It was fun to finally be able to get in to the Coach coffee shop without a wraparound line of people waiting to get in. It is clean and well lit inside with a lot of fun merchandise unique to be Coach Café. There are café tables and chairs for sitting and an opening into the outlet Coach store as part of the outdoor Tanger outlet mall. Service was friendly. We try a hot green tea and a raspberry lemonade. The drinks were OK. Cute striped paper straws. A fun little option to grab a snack or a hot drink while shopping in Coach or around the Tanger outlet mall.

Extremely cute and luxurious ambiance connected to the large outlet coach store. The merch in there was so cute it was insane, the lemonade and the pastries were also yummy!

I totally forgot to take a picture of the drinks we got. The strawberry matcha was surprisingly really good! I've never had matcha on tap so I was very surprised with the taste and quality of my drink.

Cute coffee shop attached to the Coach Store at Tanger Outlets. Simple menu that makes for easy respite after shopping. Ample seating indoors or outside. Nice coffee shop merchandise selection. Typical Coach brand price range. Servers are welcoming and efficient.

Welcome to Tanger Outlets, Coach Coffee Shop! There was a time in the early 2000s when a Young Joyce was enamored by all things Coach. Call it nostalgia but as soon as I caught wind that they were opening a Coach Coffee Shop in Arizona, I knew I wanted to go. The first Arizona Coach Coffee Shop officially opened on April 24, 2026 at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale. They offer specialty coffee, matcha, teas, pastries, and exclusive merchandise, attached to the main Coach retail store. The shop sells exclusive Coach branded items such as cups and other branded goodies. Coach Coffee Shop merchandise, featuring the "Lil Miss Jo" character, includes branded apparel and accessories with prices ranging from $15 for pins to over $300 for premium apparel. Key items typically include $95 tote bags, $45 pouches, $35-$45 mugs, and $175-$250+ hoodies/sweatshirts. The hype is real since it's opening weekend so expect a line and a wait. At the end of the day, it's just coffee. It's sightly burnt coffee with oatmilk and a really crunchy cookie.

The Coach Coffee Shop is cute. A simple straightforward menu is available to choose from. What you don't see are the prices for the mini purse cakes. They're a bit expensive at $12 a pop. Cute and pink but way overpriced. I had a generic latte and it was good. They have some merch which is super cute. Worth a visit and then shop in their store.

Saw videos on IG that inspired me to come visit. Not too busy when I came, and service was friendly. I was disappointed that they did not have the coach purse cakes and the employee said they get them randomly so they do not know when they will have them again. The merch area and behind the counter are cute, but the rest of the cafe is kinda boring, just an extension of the coach store with plain cafeteria tables. My lemonade was fine and I thought the cup & straw were very cute. The pastries in the case looked pretty standard. I'd maybe come back again to try to get the coach bag cake if i'm at the outlets but I wouldn't make a trip to the mall just for this.

The cafe is really easy to find from the parking lot. The merch is super cute, but a bit out of my price point. The pastries on display did not look great and was limited- my friend got a cookie that she said was undercooked as it was very mushy. I ordered the tiramisu latte, which wasn't very sweet which I liked. They have alternative milks as well. Only one price is listed on their menu but they have 2 sizes (I assume the smaller one is the listed price, but I didn't ask to confirm). The paper straws that they have are very flimsy and will soften if you are a slow drinker. Service was a bit slow, but only 2 people were working and it looked like a machine needed service.

Came on a Monday because during the weekend the line was insane. Anyways the worker was very sweet. The drinks were okay I got a passion fruit lemonade and it was like any other coffee shop. Also the pastries available didn't look appealing and they don't even have the tabby bag cake pastries which they announce on the ads. I got a tote bag and a little pouch bag. Honestly it's an okay cute shop.

Nothing really special. It is just a regular coffee shop. We did not have to wait too long to order; however, it took FOREVER to get the order. My husband and I ordered a drink plus a cookie. It was not worth the wait. I had the strawberry lemonade. It was nothing special, just your every day strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the tiramisu latte iced. He said it was good , but would not order it again. The chocolate chip cookie was not very good. Salt on top of a cookie, no thanks! If you're okay with waiting, go for it! I would honestly skip it or wait until the hype of it calms down.

    Welcome sign!

Summary: More Coach than coffee. But worth the visit to satisfy your curiousity. Saw Coach was opening a coffee shop on the news and had to go check it out myself. Got there to find a line already forming outside; thankfully it was calm with no chaos...I think people were genuinely curious about the coffee vs. the hype. Met some great folks too that were genuinely into the coffee scene. The interior is clean and well put together. It doesn't feel like a brand activation or a pop-up; it feels like they actually thought about the space. The seating area and condiment section felt basic, but given this was opening day I suspect they'll spruce it up quite a bit in the near future. Staff was friendly and present, talking to people in line rather than just moving them through. There's a merch section too, with hats, apparel, mugs, keychains, etc. Definitely expect Coach store pricing on these :) The menu is not as full than you'd expect: signature drinks, pastries, soft serve, lemonade. The shaken espresso was calling my name but I'd already had too much caffeine that day, so I went with the mocha. The mocha was fine, but nothing I'd make a special trip for. The shaken espresso looked like the real move though, and I'd go back for it. If you walk in expecting the drinks to be the headline, you might leave a little underwhelmed. But if you go for the experience, the space, the staff, and the roam around the Coach store...that may just be what they were building for.

Stopped here while shopping at the Tanger outlets for a matcha. Service was super friendly and welcoming. Opening weekend was pretty busy, although our drinks came out in a timely manner. My Strawberry Matcha was solid, the cold foam was really good and the Matcha was fair quality. Would recommend if you're shopping at the outlets or nearby.

Raspberry matcha and vanilla cold brew with honey.

It was a great experience and great coffee. They also had matcha for my daughter. Reasonable prices for the small size, plus you get to look around the at the coach products while you wait.

Peoria seems like a nice place to be, and this is a great representation. It's a tiny coffee shop that exists on the corner of a small street. Great vibes when you walk in, and the staff is friendly and warm. I ordered a short iced latte and waited for the drink to be made. Lotsa folks around getting their day started, or doing some work for the day. The energy was perfect, and my coffee arrived promptly. I gave it a sip and went on my way. The coffee was not bad, but pretty much unremarkable in that regard. I enjoyed it as a sipping coffee, but it was a little too dark on the roast for me. Not their fault, as they're a multiroaster. Overall, I think it's a great place to grab a coffee, and especially if you like flavored drinks! Perhaps a mocha or a vanilla latte would slap! Come here for a nice slow morning or if you want a mood boost!

It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!

We walked in to the bakery with the intention of ordering more treats, in addition to what was in the too good to go surprise. When we walked in, it was 10:05, and they closed at 10:30. They had already put away half of their gelato and baked goods in the cabinet. I understand closing time is at 10:30, but if you still have almost half an hour left, I'm sure there are customers that are gonna come in and buy things. There were three parties of people that walked in while we were in there and then sitting out on the really nice patio. There is a little bit of seating inside, but the patio was very nice and there was plenty of seating out there too. The vibe is super cute, and I love the decor. Hopefully next time we go back, we can actually try things because they won't be put away!
