I've been coming here for the past 6 months, more now that the one further down N Scottsdale closed. Their quality of drinks has always been better and the service is nice. I've only been in the lobby twice but it seems well kept and it's quite large. Got this drink on "Day 9" of their deals so it was $5 :). I definitely recommend getting the app, it gives offers randomly throughout the week whether it be 2 for $10 any size, $5 large or $5 any size, etc. Jess helped me out today

Would not recommend because of the coffee taste, price and inaccurate menu. Also 90 cents for almond or oat milk. We went out of the way to come because their site advertised coffee with boba but when we arrived the barista said they don't make that anymore but couldn't really explain why. I ended up getting Vietnamese coffee but it didn't really have the strong/sweet typically viet coffee flavor - was more just a vague brewed coffee taste. 2 stars because my mom liked her coffee (mocha w/ creamer I think) and because they offer vegan pastries. I didn't try one so I don't know if they're good pastries but I am happy they offer it. Also the drive through seemed crowded but still our drinks came out fast. There was lots of seating and they sell coffee related goodies (tumblers, ground bags, mugs etc.) which is nice.

This was the first time I tried this coffee spot, though there are several locations near me. I signed up for their rewards program and was granted a free baked good. On my first visit, I ordered a salted caramel latte and it was pretty sweet, but good. Drive-thru wasn't too busy and the cashier was friendly. On my second visit, I ordered through the app and got a blueberry scone. I parked and walked inside and it was ready at the counter. It wasn't very sweet, it was almost savory to a degree but I enjoyed it with my morning tea. This is a good choice for drinks and pastries and I would return.

If there's patio furniture outside, the inside is open. That's my theory anyway.

Easy location right on Scottsdale Road with plenty of parking. Nice inside seating with outlets for your laptop, but sometimes they have staffing challenges so the inside is closed and it's drive-through only. There are some outside tables. Walk a short distance up to Randy's Donuts and grab an apple fritter and bring it back.

I visited at 12 PM on a Thursday. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese in the drive-thru. I get all the way to my destination and find they gave me a microwaved roll. I don't understand how you cannot tell the difference between a role and a bagel. I was planning on this bagel being my lunch now I get to put cream cheese on a roll. Yippee for me and I'm also out nine dollars!!! could I drive all the way back and get it fixed yes but that would cost more in gas these days and then just sucking it up and eating the stupid roll! Very disappointed! I called the store, they claim it's a "bagel bun". I am sorry. but there is NOTHING about this bun that even remotely resembles a bagel. It was soft, fluffy, and tasted absolutely nothing like a bagel. She did offer to give me a free drink and bakery item for next time. I for sure won't be ordering a $5 "bun"!!

Nice, newer building off Scottsdale road. Drive thru was quick and easy. Staff working were efficient. I got a medium hot mocha latte and the price point was decent. The drink itself was just okay though, a little sweet for my liking but definitely not the worst coffee out there. I'd stop by coffee bean again if it's convenient, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way for it.

I'm giving a 3 star review not because I didn't enjoy the coffee but because I didn't get a chance to taste it. I'm not a huge fan of drive thru coffee, I like the customer service interaction, which you can't really get through a drive thru. Inside the lobby, you can not only have more opportunity to interact with the team members but you can spend some time reviewing the menu, & maybe even take a seat. Sure, the menu is online but for me, that is sometimes not enough. I could have waited the 10 mins for the lobby to open but (1) I haven't been here and don't want to seem like a creeper & (2) in 10 mins, I could be at another coffee spot, that is local business & go into the lobby & interact with the team members. I'll give it another try on another day when the lobby is open

Definitely wont be coming back after being told "well now you know how to order correctly " so rude. Especially when i said the drink right. When you read the menu or opening the app there is no drink actually titled "tiktok drink" the title of the drink is a vanilla dry iced americano. Ive ordered this drink a billion times and shes the only one that doesnt realize thats the name of the drink. This girl always has some attitude too. She shut the drive thru window on me twice while i was still talking. Once when i was clarifying the nasty drink she gave me the first time and second time being to ask her to remake the drink half sweet like i asked the first. But no. She makes it disgustingly sweet and i couldnt even drink it. Then she proceeds to give me a lesson on how i should be ordering correctly and how i am being confusing. I hope she sees this and learns how to correctly listen and read. I put some screenshots so she could learn the menu. Clearly the drink is called a vanilla dry iced americano. And for fun i tried searching "tik tok drink" on the coffee bean app and look at that, no drink came up!

It is futuristic without being cold, elegant without trying too hard. Of every LUX I have visited, this one feels the most like a hidden gem. The staff welcome you with a kindness that cannot be designed into a building. It lives in the way they remember your order, answer questions with patience, and make space for everyone at the table. As someone who is gluten and dairy free, that kind of thoughtfulness never goes unnoticed. Different milk options and a willingness to accommodate make this little café feel even more like home. The soundtrack deserves its own applause. Walking in to hear Studio Ghibli melodies drifting through the room made the whole experience feel cinematic, as if a gentle breeze from another world had slipped through the front door. My lavender latte was delicate and comforting, floral without losing the warmth of coffee. The matcha with peach syrup was equally memorable--a drink that somehow tasted like spring finding its way into a cup. My mom enjoyed her Americano and pastry, proof that sometimes the classics are all you need when they are done with care. The art covering the walls, the copper glow of the hanging lights, the soft pink chairs, and the gentle hum of conversation create an atmosphere that asks nothing from you except to slow down. Bring a book. Put on your headphones. Sit with someone you love. Or simply sit with yourself. In a world always asking us to hurry, LUX Max Annex is a quiet rebellion. A cozy escape tucked inside the bustle of Scottsdale, where beautiful drinks, welcoming hearts, and thoughtful details remind you that sweetness still exists in ordinary days. We have been meaning to try Sweet Paris for quite some time, though we never managed to make it there...until recently. We enjoyed the overall experience, the ambiance of the restaurant, the service, the food itself, and the promotions via the app. We certainly look forward to returning again in the future. When we arrived on a Sunday evening, there were very few customers in the restaurant and no wait to go right up to the register to place an order. We both placed our orders. My wife ordered a Truffled Caprese savory crepe consisting of mozzarella, basil infused cherry tomatoes, and truffle oil. I ordered a seasonal savory crepe in the Chicken Piccata consisting of grilled chicken, mozzarella, capers, parsley, and a bright lemon butter sauce. Both were served with a fresh side salad. We both tried each other's crepes and thought both crepes were absolutely delicious! The meal was topped off with great service as the manager and serving staff took turns checking on us over and over throughout the meal. The seating was plentiful with many options of where to sit. There was also a parking structure right near the restaurant. Sweet Paris is a French creperie and cafe in Scottsdale. The restaurant showcases elegant chandeliers, a chic Parisian interior, and the aroma of freshly made crepes from their open kitchen. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. This location is open from 8 AM to 8 PM from Sunday through Thursday and then from 8 AM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturday. They serve sweet crepes, savory crepes, kids crepes, croffles, waffles, fresh bowls, breakfast crepes and eggs, soups, salads, paninis, hot drinks, milkshakes, signature drinks, and more. Visit their website at https://www.sweetparis.com to order online, view locations, to see the menu, to cater for a special event. Download the app and join the reward program to order ahead of pickup, collect whisks for rewards, get the inside scoop, and get a special birthday bonus. I had been saving my rewards for some time and ended up with two free crepes (one being for my recent birthday). I found you could make two orders to use two free crepe rewards. I certainly enjoyed this experience and will be back. I recommend it to anyone enjoying Parisian food, especially crepes. While the price is higher than I would have expected, it is easy to earn a rewards to offset the cost.

I had no idea they were open that late! What a charming place. It wasn't very busy, which I'm assuming was because it was dinner time and perhaps not everyone realizes they are open that late. The menu offers so many options that it was honestly hard to decide, everything looked delicious. Since it was dinner, we chose savory crêpes, but the sweet crêpes looked fantastic, and the breakfast crêpes (served until 3pm) look great too! I ordered the Nordic Crêpe, filled with smoked salmon, dill sour cream, capers, scallions, pickled red onions, and lemon. It was served with a side salad of baby greens. I enjoyed it and thought the flavors worked well together. I would have liked a little more filling, but overall it was a good meal, and I especially enjoyed the fresh side salad. My daughter ordered the Truffled Caprese Crêpe with mozzarella, basil, cherry tomatoes, and truffle oil. Hers was absolutely delicious, and I would definitely order that one myself next time. My friend chose the Cali Truffle Crêpe, which came with turkey, mozzarella, bacon, truffle oil, basil, cherry tomatoes, and spring mix. She ordered the avocado and jalapeños it comes with on the side. She had mixed feelings about it. The bacon seemed to overpower the other flavors, and she didn't get much of the truffle taste she was expecting. For drinks, my daughter had the Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte and loved it. I ordered the Spritz à Paris, made with Prosecco, orange bitters, and sparkling water. It was light, refreshing, and paired nicely with dinner. I loved the beautiful chandeliers and the overall atmosphere of the space. They also have an outdoor patio that would be nice during the fall and winter months when the weather is cooler. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. Next time, I want to try the breakfast menu and one of the sweet crêpes. I also have my eye on their frozen mimosa!

I give it 3.5/5 stars because the bread was cold and not toasted at all. I expect the bread to be toasted in a dish like that, it made the experience less tasty, plus it was bland and needed salt and pepper. An easy fix. My husband enjoyed his chimichurri steak and eggs dish. The only complaint is the actual dishes, the inside of our mugs looked questionable and he had to get a new one it was dirty inside.
