The Club MDW is small, but it's well run. Landing at Midway around 8 a.m. on a Monday in August, I scanned the QR code to join the lounge's waitlist. The text I received said it would be 15-20 minutes of waiting for one, but it ended up being 10 minutes. Here's my experience. 1) Admission: Using my Priority Pass, I was able to easily enter the lounge after being on the waitlist for a few minutes. The woman at the desk scanned my Priority Pass and then boarding pass. Another staff member showed me where to sit (a freshly cleaned table for one). 2) Space: There are seats for one, areas for two near the window, and longer tables for larger parties. The entire space is small, which is why they limit access. There's a small bar and restrooms. 3) Amenities: There are two areas for food. I went for breakfast. One area had dry cereal with jugs of milk, two different kinds of muffins (chocolate and blueberry), an espresso machine, flavored water, and orange juice. The other section has fruit, bagels and toast with jam, butter, etc., waffles, and scrambled eggs. 4) Service: It's excellent! Staff were kind and attentive. We spent a couple hours in this club before departing on a short flight home to Omaha. This lounge definitely left some things to be desired. I also recognize that our previous lounge experiences have been mostly Capital One specific lounges and those are vastly different brands of lounges I appreciated the convenience of this one, it was very easy to get to from security and then only a short walk to our actual departure date when it was time. Because it's pretty small, I was worried that we might not be able to get in, but they were able to accommodate us fairly quickly. The food that was served during our time there was definitely lackluster though. Some of the hot items were lukewarm at best, and it didn't seem like there were frequent replenishings or items being changed out throughout the day. I'm still grateful for a place with a little bit more peace and quiet to wait for our flight, but the specific accommodations offered here aren't the star of the show among lounges. read more

This was my first use of them the Club Airport Lounge at Midway. As a former Million Mile Flyer Club on United Airlines and Red Carpet Club resident (essentially) I am well suited to evaluate an airport Club. This place is a per experience rental airport club which means it's accessible to anyone willing to pay $60 for use of an airport lounge. I expected it would lead to a packed lounge--WRONG! I was very impressed with these accommodations, the food we ate and the friendly staff. THIS IS NOT LUXURIOUS, but it is worth the fee. read more

It's the only Priority Pass lounge available at the airport, so there was a waitlist. It said it would take 20 to 30 minutes, so I was grabbing a drink at Dunkin basically having given up when I got a text in 10 minutes. The lounge is so small for a fairly busy airport. I do think they need a little more crowd control, let people wait a little longer rather than cram everyone in. The menu is the same menu as other The Club locations, as I found out that day visiting multiple lounges. Just a couple of soups, salad bar, and dessert. I did have a brownie that somehow they had themed Chicago, and I will say it was an excellent brownie. The bathrooms are also far too few and cramped. Someone had cleared my drink away while I was in the bathroom. Understandable but this just seemed like a really chaotic place. I left quickly because the inside of the lounge seemed more cramped and busy compared to out in the terminal. read more

I camehere to relax before my flight back to San Diego. We checked in and were able to be seated within 5 minutes. The place was pretty packed, but there were a few empty tables available. The manager on duty, Shonda, was such a sweetheart! She's able to make whatever cocktail or mocktail that you want based on your preferences. She also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We did tell her that the soup was bland but that was because they're not able to add any spices due to other travelers dietary restrictions. As for the food spread, they had some salad, soup, dip, and rice. There was infused water, one with ginger and an herb, but I couldn't really taste the flavors. Dropped a star since it was a little loud and busy plus only one food item was flavorful. read more

We decided to buy a day pass for the premium lounge at the airport. It was so worth it. You can relax and enjoy drinks and snacks while you wait for your flight. They allow you to visit for up to 3 hour before your flight. The process was seamless. My husband booked online. When we arrived it was nearly empty. We started off with a a fresh salad and some soup. For snacks we had a soft oatmeal cookie, brownies and wasabi trail mix. This hit the spot. My husband also tried the wild rice with chicken. For drinks we mostly did mimosas. Towards the end, I opted for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. My husband also got whiskey and coke. All in all, a very nice experience. We were in the thrilled to chill here for two hours before our flight. Nice comfy seats available and they did have an area to work if needed be. Highly splurging on this or see if your credit card company offer a the Priority Pass perk. Shoutout to Sam for being so courteous and explaining the experience for us. The food was not replenished when I went. It's a great spot to relax if you have to wait for your flight. However, would I go again to this lounge I highly doubt it for the price. Boooo to flight delays but it happens. Luckily I had a comp pass due to the delay so popped in for some breakfast. There were a lot of delays and cancellations due to weather, so they did have a waitlist sign towards the front to be able to easily join the waitlist from your phone. Since it was just me, myself, and I...my total wait was 2 mins, I barely made it to sit down in the food court area when I got the text. It was super easy to scan in my lounge pass, boarding pass, then grab a seat. Not a huge lounge, but lots of outlets, WiFi, different types of seating. A few different options including, bowl of fruit, toast, oatmeal, pancakes, egg mixture. I did enjoy the spa water. They also have 2 restrooms and a bar in there. I'm crazy and brought avocados with me from home because I didn't want them to die while I was traveling; made for a nice accompaniment for their egg mixture. read more

I've always had positive experiences at this lounge and the staff was extremely friendly every time. They genuinely welcome you there and greet you on your way out. The staff here are more accommodating too from my experience. During peak times, you may need scan a QR code to get on the waiting list but even on peak times, I've still gotten in for at least ~20 min and I think that's because they also take into account your boarding/departure time. Theres one bar and various lounge seating with one aisle of food, drinks and sweets. Typically salad, spread or cheese with crackers, soup, and 2 hot items. I've seen hot dogs, periogis dumplings, wild rice, and sausage. All are decent for some snacking. I appreciate that they have spa water too! The Club MDW is a compact lounge that has everything you'd expect-coffee, water, a full bar-but the food selection is minimal. There's one hot dish (pierogies and sausages when I went), two salad options, a single soup option, and a few sweets like brownies and cookies. The space itself is small, so don't expect sprawling seating, as table was taken when I went (But I did eventually find a solo seat). It's not the best lounge I've been to, but it does the job if you want a spot to recharge with the essentials. read more

Very much enjoy this club. Sometimes there's a wait but it's worth it. Who can beat free food and drinks? Sometimes the cups are scant. The earlier you go there are less options but it's open early! Pop by for a little snack and bev before your flight! Comfortable seating. I arrived around 5:45am and stayed about an hour. It was on the quieter side at the beginning but got very busy and had a well maintained entry protocol to ensure it was never too full. Breakfast choices were minimal and there was no to-go options (bottled/canned drinks or singular fruit like some other lounges). I had two egg patties/frittata cups, some yogurt and granola, toast, and tea. There are only two bathrooms so I opted to use the traditional terminal toilets. Since this is the only lounge at MDW, it is quite popular but I think there is some work to be done to either increase the size of the space or the offerings. Spent some time in The Club MDW while traveling recently - overall, the lounge is on the smaller side and some of the seating options feel suboptimal (odd chairs with no real tables in front of them, a random 6 top office table in the middle). I felt like the food options could have been more substantial but otherwise, it's a passable lounge and it's hard to complain too much about free food and drinks. While I cannot remember her name, special props to the bartender who was there both times I stopped through - very friendly and kind. Overall, lounge is small, but I was able to get in right away. Breakfast options were sparse...bagels, muffins, pancakes. Coffee machine offered a variety of lattes, espresso, and coffee drinks. I wasn't going to leave a review... but then I met Shonda. She is amazing and makes this place wonderful! Usually I only leave reviews when an experience is especially remarkable and today it was. I went to The Club MDW on Monday June 1st 2026 and it took a while to get off the waitlist but it was worth it. They have a simple but yummy menu of a couple hot items and a nice salad bar, plus desserts and snackies next to a really fancy coffee machine and a water spout that pours different kinds like sparkling and hot. It was super busy when I came in around 6:30pm. Less busy after 8 and now busy again near 9. The bathrooms are very nice and if they run out of paper products just look under the counter! The vibe is pretty chill I've talked to people as well as been quiet alone so it whatever you make it. The drinks are super good. I got the cosmo which was perfect and of course I had to try the Chicago Fizz. The way I would describe it is all the flavor and none of the bite so I was able to sip and enjoy. I will definitely be back here, yes because it's great, but even more so because of the people who work here that really make it amazing. read more

While it's on the smaller side, it's one of the better locations we've tried. The lounge offers a mix of seating options, including bar seating where you can enjoy your meal. The food and drink selection was limited and a self-service buffet style. The sausage and tempeh were good, but I especially enjoyed the orzo and pasta salad. The oatmeal cookie was just okay. We sat at the bar and ordered three drinks. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and kept great conversations going with travelers. 1. Cosmopolitan: Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry, and lime juice. Not the typical light and sugary Cosmo--it was stronger but still well-balanced and not overly sweet. 2. Chicago Fizz: Cruzan aged dark rum, ruby port, fresh lime juice, mixology foam, and club soda. This one was just okay. If you like soda-heavy drinks, you might enjoy it, but we're not soda people. 3. Moscow Mule: Vodka, ginger beer, and lime juice. Located in the Chicago Midway Airport, The Club lounge was a great 45 minute stop for us before our flight back home... My friends and I entered via our priority pass access given to us from our travel credit cards. Check in was easy and efficient. This Club lounge is on the smaller side of the others I have visited. However, I appreciate that they have tables, chairs, booths in every area available for the guests. Is it tight and make for narrow walkways to get to your seat/table, yes. Does it give the lounge the ability to allow more guests in, also yes, and I appreciate that. I'd rather stay inside a crowded lounge with comped food and drink vs having space and paying $50+ on mid-aiport quality food. That's just me =) Hot food options: Andouille Sausage, Bell Peppers Onions and Rice - Perfect dish that makes it hard to mess up in high volume. Soy-Gazed Tempeh - Served with fresh veggies and pineapple soy sauce. Add this with the Sausage and rice from above for a full on meal. Cream of Potato Soup - thick and savory 3 cold salads: conventional, quinoa and a pasta salad. The pasta was my favorite. Treats to go: wrapped candy that were like tootsie rolls and wasabi peas! Wasabi peas is one of my favorite snacks on the run. The bar is small but well stocked. The bartender was quick to take our order and get our drinks to us. Had a nice early start to visit MDW newest PP lounge. With all the latest remodels, this was a nice intro and welcome to one of Chicago's airport. There was a nice selection of breakfast, drinks, coffee machine and to go items readily available. Nice seating with tables and charging too! The lounge was starting to fill up around 7a, so good chance this place has a waitlist during normal hours. (Little note - this is way better than the PP in ORD Terminal 5). read more

Grateful for a lounge but this one needs some TLC. Bathrooms in dire need of attention only one hour after opening. Breakfast options were disappointing- sausage patties sitting in a pool of grease, vegetable frittata ( decent!) oatmeal and yogurt. No bottled beverages, such as soda or water were available. The fridge was completely empty. No bartender. Employees were friendly - front desk and busser. Plenty of seating and outlets. Wow! Very nice service. First time at any airport club and l can say this one did not disappoint. Very cozy and comfy feel. Not overly crowded. Free Lickkur (liquor) for the alcoholics lol but please be kind and tip the bartender :) Food and beverages are complimentary and some clubs have showers. There is an option to pre-book online for like $9 at some clubs. I just walked in, showed my priority pass and boarding pass and was able to enjoy all of the amazing amenities. The food was okay, I'll probably stay away from the eggs next time as they seemed like powered eggs. No shade to the chef cuz I realize that eggs are like $20 a dozen these days with the current avian flu virus going on. It's a nice, still pretty new, lovely lounge with limited food options but good ones (which is better than most "The" Clubs), nice seating areas, and a mostly clean space. Why the poor rating? The service in this place is atrocious. The welcome/sign-in desk - couldn't be bothered to be the slightest bit of pleasant. The bartender this evening - incredibly cold and rude. The person responsible for restocking the food - well, she didn't do that but presumably should have but was also actively unresponsive and cold to other guests. Best of all was that all of these people were quite loud and unnecessarily disrespectful talking about others (maybe fellow employees or maybe other guests) in the general space. The only person who should be customer-facing in this place was the sweet and kind lady who was collecting dishes and cleaning the tables; I didn't catch her name, but props to her. Everyone else though needs to be trained or retrained because this isn't it. Further, I get the working life and desire to leave work as soon as you are able to; at the same time, it is wholly unacceptable to be doing deep cleaning and closing up of the lounge at 9:30pm when you close at 10pm. There are so many things that could be done without being in everyone's spaces and faces. Even more so, you don't request that everyone leave by 9:45pm. Sorry, but no. Just from top to bottom, this was a 1/10 in service, carried by the lady mentioned above - and nothing else being offered offset that one highlight. read more

I'm here on a connection to Orlando and had a couple hours to kill and was pleasantly surprised to see that they have a newly opened lounge at Midway, and it's a good one! The Club MDW apparently only allows 85 people at a time and it was pretty packed when I got there, but I found a spot for myself. Warm food included some tofu and sausage rice plates, and the plates they provide are quite sizable which is spending I'm not used to with American lounges. The bar is also on the fancy side with a menu aside from open bar requests. Bathrooms are limited with only two gender-neutral ones but they are plenty spacious and clean. I'd say this is the best Priority Pass I've been to in the country. read more

The first and I think for now only lounge in Midway. If you already have priority pass unlimited access it's worth it to come to this lounge. Capacity is pretty small at around 80-85 people. The food is fine, seating is decent much better than sitting at the gates. Unless you planned on taking advantage of the drinks at the bar I wouldn't pay the admission to get into this lounge that money is probably better spent at one of the restaurants in the food court. Speaking of the food court The Club lounge is on the right side head up toward the B terminal. Overall it's an ok to average lounge, but since it's the only one here in Midway it's the best spot to wait for your flight. read more

A small lounge - but the only game in town at MDW Nice bar. Food options were a bit limited but I did like the sausage pasta. We only waited about 15 minutes for entry after adding ourselves to the waitlist at about 4pm on a Friday. My only complaint is that I have SmartDelay through my credit card and they didn't want to honor those passes - so I burned two of my Priority Pass entries instead. I suppose I could have gotten SmartDelay involved but it wasn't worth the aggravation. The lounge was pretty full the entire time we were there. The bathrooms were clean. It was a nice way to wait out our 3 hour delay between LGAs inability to function in the rain limiting slots there and the dust storm at MDW itself. read more

Nice and quiet club with all you can eat and drink. Amazon cocktail list for those who want a little buzz before your flight. Not the best hot bar selection. Why not have pizza or hot dogs? This is Chicago. A big miss on that part. The desserts are just cookies. Again, other danishes would be chip and nice or an affordable cake for $50 you clearly are paying for the bar. Can't be anything else. Plenty of lounge areas in the airport if you just want seating and peace of mind. I think it's worth it because I'm 3 drinks in. You do the math-winning! read more

I was very disappointed! The eggs were cold and the waffle was cold and it really did not taste good! They had a little mini blueberry muffins that were good. They tasted like something that you could make from a box. I took pictures of the counters and you can see how sparse it is. The only warm food they had was eggs and waffles, and even those were not filled up! The good news : The lounge is attractive And the ladies at the reception desk were very nice and the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. Arturo greeted everyone with a smile. Juanita was awesome! Enjoyed our time once we got in. It is a horrible process to enter the lounge. No limit once you're in so there were people sleeping in the lounge for hours!! While the rest of us are waiting in the terminal for 5 plus hours on a list!! lThankfully people like Juanita are there to make your stay positive once you get in!
