They had a portable cleaner and were very easy to talk to. They cleared any trash caused while cleaning and helped in moving the furniture. I reached out to Jorge for a cleaning project and he was extremely helpful initially with scheduling and explaining the scope of work. When it progressed further he required a zelle payment of 50 - 100 dollars to proceed. I tried to let him know my hesitation in giving payment through an app like zelle as it's the first time I would be working with him and the only credibility I see is through Yelp reviews . I tried to check with him to see if he would be comfortable with signing a contract but he gave a callback and spoke rudely when I tried explaining to him that he had my address, email and phone number and all I had of his was a phone number . I've had previous bitter experience of people not showing up so paying deposit is definitely uncomfortable especially if there is no proof of paying back if things don't work out . Overall really disappointed with the customer experience. Response to the business owner: Hey Jorge i don't know if you have mistaken me for someone else . I reached out the very first time if you could clean our house for a July 16 th appointment on July 7th and before you could even confirm with me or even before I shared my house details I immediately informed you what my contractor said regarding my housework as I was respectful of your time and didn't want to book you as my house work was not supposed to get over before then . Even when I reached out today (the second time) after you texted me yesterday (07/14/2021) as part of a follow up, my bathroom work is still pending and we just was going to move forward without cleaning it . If you had your doubts about me because of the above mentioned experience then you could have spoken it clearly and not been so rude on our call. We could have parted ways more respectfully . Amateurish. Jorge quotes you a cheaper price than anyone, then If your driveway isn't nice and level and wide they cancel your appointment when they show, saying the driver is scared. Never mind that UPS...and FEDEX...and the garbage trucks have no problem getting to my house. If this crew had stepped inside my home no doubt they would have nickel and dimed the price up to where it was as expensive as their competition. So I have never in my life been able to really afford a cleaning service and I was extremely nervous about what to ask for and what to really expect and what the outcome would be. Jorge surpassed every single one of my expectations. He was extremely friendly, accommodating, and flexible and so very hard working. We agreed upon a certain time and he was respectful of that and checked in with me throughout the process all the while doing a fantastic job on cleaning our two bedroom two bath town home. I had mentioned to him that I was the most stressed about the kitchen and living room and he truly made it sparkle, cleaning the oven inside and out, all the counter tops, the wood floors, the windows and the cabinets. The bedroom I didn't even expect to be so thoroughly cleaned but he made it happen and it looks beautiful. He has absolutely gained another regular customer and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is reading this. He and his team are kind lovely people and the know how to get to the dirt . I was setting this job for a friend for who had been in the hospital for six months with cats still in the house. He had severe knee problems and the house had not cleaned in a couple of years. In 6 hours this apartment was sparkling, really clean and welcoming . At Jorge suggestion took apart the bed and moved the bedroom furniture enabling my friend more access in the bed room. Jorge and Lydia came by today to do a deep clean on my 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and did a fantastic job! I live in an old Victorian whose hardwood floors are gleaming thanks to Jorge cleaning them with vinegar. He was careful not to scratch the floors while moving furniture, did a great job on details like the crown moldings in my living room, and Lydia's deep clean of my kitchen--fridge and microwave especially--was great too.
