There's a REASON reviews are so bad and its so dead in there. Called in and asked for a 6 piece, guy on the phone (Eddie) told me they don't do 6 pieces just 5. Ok, no big deal. Go home and look at my food to find 5 tenders not wings like I had wanted. I go to menu and see that yes tenders are only 5 piece and WINGS are 6 pieces. If I call in and ask for a 6 piece ofCOURSE I mean the wings! WHYYYY would you think I mean tenders when you dont even do 6 piece tenders? And to make matters worse the tenders are extremely dry and overcooked. And the soda fountain inside has a clogged nozzle from them not cleaning it and it sprays everywhere and you can taste how dirty the nozzle is when you drink your soda. I understand we probably should have realized the "Buffalo" in front of the item order meant they tasted similar, but man this taste wasn't very appealing. Again, maybe it's just me/us, not being fans of the buffalo sauce. The chili and the grilled chicken chipotle tortilla snack wrap ended up being the most tasteful thing we ordered... and both were a fair 3.5 at best. The missus says the wrap was dry. Personally I thought it was fine, not good, but fine. We both agreed the chili was pretty decent. All in all, we had to take a little bit of everything, a bite here and there, so the Buffalo wasn't overwhelming as a flavor. We were almost glad the snack wrap tasted the way it did to offset the Buffalo flavor. I have seen and heard folks say this (food) was a hit or miss... I can see what they mean now in a few ways. We ended up tossing half our $50 meal away (picture added) and still politely thanked the staff (who was busy cleaning and didn't fully acknowledge us on the way out, which is fine, but wanted to note that) on our way out. Service was great, good recommendations and warnings about spiciness. The Buffalo fries were good but a little carb overload, surprise. One idea that the guy with mask gave me was that you can change any of the sauces. They have a lot of sauces, so you can get really creative. I really liked the spicy ranch. I had my husband take me another weekend and I got the 5 tender combo, which is a really good price for the amount of food you get plus a drink. I'm able to share with my 5 year old and still can't finish all my food I have noticed sometimes the quality can be a little inconsistent, occasionally I'll order off DoorDash and the quality of the food can taste more oily, as other reviewers have said. We ordered the 6 wing combo with fries and opted for the lemon pepper dry rub. We love this seasoning at Wing Stop and normally use that as a standard when we order wings at any other place. The lemon pepper seasoning here was perfect in flavor, but it was SO SALTY! I actually had to rub some of the salt off with a napkin. Very bummed to be writing this review because the downtown Fresno location has always been so awesome but unfortunately, my visit here the other night was not the same experience. the young girl that was taking our order was very nice, have no bad things to say about her but I ordered a chicken wrap with grilled chicken and no cheese and I said that part two times cause I cannot have cheese. after waiting about 15 minutes for our order, we finally got it. It was near closing and the line was long and honestly my fault I probably should've checked the bag before leaving but I did not. Got home to find a fried chicken wrap with cheese in it... I tried to call and unfortunately it was exactly 9 o'clock right when they closed. I tried my best to scrape out the cheese, but it was pretty hard. How is it possible to make chicken simultaneously rubbery, chewy, bland and burnt tasting while also having soggy breading? If anyone is really interested in that product, I've got the place for it. I ordered the chicken sandwich and I added the bacon and cheese and it was a meal so it came with fries and a drink for alittle over 10$. First impression, the buns were huge. It was bigger than the chicken which I couldn't hardly see. I had to open up the burger to see if there was meat inside. I like how they toasted the buns that was good, it was definitely alot of bread though, by the end I only ate half of the bun. The chicken was alittle too dry for my taste, and it didn't seem like an actual chicken patty like I was expecting, it was more of a chicken strip that was placed in the buns to make the burger. They had a variety of sauces to choose from. I chose the creamy garlic parmesan, it was okay definitely tasted like it. The fries were good, thin and crispy. For instance today, We ordered lemon pepper wings tossed, with a side of extra lemon pepper because there is barely any seasoning on them. I should have known to check the bag before we left and of course, they didn't put the extra side in the bag, yet they still charged us for it.
