    The Coach Coffee Shop.

Welcome to Tanger Outlets, Coach Coffee Shop! There was a time in the early 2000s when a Young Joyce was enamored by all things Coach. Call it nostalgia but as soon as I caught wind that they were opening a Coach Coffee Shop in Arizona, I knew I wanted to go. The first Arizona Coach Coffee Shop officially opened on April 24, 2026 at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale. They offer specialty coffee, matcha, teas, pastries, and exclusive merchandise, attached to the main Coach retail store. The shop sells exclusive Coach branded items such as cups and other branded goodies. Coach Coffee Shop merchandise, featuring the "Lil Miss Jo" character, includes branded apparel and accessories with prices ranging from $15 for pins to over $300 for premium apparel. Key items typically include $95 tote bags, $45 pouches, $35-$45 mugs, and $175-$250+ hoodies/sweatshirts. The hype is real since it's opening weekend so expect a line and a wait. At the end of the day, it's just coffee. It's sightly burnt coffee with oatmilk and a really crunchy cookie.

Saw videos on IG that inspired me to come visit. Not too busy when I came, and service was friendly. I was disappointed that they did not have the coach purse cakes and the employee said they get them randomly so they do not know when they will have them again. The merch area and behind the counter are cute, but the rest of the cafe is kinda boring, just an extension of the coach store with plain cafeteria tables. My lemonade was fine and I thought the cup & straw were very cute. The pastries in the case looked pretty standard. I'd maybe come back again to try to get the coach bag cake if i'm at the outlets but I wouldn't make a trip to the mall just for this.

The cafe is really easy to find from the parking lot. The merch is super cute, but a bit out of my price point. The pastries on display did not look great and was limited- my friend got a cookie that she said was undercooked as it was very mushy. I ordered the tiramisu latte, which wasn't very sweet which I liked. They have alternative milks as well. Only one price is listed on their menu but they have 2 sizes (I assume the smaller one is the listed price, but I didn't ask to confirm). The paper straws that they have are very flimsy and will soften if you are a slow drinker. Service was a bit slow, but only 2 people were working and it looked like a machine needed service.

    Welcome sign!

Summary: More Coach than coffee. But worth the visit to satisfy your curiousity. Saw Coach was opening a coffee shop on the news and had to go check it out myself. Got there to find a line already forming outside; thankfully it was calm with no chaos...I think people were genuinely curious about the coffee vs. the hype. Met some great folks too that were genuinely into the coffee scene. The interior is clean and well put together. It doesn't feel like a brand activation or a pop-up; it feels like they actually thought about the space. The seating area and condiment section felt basic, but given this was opening day I suspect they'll spruce it up quite a bit in the near future. Staff was friendly and present, talking to people in line rather than just moving them through. There's a merch section too, with hats, apparel, mugs, keychains, etc. Definitely expect Coach store pricing on these :) The menu is not as full than you'd expect: signature drinks, pastries, soft serve, lemonade. The shaken espresso was calling my name but I'd already had too much caffeine that day, so I went with the mocha. The mocha was fine, but nothing I'd make a special trip for. The shaken espresso looked like the real move though, and I'd go back for it. If you walk in expecting the drinks to be the headline, you might leave a little underwhelmed. But if you go for the experience, the space, the staff, and the roam around the Coach store...that may just be what they were building for.

I've tiramisu and Hibiscus mint lemonade.

Went to Coach Coffee for the first time with my friend and we loved it. We tried the iced tiramisu, iced raspberry matcha, and the hibiscus mint lemonade. Everything was really good, but the raspberry matcha was hands down the best matcha I've ever had. It tasted so fresh and smooth without being overly sweet. Kim, the manager, was also so welcoming and sweet. She made the whole experience feel really inviting and honestly made us want to come back again. You can tell when a place has good energy, and this one definitely does. Glad we decided to stop by!

The Coach coffee shop is located at the Tanger Outlet in Phoenix, right next to the Coach Outlet. If you're shopping there and need a little pick-me-up, this spot is definitely worth trying. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait because it is still new, the line can take about 30 minutes, and then another 5-10 minutes for your drink and sweets once you order. But trust me, it's worth the wait!

MY Iced coffee (wrong item) order, along with the receipt; stating it is NOT an ICED coffee that I paid for

It feels fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. We tried the strawberry lemonade, and it was ultra fresh... honestly reminded me of the handmade lemonade we used to squeeze at home when I was a kid. Sweet, refreshing, and full of real flavor without tasting artificial. The iced passion tea with raspberry was perfectly mixed... not too sweet, not watered down, just the right blend of flavors and refreshing. You can tell they care about quality here. They use organic, high quality ingredients, and the taste really says it all. I also noticed they have food, smoothies, pastries, and grab and go drinks, and now I'm determined to come back and try more. Between the atmosphere, the friendly setup, and how good the drinks were, this is definitely a place I'll be back to probably to work my way through the whole menu! Seating outside is really great too, there are tons of plants around, it seriously feels like you're chillin in a real life plant nursery. It's so green I had to remind myself I was still in AZ.

It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!

We walked in to the bakery with the intention of ordering more treats, in addition to what was in the too good to go surprise. When we walked in, it was 10:05, and they closed at 10:30. They had already put away half of their gelato and baked goods in the cabinet. I understand closing time is at 10:30, but if you still have almost half an hour left, I'm sure there are customers that are gonna come in and buy things. There were three parties of people that walked in while we were in there and then sitting out on the really nice patio. There is a little bit of seating inside, but the patio was very nice and there was plenty of seating out there too. The vibe is super cute, and I love the decor. Hopefully next time we go back, we can actually try things because they won't be put away!

That's why this experience kind of threw me off. I came in and ordered one drink. When I pulled up to the window, the employee asked for my phone number for rewards. I gave it to them, but they made a face like something wasn't working and didn't ask me to repeat it. I noticed they didn't type it in and then gave me my total. Later, I checked my account and didn't receive any points. Overall very weird interaction and felt uncomfortable. It's not a huge deal, but it was frustrating because if there was an issue entering my number, I wish they would have just asked me to repeat it or let me know. I like coming here and normally don't have problems, so I just hope staff double-check rewards info in the future so customers don't miss out on their points!
