Not sure what happened to my review,but I'm back like the terminator.. Hired this business to clean my carpets . Gave me a unrealistic number then cursed me out and insulted me after I tried to get clarity...I ended up going back with Able Bodied cleaners. Upon looking at the way he responds to other negative reviews he tends to insult his customers who have legitimate reasons not to be happy even wishing he could throw the dirt back inside their house so they could clean it themselves which is very immature especially considering that this man claims to be a professional. The Clean did an excellent job of cleaning my house! It looked beautiful! I have two reasons for not rating them a five. The most important one is that, they offer a cabinet-cleaning service. I bought it. They cleaned my cabinets, closets, drawers, very well. The problem was, and it's such a big problem, that I am, still, dealing with it, weeks later. Everything was moved and not put back, properly, or even close to properly. I can't find anything! Inside my cabinets, closets, and drawers, it looks like I was robbed. Everything is somewhere else. It was and is very disturbing. So, if you hire them to clean, and I would, do NOT have them clean inside your cabinets. Secondly, they use either an hairspray, polish or cleanser that leaves a very strong scent, burns your eyes and throat. And, it lasts for days! They do have some cleaning products options. I would choose. Then, I was texting with them. I told them what I said here. And the response was "Sorry. I'll train her more". But they charge by the hour and it has, already, taken me more than hour to straighten my things out. They offered nothing in return read more

I love the service we get from the team!! Jorge, who manages the business, is very quick and easy to communicate with. We needed to have our home thoroughly cleaned before we moved in, and the cleaning service we originally hired had to cancel on us last minute, 2 days before our move-in day. I was in a rush to find someone who could schedule us in for a last minute cleaning the next day, and Jorge was super responsive and accommodating. Communication was very convenient via text, and they accept payment via Zelle as well. Jorge was very proactive in letting me know what time they'd arrive, even when they were running a little late from another appointment. Hired a team to clean our house and overall experience was bad below are reasons 1) Jorge was good but his staff didn't seem very well trained, one example was I gave a comforter cover to one of lady while making the bed and she used it as a sheet on bed. While cleaning, Jorge was constantly training them to do cleaning. It was on - job training 2) The pricing seemed very misleading because Jorge quoted me a hourly rate but they they took 4 hours to clean two 11x10 bedrooms and two bathrooms 3) The delay in cleaning rooms came from lunch break that was taken by a staff, many times I heard staff was chatting and giggling among each other, a 2) broke our valuable picture frame - picture attached. This frame had a few great memories associated with it, instead of apologizing they said "frames wasn't fixed properly" . We had this on wall for years but never fell down. 3) they used our Hose to clean blinds but left the hose head disconnected - picture attached.
