Didn't show up for my appointment after everything had been confirmed online the day before.

I requested a quote and they responded right away, that was this morning. They showed up same day and diligently worked without even one minute break until my couches looked brand new. We had newer white couches but with anew born and two other kids they got dirty a lot quicker than anticipated. Long story short they arrived same day, best price put of all the quotes, and did a fantastic job. I will def be using them again and referring them to my friends and family. Hire them if you don't care about your time and don't care about appointments. This was an extremely unprofessional experience. Our appointment was made at 9:30am and we had even paid and advance to thia company to confirm our appointment. They casually message us at 9:45am, already 15 mins past our deadline, saying they have move our appointment to 2pm as they had another client asking for their service, and hope that's ok. Of course it was not "ok" for us to sit and wait so they can service another client. We expect an appointment to be honoured - at least after taking an advance payment. If there was any reason they are going to miss an appointment, that is understandable, but a reasonable explanation is the least one would expect. All in all, we wasted our time. read more

Within an hour or so I sent pictures and was able to coordinate a next day appointment with his team. They came and moved my chair outside to damage anything within the house. I've used The Clean in the past for my couches and an area rug. This was over a year ago and my cream couches still look clean. Earlier this year I wanted to start my spring cleaning and my carpets needed some TLC. I contacted Jorge and he responded in a timely manner. I was the slower one responding . He came in on Sat and about an 1.5 he was done. He cleaned the floor he got wet and offered to put all of my furniture back, but since I was deep cleaning I was fine (thank you for offering). They charged hourly rate, initially they estimated the time usage to be 2 hours or less, but ended up using four hours. They could have asked for more information for more accurate quotes. They were quite effective in cleaning the refrigerator, toilet and the bathing area, but not in other places: for example the floor was not very clean, and they didn't manage to remove the pet hairs on the sofa and the carpet in the living room. read more

I hired them for a move out cleaning. Half way through they told me it will take another 2~2 1/2hrs. So it estimated 4 1/2 to 5hrs to complete the entire job. I have to leave early so I left them in my old house to finish the job. Afterward they request me to pay for over 6hrs. I was not happy and had an argument with him. He said he forgot a room downstairs so estimated lower. I ended up still paid the amount they have requested. I asked for a receipt and had never heard back from them. Very bad experience. The floors look immaculate! They took their time on it and made sure it was done right and they did not skimp on service whatsoever.. he even was able to help me out by providing bulk waste pickup the very next day. If I would have gone to other junk haulers in the area I am certain I would have been charged well over $600. He did it for $400.
