I've been wanting to visit and finally came in before a Sunday morning walk. Staff were friendly and answered my questions about the pastries before a final decision was made. I ordered an iced the On My Way latte with a passion fruit pastry. Ugh - I was on my way to heaven! The flavors were pronounced and neither were too sweet and I ended up with flakes everywhere (as one does with a deliciously well-made pastry). The coffee and pistachio flavors melded well and had me properly caffeinated. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Desire the busyness, customers entered and left quickly with their to-go orders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The merch was cute and the vibe definitely invited me to stay longer than anticipated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
This was my first time trying coffee drunk and I personally wasn't impressed. I got my usual order an iced latte with cinnamon and honey. The straws given are really tiny and I felt my latte was watered down relatively quick. The service was decent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is not my preference. Ordered: Large Iced Baby LA (~$7): house-made vanilla syrup, honey, mint, espresso & milk, topped with espresso dust Aya's take: First stop in Long Beach and decided to grab coffee at a local spot with 3 locations in the area. The Iced Baby LA was sweet from the vanilla syrup, creamy from the milk, and bold from the espresso and espresso dust on top - exactly what I was looking for to start my day. The honey & mint were a nice touch too. Good try!
I really wanted to like this place and perhaps it was an off day.. but between the extremely rude person at the front taking my order, the lack of customization on the lattes, and the actual taste - I just feel there's much better spots to visit for coffee in Long Beach. Let's start with service: the woman at the front was very dry, quiet, and uninterested. We tried asking her if we could add cold foam or sweet cream to our drinks to make them sweeter, and she said it was only available on seasonal drinks. As an avid matcha latte consumer, this made zero sense to me. While I don't blame her bc she likely had nothing to do with that decision, she wasn't kind in relaying that information or trying to help me find something on the menu I may like. Her demeanor remained the same when my friend ordered his drink, and we both felt a very negative energy coming from this woman, simply put it didn't seem like she wanted to be there taking our order. This was around 1pm last Saturday (the 21st of March), so they had a decent amount of customers, but it wasn't some crazy morning rush. Forward to the drink : we grabbed our drinks which came out promptly. I tasted my matcha and just as I suspected due to the lack of sweetness, it just tasted like grassy chalk. I assumed that my friends latte would be better, as matcha can tend to have an earthy taste to it to begin with. Then I tried his... chalky and sour. Due to the lack of customization and the barista's attitude, we just took a couple sips and tossed our drinks. It was a super negative experience for a place I really really wanted to like. I think allowing people to use sweetener and cold foam on more than just seasonal lattes would be a great first start, and perhaps training the staff on appropriate customer interaction would also help. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Loved the branding on this spot, but it seems like the people who work there don't want to be there and it really put a damper on the experience[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and [[HIGHLIGHT]]for a place so cute, the drinks and vibes should be top notch.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I love coming to CoffeeDrunk. The vibes are really chill with friendly and attentive staff. It gets really packed and can be a bit loud, so I'd recommend it more for meetups than working. On this visit I tried the fall menu item, Pier Pressure. It has apple syrup, caramel drizzle, milk, & matcha. All of these ingredients blend perfectly together, creating Fall right in your cup. It's the perfect drink to sip and bring in the Halloween season with.
Finished a run at the beach and wanted a quick coffee for my drive home, stumbled upon CoffeeDrunk. I got the drink called Slow Burn, it was DELICIOUS! Major down side is that it took 20 minutes to get my drink.... It looked busy inside but not 20 minutes busy. I would return again if I can order ahead and not wait as long bc the coffee was still super good.

We opted for the On My Way latte (house-made salted pistachio syrup, espresso, milk), one of their "Claim to Fame" drinks. We found it to be pleasant and not too sweet. We also ordered the Weekend in Long Beach off the seasonal menu (muddled orange, house-made yuzu syrup, maple syrup, fever-tree tonic - only available iced). We subbed the espresso float for a matcha float for $1 and found the drink to be light, refreshing, and energizing - perfect for a hot summer day. We saw people order and leave, and we also saw people order and stay to read a book or work on their laptops (there are a few outlets throughout the shop). The environment is laid back and perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. Street parking is available in front of the shop for a fee, as well as in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I ordered an iced matcha latte with a shot of espresso, and it was just okay--not really impressive. My daughter got a chai, and she felt the same way about hers. It might just be my taste buds today, so I'm definitely open to giving this place another try. Next time, I'd love to try one of their regular coffee drinks and see how that compares!

I keep seeing this place on my FYP on the Tok and was visiting my son, who lives in LB, so I gave it a try. Yummo! I got the Day Trip iced. Excellent! Not too sweet and nice touch of cinnamon. The staff was friendly. I got there 30 minutes before they were closing, so no line. Cute place to sit and do work or chit chat with a friend. Of course they have merch. Will definitely be back next visit. read more

My go to from here is the velvet mocha. It's good but definitely on the sweeter side. It also takes a while for the coffee to come out which isn't bad but keep that in mind. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious! I love the decor of the place, all the witty signs inside and the overall vibe make it a great place to be.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the instigator at the recommendation of the barista and it was delicious! Not overly sweet and it had a moderately strong coffee taste, I would for sure get that again! I also ordered a matcha tea, that wasn't bad but the matcha they use was so light on flavor I would skip that the next time. Definitely will be back to try other coffee options! read more
Decided to try a new coffee shop since we were in the area and this was one of the closest and highest rated ones so we decided to head on over! It was definitely a poppin spot. They have a small parking lot next door that was basically empty so we just parked there and walked over, didn't think we would take long. We walked in,place is PACKED. The line wrapped around the whole shop which was wild but it moved quickly. I wanted to try their seasonal drinks originally but then I saw that they had a pistachio latte (on my way latte) on their regular menu and instantly gravitated towards that! I love pistachio anything so I had to get it. I ordered a small, didn't want to go crazy, immediate regrets. I fell in love with this drink SO HARD. The pistachio flavor was strong! The coffee was strong! It was the perfect cup. I noticed the baristas also shake their drinks in a mason jar which I have never seen before. They had a small bench right in front of the pickup area for you to sit and wait. Their decor and logo are the cutest! Upside down decor and even a trippy/fuzzy text sign that made it seem like you were "drunk". Overall a great experience and sad that this place isn't closer to us (about a 45-50 min drive). First time at this location! It's a cute little spot to hang out or get some work done. There were about five people ahead of me, but the line moved fast. Tried the pistachio latte with oat milk and a bacon burrito -- the latte wasn't really my thing, and the burrito was a little overcooked (tortilla was hard, though the filling was good). Overall, it was okay but nothing special. read more
First off parking sucks, I had to park around the corner in the neighborhood. Cold brew was ok. The SNEAKY LINK- white chocolate, house-made coconut creme, cinnamon, espresso & milk, was underwhelming wasn't thoroughly mixed so I just got all the flavor on the bottom with a chunk of cinnamon on top. I am so obsessed with the Hall Pass collaboration that they're doing with Bar Becky. It's freaking delicious and worth all $10. The Hall Pass is basically an elevated Peanut Butter & Jelly matcha latte. It sounds too thick and decadent, but it's perfect. They've dialed down the richness of the peanut butter and amplified the fruitiness of the strawberry rhubarb jam to compliment each other and the matcha wonderfully. I've gotten four of the since the collaboration started. It's amazing!! Get it while you can. read more
Came here Thursday around 12:30 small wait to order. Place had seating. WiFi available. They sold merch too. Service was friendly. Ordered a vanilla iced latte with oat milk it was good could taste the coffee beans so on the stronger side. Price is a bit high. Good for a one time try. read more
This cafe has a fun vibe. The staff was super welcoming right upon entering. We tried the instigator and a blueberry latte. Both were delish! And no crash afterwards :) they also make cookies that are to die for. They had your thick chocolate chip cookie but then they had this cookie with chocolate chips, butterscotch, assorted nuts, etc... it was so good!!! It put the chocolate chip cookie to shame. Everything tastes fresh and well made. Bro and his gf beought me here and wow such a cute shop! Parking in the area is a bit of a struggle but totally worth it once you're inside. I got the Instigator and it woke me up in the best way. So good, would 100% get it again. The shop itself is super cute and has great vibes. Nice place to grab some delicious coffee. Stopped by on a weekend morning and it wasn't too busy until after I got there luckily. I am a fan of the seasonal menu item drinks and have tried most of them! I recently tried the Chico latte which is supposed to resemble a Chico candy stick. It had strong espresso flavor but didn't have much flavor besides that. I expected it to be a little sweeter but it was all peanut butter and espresso. I also tried the dirtier than your dm's drink which is supposed to be a chai latte espresso with white chocolate drink. Again it had no sweetness and only a subtle taste of chai. I wished it was more since I love chai! Store front is a little small and parking can be a little tricky since it is in the lbc! read more

Great coffee shop in Long Beach I took my mother and grandmother to after the Aquarium of The Pacific 5K. Great tasting coffee, great environment, and amazing staff. I have shared this coffee shop to my friends who are local to the area, and I will definitely be back myself!! Thank you CoffeeDrunk for an amazing coffee experience! :) read more
This place was awesome. We wanted to go to a cafe after getting off the cruise ship since I had so much a long time until my flight departed so we found this place mainly because of the name. We were treated by super friendly staff. I got their season blueberry brown sugar latte with espresso and almond milk. It was delicious! Their croissants are amazing too. I had to get their everything croissant, which had cream cheese in it. So good!!! read more
