Cheese, cheese and more cheese. Super crunchy and delicious grilled cheese sandwiches, the tots are even better than the sandwich and the Mac is big enough for two or three and even more cheesy. They do strange mixes for their favorites, but with what they are next to, I'm sure the munchie folks come over and are like cheese, tots, chips, pork, ranch.... Mixed all together.... Yaaaaaas They have a couple outdoor seating tables, but this is a to-go eatery. It's a small little hole in the wall. Low-key spot with minimal signage to indicate that they even exist. Located in the same building as Good Titrations which makes a lot of sense to me. Haha. This is exclusively a to-go operation. No waiting area, no seating, no bathrooms. You either ordered online and came to pick up or ordered here and get it handed to you at your car when ready. Not mad at this setup just wanted to share and make it clear for anyone interested in eating at this restaurant. Food was so good we came back a second time the next day before leaving Fairbanks. We tried the Mac with pulled pork, the Brie grilled cheese, and the classic grilled cheese, the bacon grilled cheese, and the cereal shake. Everything was great. Zero complaints. Normally is great food! I love the veggie melt and have gotten it several times before. Today i ordered it and it came with half of the ingredients it normally comes with. If i had gotten a heads up it would be one thing but they just sent a flimsy, soggy sandwich with no communication.... Oh and now they won't answer the phone. read more

So delicious! Fun menu with classic options as well as more creative ones. I enjoyed the Let it Brie sandwich and it was perfect in every way, and the crunch berry cereal shake was really yummy and tasted a lot like the milk after a bowl of cereal. I liked it a lot. The Reese's puffs one was also yummy. Fun vibe with friendly staff and a wall for guests to take a picture and hang it up. The building itself is pretty small without a big sign and there isn't a dining area inside but there are a couple tables outside-- more of a to-go operation. So.. I've been on Yelp for 3 years and have NEVER left a review for a restaurant even though I Yelp almost every one I go to lol. That being said.. First of all. Customer service. It makes or breaks an entire meal for me. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful in helping my husband and I choose our food and he was extremely nice and friendly! It is a to-go restaurant only and there are a few tables outside. He brings out your food to you and he also checks on you periodically while you wait (and trust me, it's worth the wait!!!) He checks to see if you need refills on your drinks as well :) I can't even get waiters to do that at a sit down restaurant most of the time. Second, the food. They have 4 bases for food: Mac, grilled cheese, tots, and milkshakes. I ordered the Miss Piggy Mac. It's shell mac topped with bbq pork (made in house), bbq sauce, and crushed bbq potato chips. When I ordered it, the guy said it would be the best Mac I've ever had. He was right The cheese was thick and delicious and the pork was top notch! And I grew up close to Memphis so I have pretty high standards for bbq. My husband ordered the Wake N' Bake tots. He wouldn't even let me try my food until I tried his first. He absolutely loved them!! Last, but certainly not least, dessert: Fruity pebbles cereal shake. Yep, you read that right. And they use the milk at the end of a bowl of cereal in all of their shakes and lemme tell ya. Game. Changer. It was so simple, yet the best milkshake I've ever had. I think this place is over priced for what it is. $17 for mac and cheese I would except more toppings and more pasta in those containers. I order the Mac buff chicken and the chili Mac and to my surprise the chicken and chili that was advertised was not in there. I will say just go with their shakes they are good. They were also very understanding and willing to fix their mistake with a refund or remaking the meal. I think the place has a good concept it's just need to fill the containers more and add what is advertised because the chili Mac only had beans there was no beef in there. read more

My son and I were on a desperate search for ice cream off-season. We saw some reviews with some cool milkshakes and so we headed over. We were disappointed to see that the address looked like a bar instead of like a takeout place since he is only 18, but then we spied the Cheesehead joint around the side of the building. Upon entering the building there was a definitive aroma of weed. Apparently, next door is one of the only weed cafés in the country and they own the Cheesehead joint which is a really smart business model. My son and I got 2 milkshakes because we had just eaten dinner, but I would've really like to try one of those grilled cheeses as well. The milkshakes were delicious, and I would definitely order again. The staff was very enthusiastic and pleasant, and were telling us all about the weed café. I wish we could have stopped in, but I work a job with testing, and my son is under 21. In any case, definitely stop by here for munchies even if you're not a stoner, it was really good. read more

Hands down the best Mac&Cheese in town imo. Comes as a big, delicious serving that can easily be eaten as 2 meals. The cereal milkshakes are out of control, wacky concoctions that may sound intimidating (potentially off putting) but man are they good. It's like the perfect way to have a bowl of cereal and a dessert at the end of the day. I did however have pieces of plastic in the bottom of my drink. But with the awesome service I received, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and count it as an honest mistake. It's literally stoner millennial food. The pulled pork tasted and looked like it came out of a squeeze bag. The miss piggie sandwich was cold and the tots were old and hard. Everything was super greasy and the seating was only a couple of picnic tables in the parking lot.
