    United Club Bar

We don't typically fly United but Chicago is a United hub. We paid $59 each as they don't have a Centurion, Sapphire lounge @ Ohare. Food was ok, common drinks are complimentary although a call scotch like Glenlivet is $12. Service was good no complaints, but not a Centurion lounge.

Love a stop in the United Club lounges when we have long layovers. The staff are always friendly, lots of food options (main dishes, soups, salads, snacks, desserts), plenty of beverage options too with bar areas, infused waters, coffee and tea machines (including hot chocolate). Lots of seating with outlets to plug in and recharge. Bathrooms are super clean and spacious.

This is the one by B6. My feelings a really a 3.5. I think the food offered was middle of the road- salad bar, polish sausage, cookies. Good amount of seating available on a Sunday evening around 6pm. Lounge is large. Snacks were standard and middle of the road. I had a veggie sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. I like that I can relax here a little bit.

This is one of the older United Club versions so older seat and fewer working plugs rule the day. The food is the normal fare for a United Club. There is a relatively spacious bar and the Club was not overcrowded offering a pleasant atmosphere and vibe.

The United Club was full on a Friday before Thanksgiving. Holiday Travelers are out in full force. Just returning from a business trip and had some time to kill for breakfast and a quick email or two before heading to my gate. Can't wait to go home and jump in my bed. I made a breakfast bowl of scrambled eggs and sausage links and a cup of coffee. Sent out a couple of emails and walked to my gate. Wi-Fi and power outlet access are easily accessible.

This is one of the better United Clubs I have visited. Indeed, it is nearly as good as the Polaris Lounge in Terminal C. Sam the bartender is terrific!

First time I've ever stopped in! Don't fly United often so it was nice to see their United Club. This particular club was the one above security in Terminal 1. I really enjoyed the layout and how spacious it felt. Staff were also great, very attentive. They even have a robot bus boy! Food was decent for a breakfast spread, just would've enjoyed a few more options for proteins. Powdered eggs were probably the low of the spread. The club was very clean and there was plenty of seating around for everyone, despite it being mid morning.

Always go here if I can so much calmer than the hustle and bustle. Food is good and the free drinks don't hurt.

The first impression was nice, calm, and professional in appearance. The seating was nicely laid out, plenty of different areas. I absolutely loved the library-esque atmosphere, THIS is what a lounge is supposed to be... not having kids running around, yelling, horseplaying, annoying guests. There were kids and they were well-mannered. They have a champagne and wine bar here - though not as nice as many other first class lounges, it was a nice offering and the brands were very nice too. They also offered a fun bloody mary bar which was self-service. This was really interesting as they offered so many things one could put in their bloody mary. Food here was tasty... the eggs were amazing. They offered an omelete station too. Overall, it was a nice visit.

This location is spacious like the other flagships but often has a bunch of people in it. The reason Soho rates above the rest is they gate access to One World Emerald customers only so it's a much more relaxed and considered space. This one allows in Sapphire as well so there's a bunch of bodies in here.

There are four Framery privacy pods. Two with adjustable seats and desk tops and two without seats in a stand up desk configuration. These pods are quiet and have charging capability (1 USB-C and 1 115V). Overhead lighting is fully adjustable along with the front facing lighting for video conference calls. There is also an adjustment for the ventilation fan however I have found that, even on the highest setting, they can get warm. There are most of the same food options as the F9 location but on a smaller scale. There are self-serve options for soft drinks and coffee. In lieu of a tended bar, there is a self-serve bar with an assortment of juices, wines and beers. Like most United Clubs, there isn't a whole lot of interaction with the staff. That said, they all seem friendly enough and this location is clean and well maintained. Would I go back? I've actually been to this location a few times now and like it. So far, it's a quieter alternative to some of the other locations.

It is a long narrow space where the front is less used since refreshments are at the far end. Finger foods like canapés, sandwiches and wraps are set out on a sideboard. There are different seating arrangements including phone booth like cubes for more private phone conversation. This new lounge takes the load off the one near F9 and has a more tranquil vibe than the packed elbow to elbow ones in Terminal 1.

In terms of scale and aesthetic, it reminds me of the Sky Clubs at LaGuardia (Terminal C) and LAX (Terminal 3), both of which we visited within the past year. Coincidentally, all three opened in 2022, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they all remind me of each other. This is the only Sky Club at O'Hare. It's located in Concourse M between Gates M14 and M11. It's big at over 22,000 square feet with seating for about 400 guests. The food, drink, and service were good -- generally consistent with my experiences at other Sky Clubs in recent years. My favorite feature of this particular Sky Club is the Chicago-style hot dog cart. During our visit, it was tucked away near the secondary bar. Our Chicago dogs were authentic and delicious. If I recall correctly, the hot dog guy said the cart was only meant for the lounge's opening; however, it was so popular that it became a permanent fixture in the lounge. Another one of the staff voluntarily asked me which game I wanted to watch on the big screen TV near me and he changed the channel for me. That was nice.

Note 1: This is for the United Club's B-concourse location…read more Note 2: Linux users: after connecting to WiFi: wifilogin.united.com. Could not go to any website without going here first. This is my first experience with an airport lounge, and frankly, I could get used to this! That said, while markedly nicer than waiting by the gate, the experience wasn't perfect. There is free food, coffee, and Coke products available. The food involved a hot entree, a couple sandwiches, soups, salads, snacks, nibbles, and desserts. There is also coffee, espresso beverages, and a Coke machine. The quality of the items was adequate. Since airports aren't usually gourmet destinations, I happily devoured everything on my plate. Happy that one is not relegated to McDonald's and can opt for something healthier.a Speaking of which, while you are free to go up as many times as you wish, the plates and cups are very small, needing several visits for those like myself, who have a black hole within their stomachs. Perhaps this is to encourage people to keep their goodies in the lounge, rather than take 16oz coffee cups onto planes. It would still be nice to have larger plates, so I save my steps for the terminals rather than making repeated trips to the buffet... especially since I don't want to leave my property unattended. In terms of the lounge itself, everything was very clean. There is ample seating, and there should be a spot available, but expect to share the lounge with many others. While both the armchairs and [high] chairs are firmer than I'd like, they do beat out terminal seating overall. Also, while not needed by me, I respect that they have "phone rooms" for those who may need to take a private phone call or attend a work meeting. A private room is more for you, though, as the lounge is more chill, without the hustle and bustle of the terminal. Finally, there are plenty of outlets throughout, and the WiFi is faster by miles. All the staffers in the lounge, from those who check you in, to the bartender, to those keeping everything bussed and clean were fantastic! I was about to dust my hands off and leave four stars... that was until I realized that they have an open bar! There's nothing like starting a trip with a drink to get in the mood. Sure, it isn't really free being included with the ticket price, but if I'm already paying for airfare, not having to pay $20 for a small and weak drink is a phenomenal bonus. Last but certainly not least are the restrooms: These were much cleaner and nicer than the rest of the airport. Think of a nicer mall as opposed to "airport." Final verdict: I can now see why lounge access is such a wonderful perk of either non-economy seats or certain credit cards. I love airports because of my love for travel and airplanes, not so much everything else. The United Club is great for making that which stands between TSA and being in the air more pleasant.
