Standard coffee shop. Not that big inside, but it has out outdoor chairs as well.

What can I say its corporate coffee. I do like Coffee Bean the best in the area. Really friendly staff at this location. They got my drink down by the third time I came in. Not a lot of inside seating but a ton of covered patio seating. Like I said it is what it is and I will be back probably daily. I'm so incredibly frustrated. The Internet cuts you off with no clear warning. It might have said in some fine print that there's a time limit but I didn't see it. I spent two hours studying for my quiz and then one question in and the Internet cut me off. It was required that I take my quiz in one sitting so i can't get back in. I basically have to email my prof and beg him to let me retake the quiz. The connection came back after 10 minutes but I can't access the quiz anymore. What is the point? Just to screw over your patrons for 10 minutes? I'm going back to Starbucks and never coming to a coffee bean and tea leaf again. Why can't you give no stars? read more

I am a regular here. I love this place. The employees here work so hard and give great customer service.

The staff was nice, but the cashier failed to let me know that I could not use my phone app to pay for my purchase. I had to pay out of pocket for something I had money for on my coffee bean app. I was told that only the LA area accepts the codes from the coffee bean app. I was not going to cancel my order and run to Starbucks, so I just paid for it. I have been coming to this location for two weeks straight. There is never a long line. My drink is always ready within minutes and tastes delicious. Baristas are always nice and now getting to know me. Place is clean including the restrooms. I didn't give it five stars because I don't want this review to be taken as fake. It surprised me to see the 3 and a half stars before I wrote this. I like coffee but I like this place especially not because the coffee is better then anywhere else it is because of the service. They know my name they are friendly . My daughter went in once asked if they knew who she was and who her dad was, and then asked them to make my drink. The coffee here in my opinion tastes much better than the national competitor. Baristas do not have that snobby attitude and they are extremely helpful and friendly. The cashier that took my order today gave me a lot of options and try to give me a customized drink based on my preferences. Since it was slow, he even left the bar and personally handed me my drink instead of calling it out. The drink was delicious and extra attention to detail was not missed! read more

One of my favorite local spots to get coffee and get some work done! I usually get their ice blended drinks which are always good. The coffee is great. The only problem is you walk into the store and it reeks like cigars. If you have lung problems don't go anywhere near this location. It's like a cigar convention outside it goes into the air conditioning system and it permeates their whole store and the gas station next door. This location is absolutely gross. read more

This place became my new coffee place about 2 years ago especially since I work near the Traffic Circle. I liked their customer service and unique experience compared to Starbucks. But today was the 2nd time I was treated to bad customer service from of all people a new store manager. I returned today to get a refill and she asked if I had my receipt which I didn't. I understand if staff was not following protocols on refills but she chastised me about not being able to show proof of purchase. She talked to me as if I was coming in with a used cup begging for free coffee and trying to rip her off. I paid the refill fee for the coffee. In addition when I arrived she was not attentive when I arrived even though I made eye contact with her at the counter she continued to chit chat with her subordinate. I guess if I want a refill without the disservice I received from her I'll have to go to Panera instead with their FREE refill and no Bull. read more

Rude baristas. I am a vegetarian and have some food allergies. I brought a small salad with Gardein chicken in it and bought a large coffee to study with my friend for an hour. I was told they are kosher and that I was not welcome there even though it was soy and oil and vinegar dressing they would not have any of it and said I could eat it outside in the rain. Normally I would have been ok with that except I was pouring and rainy. After I questioned again how soy and my oil based dressing was so terribly unkosher they changed their story to that its just no food in general. Hypocrites and liars I am never getting a cup here again. read more

fantastic coffee and espresso drinks and like every coffee bean and tea leaf, better than starbucks. this location is great for on-the-go coffee and small meetings with friends but the small space and slow wifi makes for bad study space and doesn't allow for large groups. the service is speedy and workers are generally nice. they're less nice when they first open but what normal person wants to be up at 5:00am anyway? read more

Came here this past Sunday in the early afternoon and will not return to this location again. Upon arrival, the line was out the door which is to be expected seeing at it was Mothers Day. But the problem was the service was very poor, very slow and rude. The cashier entered orders very slowly and incorrectly, every customer ahead of me had to correct her and she would get frustrated because she was being corrected by frustrated customer who were waiting in line for some time. The actual barista was extremely slow and soft spoken. All of us customers were hurdled in a small space in the receiving area and he would place messy, "completed" drinks on the counter without calling the name or not saying anything at all. As a person who has worked in the coffee industry and did consulting for companies building and training their teams, they were extremely insufficient and worked harder, not smarter. I have often purchased coffee here. The quality is consistent, and I enjoy their beverages. But today I found they lack humanity when my 8 year old son needed to use their restroom. You have to buy in order to use them. I am a business owner so I understand the need to have policies in place. But ultimately we are in business because of our loyal customers. We had no intention of abusing their property. Coffee Bean train your employees to use good judgement when serving your patrons. I do not need to go there again. read more
