We visited this location while shopping at the Tanger Outlets, which is surrounded by many stores and businesses in the area. The parking lot can get very crowded, especially when there are events happening nearby, making parking a little difficult at times. Right across the street is Westgate Entertainment District, and if events are taking place there, they may charge for parking, which is unfortunate for shoppers visiting the area. While shopping, we noticed this newer coffee shop located inside the Coach store and decided to give it a try. My daughter ordered the matcha drink, and overall it was decent. We would have liked a little more strawberry purée added to the drink, especially for the price, as the medium was around $6. The lines can get long, but they move pretty quickly. It was fun to finally be able to get in to the Coach coffee shop without a wraparound line of people waiting to get in. It is clean and well lit inside with a lot of fun merchandise unique to be Coach Café. There are café tables and chairs for sitting and an opening into the outlet Coach store as part of the outdoor Tanger outlet mall. Service was friendly. We try a hot green tea and a raspberry lemonade. The drinks were OK. Cute striped paper straws. A fun little option to grab a snack or a hot drink while shopping in Coach or around the Tanger outlet mall. read more

Saw videos on IG that inspired me to come visit. Not too busy when I came, and service was friendly. I was disappointed that they did not have the coach purse cakes and the employee said they get them randomly so they do not know when they will have them again. The merch area and behind the counter are cute, but the rest of the cafe is kinda boring, just an extension of the coach store with plain cafeteria tables. My lemonade was fine and I thought the cup & straw were very cute. The pastries in the case looked pretty standard. I'd maybe come back again to try to get the coach bag cake if i'm at the outlets but I wouldn't make a trip to the mall just for this. read more

The cafe is really easy to find from the parking lot. The merch is super cute, but a bit out of my price point. The pastries on display did not look great and was limited- my friend got a cookie that she said was undercooked as it was very mushy. I ordered the tiramisu latte, which wasn't very sweet which I liked. They have alternative milks as well. Only one price is listed on their menu but they have 2 sizes (I assume the smaller one is the listed price, but I didn't ask to confirm). The paper straws that they have are very flimsy and will soften if you are a slow drinker. Nothing really special. It is just a regular coffee shop. We did not have to wait too long to order; however, it took FOREVER to get the order. My husband and I ordered a drink plus a cookie. It was not worth the wait. I had the strawberry lemonade. It was nothing special, just your every day strawberry lemonade. My husband ordered the tiramisu latte iced. He said it was good , but would not order it again. The chocolate chip cookie was not very good. Salt on top of a cookie, no thanks! If you're okay with waiting, go for it! Summary: More Coach than coffee. But worth the visit to satisfy your curiousity. Saw Coach was opening a coffee shop on the news and had to go check it out myself. Got there to find a line already forming outside; thankfully it was calm with no chaos...I think people were genuinely curious about the coffee vs. the hype. Met some great folks too that were genuinely into the coffee scene. The interior is clean and well put together. It doesn't feel like a brand activation or a pop-up; it feels like they actually thought about the space. The seating area and condiment section felt basic, but given this was opening day I suspect they'll spruce it up quite a bit in the near future. Staff was friendly and present, talking to people in line rather than just moving them through. There's a merch section too, with hats, apparel, mugs, keychains, etc. Definitely expect Coach store pricing on these :) The menu is not as full than you'd expect: signature drinks, pastries, soft serve, lemonade. The shaken espresso was calling my name but I'd already had too much caffeine that day, so I went with the mocha. The mocha was fine, but nothing I'd make a special trip for. The shaken espresso looked like the real move though, and I'd go back for it. If you walk in expecting the drinks to be the headline, you might leave a little underwhelmed. But if you go for the experience, the space, the staff, and the roam around the Coach store...that may just be what they were building for. read more

Unfortunately, the drinks and pastries did not live up to the hype for us. The caramel latte was lukewarm at best and had very little flavor -- the coffee tasted weak overall. The cheddar scone was also very dry. My girlfriend mentioned that her lavender lemonade tasted like basic lemonade with no noticeable lavender flavor. The ham and cheese croissant was also disappointing. It only had a few small pieces/slices of ham, was very dry, and was not warm at all when served. On a positive note, the ambience was great, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere alone made the visit enjoyable. Went to Coach Coffee for the first time with my friend and we loved it. We tried the iced tiramisu, iced raspberry matcha, and the hibiscus mint lemonade. Everything was really good, but the raspberry matcha was hands down the best matcha I've ever had. It tasted so fresh and smooth without being overly sweet. Kim, the manager, was also so welcoming and sweet. She made the whole experience feel really inviting and honestly made us want to come back again. Worst customer service at the coffee bar. I am giving it TWO stars because of the STORE SECURITY OFFICER who had BETTER customer service than then the girls at the coffee counter. The Security officer was always aware of his surroundings and always greeted each guest he came in contact with inside the store with a smile and a warm/courteous greeting. The actual experience ar the coffee shop, the cashier never greeted us upon the start of our order. She seemed "bothered" when I had stated that I had wanted my coffee HOT versus Iced. Fast forward to receiving my order from the Barista, I received the coffee ICED instead of hot. When I stayed this information to the Barista (young Asian gal), she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. Completely ignored me. I just grabbed my order and began to walk away from the counter. That was when the Barista returned back to the counter and blatantly stated, "she will make you a new one." No empathy, non apologetic (even if it was fake or rehearsed), nada. I responded with, "forget it, im fine." If you go, be prepared to deal with attitudes from the employees at yhe Cafe and at the actual purse shop, just employees standing around on their phones. The only nice encounter will come from the elderly Security man, who is clearly a NON-COACH employee. How sad! Just to clarify, I understand that order mix-ups happen, and that correcting the mistake will also take a tad bit longer. However, DO NOT ignore your paying customers. Went this past weekend and had a great time! Now that their line isn't long from their grand opening, the service is quick and friendly and the drinks and food are sooo delicious! It's cozy in there, not too big, with minimal indoor seating, but they have larger tables and extra seating outside. My friend and I were served by Luis and Eli, who were very friendly and accommodating. We talked to a taller barista who was cleaning the lobby, but we didn't catch his name. I am so grateful that Tanger finally has an actual coffee shop for when I go shopping. read more
