleasant and funny. She was on top of everything & very organized too. She fit in perfectly with the group we had. Delicious and Amazing! The only thing is the wait time, they said 20 and we waited 30min. The waiter was very attentive and made sure to check on us from time to time. The food made it worth it! I had the wine and the jambalaya pasta , it was so delicious and the spices woke me up. Can we talk about that perfect bread!!! It tasted so fresh and fluffy, plus the butter just puts it over the top (we had two servings). We also ordered the red velvet cheesecake.... omggggg it was soooo good. Sugar overdose for sure! I basically eat here with family and friends all the time and I never have a bad experience with the food or service. Majority of the time there is a 20-45minute wait which gives me an excuse to go browse in the mall. They give you a buzzer just in case you don't hear them call your party. When you're seated, the host/ hostess let's you get settled and your waiter/waitress comes to take your order. I always ask for unlimited whole grain bread. That's my favorite. In addition to the bread I always order the egg roll sampler without the Tex Mex and Crispy Cuban and they always get the order right! read more

Great experience and great food! Granted, it was on a Tuesday at 11:45am, so I can't speak to weekend wait times/experiences. Our server was amazing and drinks were refilled. The sliders were tasty, but is there an upcharge for adding cheese? The menu listed the sliders as $9.99 and we were charged $11.50. I had the skinnylicious chopped salad. It tasted great, but I could have used some more chicken. My husband had the fish and chips and he was satisfied with his meal. read more

Always a pleasant atmosphere with great service! I enjoyed my avocado egg rolls though a bit on the salty side, but if only they had more choices without meat and/chicken. Cheesecakes are always hard to beat here with huge portions. Our server (Andrew If I'm not wrong) was great. Also, I think they should start accepting Apple Pay. read more

We ordered for takeaway today, the estimated time for pick was between 7:25 to 7:35, we were there at 7:25, the chicken in the Thai chicken salad had a rubber texture, dry, we couldn't eat it. The Fettuccine Alfredo was cold, the sauce was thick and had a sand texture, few shrimps again like rubber, nothing to justify the price. The only average meal was the shrimp with angel hair. Apparently the food was ready at 7:07, the shrimp angel hair was still a bit warm but not the other pasta dish. Our guess it wasn't freshly cooked, only heated, which is unacceptable. First time to Cheesecake Factory for brunch.. They open @ 10 AM for brunch.. we were seated right away.. No wait at the cheesecake factory can you believe it! We try to eat at different places on Sunday for brunch.. Cheesecake Factory only offers brunch on Sunday.. I'm not a fan of lemon anything.. but I did decide to try lemon ricotta pancakes topped with fresh strawberries. They were so delicious! I would get them again in a heartbeat! My husband had create your own omelette. (you can put up to four ingredients in your create your own omelette). The omelette comes with either tomato salad or breakfast potatoes.. He had goat cheese & avocado omelette & with breakfast potatoes and bread.. The omelette had a wonderful taste as well! Would definitely recommend going for brunch! Not to mention it's so pretty inside Cheesecake Factory! The service was very good too! read more

Stopped by for dinner today. I ordered our steak Diane and the flavor was awesome... but my steak was very undercooked (I ordered medium and it was completely rare). Raquel was an AWESOME server and because of service I will definitely give this another shot. The manager, Sean, stopped by to apologize and make things right. read more

Damn, Cheesecake in Wayne. I've given you ample chances. Compared to the other Factories, you failing, bruh. I need you to make sure you don't burn the sweet potato fries and act like they are supposed to be charcoal. I realize it's weird to order breakfast at 9pm but I'm eating for two, me and my over the belt buddy. When I ask for an omelette with chicken, I didn't think I had to say I wanted the chicken IN the omelette but apparently I do. My bad. Water must be at a premium because I asked for two and only got one. I need you to do better, Factory. Seriously, you expect me to give you flambé money but you feeding me Walmart tater tots. I gave you a two because the shorty that waited on us laughed at my jokes. Prolly cause I'm hilarious. read more

The food and cocktails sucked !! We wouldn't recommend The Cheesecake Factory located in the Willow Brook Mall Wayne, NJ. The cocktail were 90% ice watered down. The food was horrible, bland no seasoning. How do you screw up a hamburger (order one at The Cheesecake Factory). We ordered cheesecake to go, upon arriving home our order was incorrect and the Adams Peanut Butter Fudge cheesecake was "BURNT" covered up with whip cream. This was one horrible expensive meal..... Upon trying to reach management to share our dismay I was on hold for at least 45 minutes no manager picked up. I tried to contact corporate with my complaint but they ignored my complaint filed. read more

Such a huge menu, I always have a hard time deciding what to have. Recently had the Mac and cheese burger and wasn't impressed at all. Same with the spinach dip app, it was just missing something. Both items lacked flavor. Have also tried the hibachi steak in the past with was very good, a couple a pasta dishes which seem to be my go to here. Also their salads which are huge! read more

The Big Bang Theory keeps putting this place in my head so I tried it for lunch. I had the chicken and shrimp dish over rice and - hard to believe - I didn't finish it. Flavorless. Then I tried the basic cheesecake and it was dry and kind of flat. Expensive with uninspired one star food. Friendly servers added one star. All she wrote. Can't recommend. But I'll still watch Big Bang! read more

Tonight I was given the choice of where I wanted to eat for a birthday dinner. I, of course, being a fan of Cheesecake Factory, was more than excited to choose your restaurant. Unfortunately dinner tonight left me wishing I chose somewhere else to eat. I decided to go with the angel hair shrimp pasta (one of my favorite dishes). The pasta was bland; the only thing that had some taste was the tomatoes, which were abundant in this dish. Unfortunately the 5 pieces of shrimp (yes only 5 pieces) was nothing to brag about either; although they looked tasty, they were tough and overcooked. My food left me very upset and it's sad to say that my once favorite place to eat is now going to be the last place I would chose to eat moving forward. Sadly, this isn't the first dish that's been disappointing but I've finally reached the last straw and will never Eat at Cheesecake Factory again. PS. This wasn't leftovers but the entire content of my meal. read more

How good the service is definitely can vary, but the food is always good! The parmesan crusted salmon salad is amazing, as well as the Jamaican black pepper shrimp. It is apart of the mall so don't expect to find parking right in front of the restaurant. You might have to park a ways away depending on what time you go. read more

Back for our annual Christmas lunch today. Peppermint Bark Cheesecake is back! We were seated promptly. Our server came quickly. Her name was Ebony. She was excellent. She was very professional. We were visited to see if we needed anything just enough without being pestered. Her service was very timely for desert, clear table, check, and exit! Very good! The food was great. My daughters burger was well done which is not how she prefers. She was so hungry she didn't care. She took her Peppermint Cheesecake to go. For me the lunch size Cobb Salad was huge and naturally I ate the whole thing. I also ate half the complimentary bread. I sit right there and enjoy the cheesecake! I had the Vanilla Bean which is now one of my favorites. By the time we left around 1 PM the place was packed and people were waiting for a table. They still don't have turkey. Made the mistake of ordering delivery from these morons in the hopes of not having to deal with their stupidity. My DoorDash guy literally sat and waited 24 minutes for 2 pieces of cheesecake after I had ordered it 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Seriously, these Cheesecake Factory employees people are the epitome of retarded. Referring to this staff as "dumb" is a grave disservice to all dumb people around the world. "Stupid" does not even come close to describing the servers and wait staff. Slow, ignorant, zero etiquette and zero people skills. Everything is difficult for these morons. Who does not love cheesecake? I know I do and my scale after going here will vouch for that. Located right in the Willowbrook mall the Cheesecake Factory is a great alternative to typical food court dining. I find that the menu is very extensive and they have almost every food on the planet. After your meal comes the really fun part......Dessert! There are so many choices of cheesecake to pick from. I think I have eaten every one they have. If you happen to not like cheesecake or feel like something different fear not. They also have a assortment of other desserts to pick from. They do get busy during the holiday season and weekends. I have done take out a few times and they do a nice job packaging. read more

First time I did a take out with them. The worst. Ordered Cajon Jambalaya and it was dried out with no sauce. Only had 3 shrimp in the entire order. Had more green peppers then chicken and shrimp all together. Shrimp was over cooked. They could have kept the bread they put aside. It was so hard they could have made croutons out of it. This was my third time here and I can't say I've really ever been impressed at all it was just ok. Today we were all disappointed with our experience. One of us had Shrimp and pasta and the pasta was ice cold but tasted ok. Another had fettuccini alfredo which wasn't cooked enough and tasted VERY bland almost like noodles in milk. I had chicken breast with lemon sauce that was also very bland. I asked for more sauce and I drenched it and still blahhh. Two of us got cheesecake, the plain one was just ok and the chocolate peanut butter one was dry. There were 3 of us and we had no alcohol only 1 ice tea and 2 sodas and the bill was $115. OUTRAGEOUS! Love Cheesecake factory but this was a terrible experience. Place was ICE COLD inside, if you didn't have a Woolrich coat on you were going to have a rough go. We were a family of four, sat down at 8pm didn't get our food for over an hour. Waitress blamed a "fire in the kitchen" ordered a steak cooked medium. Came back well done and I suspect they buy steaks with meat glue. Was super salty and weird looking not much better than an Applebee's steak except double the price. I will take a long break from Cheesecake Factory and re-evaluate things. read more

Had lunch with my girlfriend. The dining are was clwan and neat. I had Chicken Chipotle Pasta which I liked the taste of it. It was midly spicy Chipotle taste. The food and drinks are solid like they always are at Cheesecake Factory; I can always rely on that. There guacamole however could use a dash of salt and line. Our server was great. She checked in on us at just the right amount of times and the bussers always asked before removing our dishes. We never felt pressure to order more than we did and to leave after we paid the check although when leaving we realized there was a long wait. I appreciated that kind of service for sure! I started this third-wave coffee journey after realizing I was mostly buying coffee from larger stores where the roast dates were usually two to three months old. One month old if I got lucky. And listen, there are some great third-wave coffee roasters on those shelves but the problem is freshness. At the time, I was deep into the pour-over coffee rabbit hole, and I kept passing this little coffee spot with a sign that basically said "Need more coffee? We roast it here," with arrows pointing down. And for some reason, I kept ignoring it. The sign wasn't fancy. It wasn't trying to be trendy. It didn't have the polished third-wave café aesthetic from the outside. It was just a simple roadside sign telling you exactly what mattered: they roast coffee here. Eventually I thought, "Wait a minute. If they're roasting coffee right here, why am I still buying bags from bigger stores with roast dates that are two to three months old?" So one day, I finally pulled in. Immediately - and I mean immediately - I realized I had completely judged this place wrong. This was a serious third-wave coffeehouse. And honestly, when you think about it, the sign is actually genius. A sinple sign that says "Need more coffee? We roast it here" is probably only going to attract people who actually care about proper coffee. Classic case of don't judge a book by its cover. Because now? I can't really get my coffee anywhere else. I've had some of the best coffees here. One year they had this Colombian Santa Maria light roast, high-elevation that totally changed my mind about Colombian coffees. I had always thought of Colombian coffees as more medium-roast, classic coffee profiles, but that one opened my eyes. Right now, they have this Fara Estate Nicaraguan light-medium roast that is absolutely delicious. They have a serious-looking pour-over setup with custom V60 holders and gooseneck kettle setup, so you can tell this is not just a place that sells coffee. This is a place that actually understands coffee. If you're the kind of person who checks roast dates, owns a V60, argues with yourself about grind size, or has ever fallen way too deep into the coffee rabbit hole, this place is worth stopping for. Do yourself a favor and try it. It got me through lockdown emotionally. And yes, I still went to coffee shops during lockdown, coffee was essential, don't argue with me. Fast forward to today and WOW. This place has absolutely blown up, in the best way. Every time I walk in now, there are people ordering, hanging out, working remotely, pretending they're writing novels, the whole vibe. Clearly they've got regulars, but the coolest part? The baristas still help you right away and don't make you feel like you interrupted their coffee cult meeting. Immediate love. No awkwardness. Honestly, between the decor, the people, the drinks, and how clean everything is, this place just gets it. It's warm, it's cool, it's consistent, and it somehow went from "COVID ghost town" to "community hub" without losing its soul. So no, it's not my everyday stop, but when I do come, I leave happier, caffeinated. They absolutely rock it.

It can get pretty busy though so be sure to try and beat the rush. The have basically any option you could want from a bakery and everything I have tried has tasted great. It seems every time I go here there are different options as well. They even have some discounted items on the counter that are from the day before. The best part is that the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of the food.

The place was absolutely packed and lively, with an enthusiastic crowd and some surprisingly good traditional dancers among the patrons. I was chatting with a local regular who told me it's usually a good crowd on the weekend but not like this. Guess the band and gulyás really brought out the throng! They've got a solid core range of beers - IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours - and special/seasonal flavors too, and even have their own hard seltzer line for those non-beer drinkers. I'm not an IPA person but lots of people seem to like their hazy IPAs (which my husband ordered). I stuck with my usual wheat beer and had a Belgian white...with blueberry! Delicious. The laid back and friendly vibe, down-to-earth crowd, and bright interiors with café-like seating areas all make Tribesmen a relaxing place to keep company. The calendar is filled with events such as trivia night, karaoke night, live music, and quaint social activities like crochet & sip and bonsai bar. All's to say I'd hang out here a lot more if I didn't have parenting responsibilities, though this does seem like a pretty family friendly place. We visited today for the Mother's Day Queen's Tea. I called to make a reservation 2 months in advance since they book up so quickly. In general, reservations are recommended as seating is limited, especially on weekends. When you arrive, you are presented with a prix-fix menu. On non-holidays, you usually have a choice between the soup or the salad of the day. You select your pot of tea from over 60 premium tea flavors. Today, I chose the "Paris" special tea, which had notes of vanilla, caramel, and bergamot. For the Mother's Day Queen's Tea, we had the broccoli and cheddar quiche, a pear, goat cheese, candied walnut, mixed green salad, scones, assorted mini sandwiches, and several mini desserts. Every course was fresh and excellent. The caramel scones are one of the best things I have ever eaten. They are served warm with clotted cream and lemon curd. The caramel is so goey and melts in your mouth. We brought some orange juice and prosecco to have mimosas with our tea. They have glassware in the back that you can request when making your reservation. The service is always top-notch. Holly is the best server! She is super sweet and always hardworking. At the entrance, there is a little gift shop with lots of cute vintage items, tea-themed trinkets, and some of the loose lea tea available in small bags. We love coming here and hope to be back again soon. My salad was good, the location is very clean. The service was ok but I'll chalk that up to the fact that it was a young teenage girl and I think she was just shy.

My friends told me to come to this place telling me that the food was good. But the day I came here with a friend. I was disappointed. We ordered artichoke dip that was good. The calamari was too salty. The chicken carbonara needs a little attention. And the pasta jambalaya which is the one I have ordered. It was bland no flavor. Not only that the chef gave me two kinds of noodles. I was like I guess they couldn't the side which noodles would go with this dish. I have to say the noodles they gave me I have to separate them because they were sticking together. I would say this dish would have been better if they used a fresh tomatoes instead of can tomatoes. And the manager came to me saying that I am the first person who said the food wasn't good. I have to say I am disappointed about the pasta jambalaya. This is one of my favorite dish and the chef ruin it. The coffee was terrible my god! The only thing good I have to say. The cheesecake was excellent as always. The Cheesecake Factory is always a reliable go-to when you want a little bit of everything. The menu is massive ... almost overwhelming! but it means there's something for everyone, whether you're craving pasta, burgers, salads, or something more unique. The food is consistently good and it was flavorful and very filling. Portions are huge, so it's great for sharing or taking leftovers home. The service was friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was busy. Of course, the real highlight is the cheesecake. So many flavors, and every one I've tried has been rich, creamy, and indulgent. Definitely save room for dessert or take a slice to go! The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the wait times can be long during peak hours, and the noise level can get pretty loud. Not a stranger to this great chain, I normally visit the SF location when I am in town located on the macy's building roof top, unfortunately unlike the amazing experience in the SF location this particular location really lacks in customer care and courtesy, other then the fact that I got the wrong drink twice (ordered a blue agave margarita I got a diet coke not even close how can you make this mistake and TWICE !!!) After the managed to get such a simple task s wrong they opted to let me know that they are out of this brand of liquor and that they apologize and I need to choose a different drink, I am easy going so I did even though this should have been handled much better on their end. So after all that I got the bill and my original drink is there as well as ZERO discount....... should I ever set foot in this place.... I think NOT !!!!! read more

i went here last night, we were a party of 10. I had the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. the pasta tasted dry, and i couldn't even finish half way. The waiter also created an issue with us about tax, that she has not mentioned before, so we had two waiters telling us 50 dollar tax than 35 dollar tax and continued to tell us different things. Then we had a waiter come to our table and drop food on the floor. Very disspointed i spent $17 on pasta that wasn't cooked well. It wasn't even warm. I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but this Cheesecake Factory is not that bad. There is usually a wait. But not a long one and that is a good sign. The appetizers we had were the Nashville hot chicken bites, potstickers, anf mac & cheese balls. All were very good. I had tge bacon bacon burger, again very good. One of my party did like her dish. The server took it away and the manger came over to find out what was wrong. It was very nice of him to do they. Tge entire staff is above average. Be ready to wait a long time to be seated, but they are pretty accurate with wait time estimates. Food also takes some time to come out. The quality of the food is just like any other cheesecake factory. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with grilled corn was a great choice. Also, try to order the bacon cheeseburger, the size and flavor is great. All portions are huge. Very surprised that portion sizes have stayed this large for this long. The service was horrible and the food was even worse. They recently went up on the prices of their food which would be fine if they kept the quantity and quality the same. In the past 2 people could easily share an appetizer and dinner and dessert and it would be a complete meal. Need beer service and food.
