I've been reluctant to write this review because I love this place! I am a frequent patron and recent investor. My past several visits I observe that high turnover of staff has resulted in poorly trained cashiers that have flummoxed my order. For example: ordered for "here" got food & bev "to go". Presented my recently issued Gold Ambassador card twice and cashier didn't know what to do with it causing an undue delay in processing my order. These are training issues that should be straight forward to address. Food and coffee beverages continue to be first rate. No availability to get paper napkins to supplement the one napkin wrapped around silverware is frustrating. read more

I came into town to celebrate my birthday with my twin sister and we were excited to revisit Coffee Class because we had such a great experience here last year. As two people who are gluten-free, we loved that they previously offered several gluten-free baked treats--we enjoyed trying a few and sharing them. This year, though, we were disappointed to find only one gluten-free option available: a cherry pop tart. We asked for it to be warmed so we could share it with our own coffee in the car, but it wasn't warmed and the flavor was just okay. We were even more disappointed to learn from the staff that they no longer plan to offer their gluten-free baked goods beyond that single item. For those of us with gluten allergies, finding high-quality GF treats is rare, and it was one of the main reasons we loved this spot. We also felt the pricing was a bit high--$10 for one pop tart felt steep. Overall, we left feeling let down compared to the wonderful experience we had last year. read more

Coffee, yummy, loads of different flavors and styles. They also have tea and other drinks. But let me tell you, the food, amazing! The pastries are top-notch, as well as the couple dishes we've tried. They have indoor and outdoor seating, the three or four times I've been there, it's always pretty busy. How is everyone here so friendly? Even when standing outside in heaaaat?! Or when the line is long?! My friend and I decided we wanted to have a cute brunch and we've been dying to try this place out. Upon arrival on a Saturday at noon (yes, that is *PEAK BRUNCH HOUR*) it was packed. I got us a table outside (which later turned into me running in to get an open table inside) and the lovely worker outside let me know how it worked: you can order via the QR code or in line! He also informed us that it was their 4 year anniversary and they were giving out free Affogatos!! *LOVE when there are surprise celebrations! The inside was well decorated, in addition to the added party decorations! Food and drink: really unique offerings for coffees, lattes, and teas! I had the blue blossom latte iced and my friend had the Maple Blueberry Latte iced- both VERY well done, with the right balance of each flavor and sweetness! Next time I'd love to try their teas! (There's a Jasmine Lychee Iced Tea I'm dying to try) The crispy buffalo chicken wrap was super flavorful, with that hint of spice and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her chicken salad melt! (We got Caesar salads as our sides and very crisp and refreshing!). The cherry pop tart was a bit harder in texture than I'd like, but very fun. The espresso chocolate chip cookie was good, but that 4th anniversary sugar cookie was Deliciouuuuussss and soft. :) Overall, good food and service, just a bit chaotic because of the amount of people and the limited indoor seating. Sometimes it was a bit odd being surrounded by waiting customers inside, and trying to move our table a bit out of the way for staff and customers to get aside. However, they're popular for a reason and I thought they did really well with the space inside, in addition to the outdoor front patio and what looked to be a back outdoor patio that they opened as the day went on! This is a cute little coffee shop with big flavors in their coffee! When I walked in I was happily greeted and the staff was very nice and helpful. (They offer military discount and have a rewards program). I ordered the Blueberry cobbler latte iced one day and had to go back again the next day for the cookies and cream latte. This place has a hold on me and I'm so sad it's so far from me! Everything tastes exactly as it's named. I have never had a blueberry latte and this place made is so delicious! When I ordered the Cookies and cream latte that was honestly the best one I have ever had! I have had a few in my life and this one is number one! I did order also a fruit pastry and that was nice. I also had a brown butter oatmeal cookie which was AMAZING! I had the breakfast sandwich which was just okay. My husband got the pottery which he didn't care too much about. I'm from Seattle and this place is my fave coffee place. Coffee is smooth and full bodied. Great flavored syrups too. Their homemade pop tarts are delicious and pastries are fresh and top notch. We decided to have a late breakfast and wanted to try the Coffee Class since it's in the neighborhood. We were warmly greeted when we walked in and weren't rushed to order at all. The place was nice and clean and we started at the high top seating and then moved to an actual table before our order was ready. Limited seating inside but plenty of outdoor tables. I ordered the baked French toast, it was nice and toasty on the outside but because it was baked the bottom was a little soggy for my taste. It wasn't bad but I personally like my French toast brown on all sides. My wife ordered the biscuit with a fantastic creme topping. Not going to jump straight to "new favorite brunch place in Vegas", but after our first experience, this ranks high on the list! We went by The Coffee Class as our last stop before heading home from Vegas. We've been having such great weather, we sat outside. It was somewhat busy on a weekday, so I imagine it's probably quite busy on the weekend. They were quick in getting our order out though! My husband tried out the avocado toast (which had onion jam, bacon, tomatoes) .. and some sort of coffee, maybe the London Fog? I got the chicken salad sandwich and the Pink Rose. The sandwich was really good, I liked the chicken salad itself; would definitely get again! Same with my drink, it had a mild sweetness and a light but distinct rose flavor. My husband enjoyed his food as well. He was in the mood for avocado toast the day we went but would try another dish next time .. they had lots of options that sounded good on the menu! We had also gotten a couple of pastries for the road. Those were the only disappointments unfortunately, specifically the pop tart. It was very dry and didn't have much flavor. So would pass on those in the future but wouldn't hesitate to come back for their brunch food and coffee/tea drinks! read more

I'M THAT GIRL Social media presence for The Coffee Class has been consistent and the sole reason I came across this refreshing coffee shop. I'm the girl who shops off mannequins so it totally made sense in my indecisive mind to order the Strawberry Coconut Hibiscus Tea after viewing a picture of it on the digital menu. This strawberry tea was soo good and just the right amount of sweet. Let's be honest I came for the pop tart and for the most part it did not disappoint. Golden brown flakey pastry with a super sweet in my opinion tomato paste filling. The tomato paste like filling was a bit overwhelming after a few bites but I finished it and will likely try another kind next visit. Nearly 25 miles from where I reside in the NW but definitely worth the drive. Service was is top notch and of course I'll be back. read more

This is the definition of a place that got popular due to BS Instagram influencers. I just bought perhaps the most repulsive coffee of my 20 years of drinking coffee. The Dubai chocolate pistachio. Totally over roasted, un drinkably sweet even at half sweet, no distinct flavor, and definitely not 16 ounces. I had to doctor it up with milk when I got home to just make it drinkable. Do not believe the hype! I mentioned it to a few friends at my condo community and they all said the same thing. Garbage coffee with a bunch of kids taking pictures of their avocado toast. Ordered some breakfast, coffee, and pastries. Decided to sit down and eat and my wife didn't like her drink due to it having cinnamon. Manager came to ask if she was doing ok and she is not one to complain but said she couldn't drink her coffee because of the cinnamon. He immediately asked to replace it and gave her a banana matcha that was great. Awesome service! It was busy and the line was long but they sent someone out to take orders with people paying with card. I ordered the Banana Nut Bread Latte ($6.75) which was pretty good flavor wise. I also ordered the Pico Poblano Egg Bowl ($14) and everything about the bowl was great, besides the egg. I'm not sure if it's powdered egg or pre-mixed egg from a carton. However, it was not appetizing and the texture took away from the other flavors and ingredients in the dish. Was super excited to have stumbled upon this place, I had heard about it before and once I saw it was the place with the handmade pop tarts I HAD to come check it out, upon arrival it was decently busy since it was a Saturday morning. (We were sitting outside and it was a consistent traffic of people the whole time we ate) The coffee I got was the Iced banana bread latte, I get excited when I come to a place that really puts consideration into their coffee, so I love that they make their own syrups. It was a little too sweet for me, and I wasn't getting much banana flavor as I was getting a lot of cinnamon, but it was still delicious and I like their espresso. I would absolutely come back for their food though. The pop tarts deserve every ounce of praise they get, it was rich, thick, sweet and had ample amounts of filling. It took me all day to finish mine. My mom ordered the almond croissant and that was the best croissant I've had from a bakery, the fresh almond filling was sweet and nutty, and the croissant itself was crispy and flaky. Not pictured was the Ham and Jalapeño pastry, that was definitely my favorite. It was flaky with a creamy ham and jalapeno filling. I really loved this place! I want to start out saying that I will definitely be returning to The Coffee Class. Great spot in Henderson. I went on a Saturday morning and here are my thoughts: Location: close to the highway in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Inside: not too small and not too big. But this is where they lost a star. Yes there is a nice amount of seating inside and out, however there is community seating right in the middle of the shop and when it gets busy, it gets congested in that area. There were a few times that people either bumped into the table I was seated at or it was like a tight maze trying to get to the bathroom. As I sat, I observed people consistently bumping into each other. Not because they were rude but because there just wasn't enough space with the large table in the middle. Due to the size of the place and crowd at times, If you are trying to go to the shop on a Saturday morning to do some work or study, you might find it a tad difficult. But with that said, let's move on to the food and drinks! Food/Drink: Delicious. The end.... I kid, I kid, there is more to the review, lol. So what makes this place stand out to me are the number of options of food and drinks to choose from. I would say there is something for everyone. I got the Wild Berry Poptart and the Maple Blueberry Latte. Both really good, however of note, the pop tart was pretty sweet so if that is not your cup of tea, no pun intended, then they do have other pop tarts that may tickle your fancy. Also I must add that the pop tarts are made in house which makes the tasting experience even better... yummmmmm. My beverage was better than expected. There were so many I wanted to try but upon recommendation from the cashier, I settled with the Maple Blueberry Latte. I was pleasantly surprised because I wasn't too sure how the blueberry was going to work. But it did... and it was sooooo good! Customer service: fast, efficient, friendly. I also loved how they were constantly cleaning and would periodically check on those dining in. All in all, go. Go check them out. Just know that on a weekend morning, they are going to be busy.
