There is not a whole lot of comfortable reading spots. Like couches or chairs. But there is quite a bit of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Also, I think there's only one bathroom for the whole place. Java is A-OK. read more

This place got me hooked on double vanilla tea lattes. I'm not a coffee drinker so I'll speak to their teas. They got good teas. Always a busy place and always good quality drinks. No other coffee place makes these tea lattes. read more

Five stars for this specific location... what a Coffee Bean! They have ice cream! What??? Ice cream. But I didn't eat it. I was just happy to see it. This is by far the nicest Coffee Bean I have ever been in. The service is delightful, the drinks are (of course) delicious... and I really appreciate the condiment bar which is well appointed, well laid out, and really large. The cafe area is huge and clean. There is plenty of seating with quite a few tables both inside and out. Large cushioned chairs abound and a very nice seating area around the outdoor firepit. This certainly looks like a popular local study spot and I'm pretty sure if I lived in the area, I'd come hang out here. I go to Coffee Bean strictly for the peppermint hot chocolate and for the experience. I'm not a coffee drinker but love the idea of a warm drink and a place to chill while doing work, catching up on emails, etc.. This is the largest Coffee Bean I've ever been to. It looks as if it it use to be a bank, converted into a coffee house. Anyway, the service is fast and friendly which is how it should be. I plan to come more often! Thnx Coffee Bean. read more

Great service and pretty clean facility. Always quick in and out. They have healthier choices then Starbucks and plenty of room to study.

They make the best ice blended mochas out of all the coffee beans that I've been to. My only issue is that they run out of jalapeño bagels pretty often which sux cuz those are so bomb. read more

This Coffee Bean helped me start of my morning in the best way! They weren't too busy, but you could tell it was "all hands on deck" and that they had a sense of urgency to get their customers out in a timely manner. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. When the girl called my name for my drinks, the red headed guy chimed in and said "have a great day jessica!" For some reason, it really made me feel special! I love this place! The people that work here are so friendly and look genuinely happy while they're working. The place is nice and clean. The environment is wonderful. Corporate HQ location. Best coffee drinks in my mind. Frozen coffees are great; my wife loves their Genmaicha Green Tea; both hot and cold!

This is, unfortunately, the only coffee bean near me and it's the worst one that I've been too. First off, don't come here for a quick coffee stop on your way to work. The staff is SO SLOW. What would take five minutes at any other Coffee Bean location takes three times that here. They are also super unhelpful. Last week, there was a man in the store who was screaming at customers for no reason. Just a random man off the street. When I walked in, he began to verbally berate me and OUT LOUD, told me he was going to follow me back to my car and murder me. The staff all saw and heard and did nothing. They didn't tell this man to leave, they didn't call the police, they just went about, not paying attention to their customers, and making drinks at a glacial pace. I had to leave without paying for my drink out of fear of my own safety. I called the cops, waited until they came and took care of the problem, then went back in told the staff I would like a refund. They said no. This location is the worst. read more

I've purchased from this store several times before and the service has always very efficient and friendly. I finally decided to break down and purchase the KALDI single serve system the other day. Karl, the manager, came out and helped me. He took the time to demonstrate all of the features of the machine, as well as the electric frother which I had not intended to purchase. Once I saw the frother in action, I had to have it too. I got everything home and the KALDI machine has worked flawlessly for everything from espresso to tea. The frother, on the other hand, was not generating nearly the amount of foam as Karl's demo unit. I called him the next day figuring it was operator error, but he said i was doing everything right and just bring it back over and he would try it and replace it if it was not working properly. I did as he suggested and he immediately determined it was not working properly and handed me a new one without hesitation. Throughout all of this, he was very pleasant and treated me with the highest level of customer service. Happily, this replacement unit works perfectly and generates foam practically like whipped cream with nonfat milk. All in all, this has been a very pleasant experience with Karl and all of his staff and I will be returning frequently for supplies. By the way, Karl also manages the store on Calle Alto and the staff there is just as friendly and customer oriented. read more

I stopped by today for the first time. It was hot so I wanted a chocolate ice blended. It was about 6:30 on a weekday so it was pretty quiet, no line. I ordered then I sat and waited and waited and waited. Other customers came and went. I just thought for whatever reason my drink took longer. After 10-15 minutes I went back to the girl at the register and asked what was wrong. She checked the order screen which I could see. She had to go back about 7 orders and I could see my order had been cleared as if it had been made already. They made my drink quickly and offered me a pastry. I said no thanks. I do give them two stars instead of one because they gave me a $5 gift card. It was my first and last visit to this business. read more

Clean, friendly, and their coffee is so much better than that place from Seattle. Their tea is great, too...chai latte to die for, lots of low cal/sugar free options if you're calorie-conscious. Love that they post the calorie count on their menu board so you're not surprised. They also have breakfast selections and frozen yogurt. Outdoor fire pit for cool evenings. I was on my way to work one night for a 12 hours shift and stopped in to grab my usual coffee. The register was broken so the girl, Genesis, taking orders was writing up tickets to be paid at the grocery register. I had walked in with a gift card and only a few dollars. When I asked if I could pay with the gift card a the registers the Genesis sighed and say" I don't think so" She recommended I get something else, like a small coffee or something. I asked if I could keep my order and settle it up next time I came in. She rolled her eyes and said, "ya... I guess" like it was my fault I didn't plan ahead that the registers wouldn't be working. She then made my drink with such attitude, spilling it all over the place and the wiping the top of the lid with a dirty cloth and handing it to me still with coffee dripping all over the place. I knew at that moment I would never go back. Considering there is a coffee been steps from there, it was shocked at the horrible service. I go to Coffee Bean instead now and always receive great service. I make sure to tell my friends and family to avoid this Starbucks location and we always go to Coffee Bean instead. read more
