What can I say about The Cleaning Authority team? Full disclosure, I reached out to Merry Maids first, I submitted a quote request and received nothing back, I emailed the local office and they emailed back stating that they just got a new system and were working out the issues and would reach out to me shortly... That was three weeks ago. I found The Cleaning Authority while trying to find a local alternative that actually wanted my business and that had great reviews. I submitted a request online late in the evening, the consultation times available did not fit my schedule so I requested someone reach out to me to schedule. I was promptly called in the morning by Lety, she went out of her way to accommodate my difficult schedule. When the time came for my consultation Brian (owner) was on time and very thorough, we went through every room of the house, discussed options, went over the details and left no question unanswered. He mentioned they might be able to fit me in Friday for the initial deep clean but he would call me to let me know either way, true to his word Brian called me the next day to let me know the it looked like they might be able to get to us Friday. To my surprise I got a text at work from our daughter today that she could not believe how nice the house was. They had came and gone and left EVERYTHING perfect, I meant every, little, detail. They made beds, arranged stuffed toys she has on her bed, folded blankets, just absolutely blew my mind when I came home to see what she was talking about. My wife and I arrived home and were blown away, Estrella & Marinela left a letter on the countertop let us know who had performed the cleaning. In addition to this paper there was a second page from the quality inspector Jessica letting us know that she stopped by to see how the cleaning was going and inspect their work. If possible we would love to have Estrella & Marinela back for our scheduled cleans, from first contact to the actual finished product this company, owners, managers and employees are a class act. BEST CLEANING COMPANY EVER! The cleaning crew (Gabriela and Roxana) is only half way done, but I am compelled to write this review right now! With a teen, toddler, and newborn, my house had become a nightmare. Today, when the ladies arrived, I had been having a particularly difficult morning. Needless to say, I was relieved when they arrived. I told them how I had been desperate for help and they responded "we are here". I couldn't help but to tear up. I realize we are paying for this service, but anyone that is willing to clean my toilets is a saint in my mind. I read other reviews that pointed out some (very) minor mistakes, but honestly, you can leave my ceiling fan on in a different position or put my knick knacks back in the wrong order ANY day of the week because I just looked in my bedroom and they wiped ALL the dried milk from my bed frame and I just witnessed one of the ladies on her knees scrubbing my teen boys toilet! It is hands down the best cleaning I have ever had done on this house. They clean how I clean (in a fraction of the time). Other positives: Bryan was extremely professional and thorough in explaining his service. It was clear to me he had a professional background. Really shined through in his detail. Pricing was more than reasonable in my opinion. I appreciate Bryan's clear communication about expectations and service. I suggest potential customers pay close attention when he goes through the information, because he really has thought through everything. It is refreshing to deal with such a professional company! I am a stickler for value and I believe you get what you pay for. I have very high standards of clean and I can say, this company delivers! Thank you Cleaning Authority! Let me start off by saying I'm a CLEAN FREAK, but being that I'm 8 months pregnant with twins I can't clean the way I used to. I had called almost EVERY cleaning company in the area and I either got bad attitudes, no response or a quote that was equivalent to my car notes. My friend referred me to to Cleaning Authority and I was surprised to see that the Owner came out to do my initial inspection and talk to me about the services. My initial deep clean Estrella & Iscaer (I hope I spelled that correctly, forgive me if I didn't), came out and they cleaned the MESS right outta my house. I hadn't been able to deep clean my house in 4 months because I've been on restriction from my doctors, limited to being on my feet for no more than 1 hour at a time. Jessica Flores came out to inspect the home before they finished up and walked through the house. She was very personable and helpful. When I say they cleaned everything..they cleaned EVERYTHING. I hadn't seen my house this clean since my doctor put me on restriction. I was so overwhelmed when they left that I just walked from room to room looking at each room. I'm extremely grateful that they provided such amazing service! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any of my friends. I'm one happy pregnant lady. I can't wait for my next cleaning! read more

Absolutely terrible. They didn't touch half of the areas they should have cleaned for our move in cleaning service, like window sills and frames for example. There were dead bugs and dust and cobwebs all over every single window sill as in they didn't even attempt to clean them. Floors looked like they mopped them but left an obviously visible outline of dirty dust in every single room. They spent almost THREE hours with two people at our house and all I got was a half arse vac and mop job. My wife and I are in the process of recleaning the entire house because their service didn't provide anything of value. After calling and complaining multiple times they lowered our bill significantly to $100 from ~300, and we're STILL disappointed in having to pay $100 for a terrible floor cleaning. People order these services to NOT have to deal with the hassle of cleaning, but instead we got a ton of hassle and a $100 fee for nothing. This was our first time using a cleaning service and I don't think I'll ever use another in my life. Can't trust this company at all. I'd give a zero star review if I could. Stay far far away. Update: They charged us an additional $100 on top of our $100 deposit that they should have taken it from. Seriously, what are these guys doing...? read more

I accessed Yelp to write a review, and noticed I did the same thing in 2012. Our house was just cleaned yesterday, so the Cleaning Authority's service was fresh on my mind. And now, we have another year of service since my last review. They maintain their excellent service record, along with the professional people who actually do the cleaning. We have used the Cleaning Authority for about six years and have been extremely pleased with their services the entire time. The workers remain very professional, quick and do an excellent job. One day I even saw one of the girls cleaning the little glass plate from inside the microwave. I thought that was above and beyond what I'd call "normal" service. We've had to reschedule cleanings now and then...Bryan the manager has always been quite accommodating meet our schedule. On-site managers will often stop in during a cleaning just to be sure things are going well. I am a new resident in Texas and looked up reviews for various cleaning services once I settled in. I settled on Cleaning Authority in Round Rock and after a few months feel that the services they provide are excellent. I had a service in my prior home and the crew would be in and out in 45 minutes. My home here is smaller and on one floor and the two person crew of Carmen and Fatima are here for a minimum of 90 minutes and when they're done everything is sparkling! They are very thorough and add extra touches when vacuuming the carpeting and upholstered furniture. And the house smells wonderfully fresh and clean. They also use environmentally sound products which is important to me. I feel confident that Carmen and Fatima take great care with my things and are highly professional. They're also warm and friendly which is an added plus. My dealings with the owner and support staff have been excellent and the few times I've called to check on something I've received a quick response along with a follow-up call by the owner. I can't recommend Cleaning Authority highly enough. read more

My husband and I hired this company this past week to do a one time thorough cleaning for us. I am 39 weeks pregnant and we really wanted to get the house clean before the baby comes. We were extremely pleased withe job they did. They showed up at the time they said they would and stayed for 3 hours. I had a list of priorities that I wanted done and the two ladies were able to get everything on my list done in that 3 hours and they did an excellent job. I was worried about paying hourly because I wasn't sure if they would work as hard since they only had to stay a certain amount of time and not get a certain amount of things done, but they did an excellent job. I could not find one thing that I was unhappy about and that means a lot coming from me. Marinela and Ashley were very polite and hard working the entire time. I stayed home while they were here since it was the first time and I felt like they worked hard the entire time. We are definitely considering have them come on a regular basis after the baby comes. read more

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for 2 months now. I am over-the-moon pleased with their service and attention to detail. Olivia, Fidel and Jessica were our first crew used for our initial cleaning. The set the bar high for the following cleanings. Every time they have come we have been so happy with the results. My husband, who tends to be very picky, was also happy and says this is the best group we have used by far. They have a deep cleaning rotation system where they clean all the regular stuff, but then deep clean an extra area (4 total areas) on a revolving basis. They leave a summary sheet of everything that was cleaned for this visit, the deeply cleaned area and what will be deeply cleaned for the next visit. Amazing! It took a few weeks to get an appointment for the owner to come and personally meet me and provide an estimate on our cleaning service but it is worth the wait. I needed a one time cleaning at my bachelor pad to prepare for some out of town guests. Since the house hadn't had a hard-core scrub down in a couple of years, I was somewhat skeptical that things would be cleaned down to the bone. More often than not, a lot of cleaning companies provide "a wipe and a swish and out the door" type services, even for one time cleaning contracts. I had dust bunnies big enough to scare a dog, "chrome" shower fixtures that looked like glazed donuts with hard water crust, cobwebs in the corners, you name it. However, Carmen and Fatima came in and worked like gangbusters for 5+ straight hours. I could hardly recognize the place when they got done. Heck, I always thought my interior door handle hardware was an antique bronze finish. Turns out, they are actually a shiny gold color! I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be calling again for my future house cleaning needs. read more

I have been with Round Rock Cleaning Authority for about 5 yrs now. "The Girls" as my husband and I refer to them come 1 a month. There is just the two of us. Maribel & Felipa do a fantastic job. I always look forward to saying hello to them. My house is spic-n-span when they are finished. My husband office is a freight. They go in and vaccum, wipe down what they can but do not leave anything out of place. That is just the way he like it. I can't say enough about the excellent job that gets done. They are always punctual. I have asked to have the same girls each time, and that is what I get. Every once in a while their Quality inspector joins them to make sure everything is going well. I'm used to cleaning my own home because I am a little OCD about how it gets cleaned, however I just had my third child and was gifted some money to use for a cleaning service for a while. I tried out a few companies in Round Rock, but they were not up to my standards. I received my first cleaning from The Cleaning Authority Round Rock and I was SO IMPRESSED at the amount of time and effort Elizabeth and Adriana took detail cleaning the house. I couldn't find a single thing they missed once they were gone and even my kids (who don't notice too much) were ooo-ing and ahh-ing. I have used TCA for many years now, close to 10 I think. Consistent quality, responsive office staff and the owner Bryan always been available to speak with and eager to handle any potential issues or questions. I remain very pleased with the value in my bi-weekly cleaning program. But I 've really been impressed with my last few cleanings with Team 20, Felicitas & Domina. They have gone the extra mile to restore my living space from the hurricane that is my 3 young boys. Attention to details, extra effort on their simply disgusting areas like the bathroom, and the little touches like arranging their beds and 'stuff' (all of the junk they collect) neatly makes my day and week soooo much better! I have been using Cleaning Authority since 2014 and love them. They have great customer service in the office(Letty) as well as the cleaning ladies. They are very accommodating also when I need an extra cleaning for a special occasion. I have been extra lucky to have the same young lady come to my house since sometime around 11/2015 (Shadae Team #7) and she is thorough, sweet and trustworthy. I work at home but allot of times I am traveling or doing errands and I feel completely ok with them going into my home. The pricing is good. When my husband hired a lawn person I decided I deserved a break too and was so glad I picked up the phone and called them. Nothing better than walking into a spotless fresh smelling home. read more

We're very pleased with The Cleaning Authority. We've been using them for a few years now, and we get a consistently good clean. The initial walkthrough was pleasant and informative, the price quoted was reasonable, and the first deep clean, where they really go to town on your house, was AMAZING. One of the cleaners even sweetly organized our kid's zillions of stuffed animals. I like the flexibility they offer in using whatever cleaning products you leave out for them, if you prefer they use something other than their default products. The folks at The Cleaning Authority work hard to make sure you get everything you need from the service. Scheduling was easy, the initial consultation was free and I felt very comfortable with their employees in my home. The prices are reasonable and competitive with other companies, but I felt like TCA went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My first cleaning was very thorough, and the team did an amazing job. Working from home and having three kids and four dogs makes it a little tough to deep clean - but TCA made sure to get every nook and cranny! I couldn't have been more pleased. Let me start by saying I was a bit reserved having someone else come in and clean our house, but I no longer feel that way at all. Our first deep clean was done by Olivia and Iscacia, the ladies arrived on time, and worked 4 1/2 hours without taking a break. They were very detailed, got everything clean as new, and what a difference they made on our house. I can't give these two ladies enough praise. I know there are several teams working, but if they represent the company they way they did that day, I know we will be in good shape in our new relationship. I hope they come back soon !
