All of the pasties were displayed while you waited in line and best believe I got super excited, especially for the s'mores strudel. By the time it was our turn to order, I asked the worker what she recommended after I told her I'm not big on really sweet coffees but I love trying signature lattes of coffee spots. I got the brown butter toffee and s'mores strudel. We waited for our order and when it's ready they call your name out and bring it to you. My coffee was good, but a tad too sweet and milky for me. She did ask if I wanted to adjust the sweetness when I ordered but I like trying drinks the way they come so next time I know how I want it adjusted. The strudel was great, but it was too much pastry for me and was missing the graham cracker component to a s'mores in my opinion. My girlfriend got an iced matcha with oat milk but hers was too milky as well. I would definitely love to come back and try other drinks and other pastries, especially the croissants and the pumpkin Swiss roll. Love this place! The coffee shop is a bit small however they have indoor and outdoor seating. Service is always great. Pastries are made fresh, you have to try their home made Pop Tarts. Gosh I love coming to the coffee class! Everything is always delicious and I attribute that to everything being homemade, including pastries and the syrups for the drinks. There are a number of vegan options as well as options with meat, dairy, and eggs. The staff are always friendly even when the shop is busy (which it has been every time I've come in on a weekend). There is indoor and outdoor seating though I've usually grabbed things to go and it's always been packaged well when I've done that. Great tasting food and friendly staff! This location offers a shared parking lot with it's surrounding businesses so it could get full. We had a reservation for Truffles N Bacon Cafe next door and had time to spare so we stepped inside The Coffee Class. Wow, it smelled delicious! There were menus at the beginning of the line so you can look before you got to the register. The display case of course did not help in the deciding process as it all looked delicious and I wanted it all! I ended up getting the Strawberry Croissant. The strawberry croissant was so sweet! Stuffed with strawberry slices and a cream cheese filling! The powder sugar on top was a nice sweet touch! My friends tried the churro poptart and really enjoyed it! This review is based on a single visit on 1/25/25. I popped in in the hopes I would be able to snag one of their highly-coveted Dubai chocolate pastries. Alas, I was too late for that. Next time!! There was a healthy line of folks wanting to place their orders when I arrived around noon, and the seats were all taken by then as well, so I opted for a blueberry scone to go. The scone was lovely, and stayed fresh until the next day. I'll need to come back again so I can try some of the items on their coffee and food menu - which looked interesting and delicious. First time coming here and my experience was horrible. I had great expectations coming here since I heard good reviews from friends. While waiting second in line to order, an employee came out and took the order of a couple behind me, then she left. I thought it was odd since they were third in line and maybe they thought my friend and I were together ready to order next..but then my friend was ordering by herself at the cashier and the same employee came out and took the order of 2 people behind me then she left again without checking on me. I felt disrespected at this point and everyone got their order first before I did. I stayed for a long time one Saturday and I'm not sure if it was just an off day or not. The Saturday shift people were very cringe. You'll know when you see and hear it. Banana Nut tasted like a fall body spray from bath and body works. Brown Butter tasted you had too many donuts and you are sweeted out. Dubai Chocolate Pistachio should've stayed in Dubai. S'mores Latte had graham cracker crumble in the drink and it made my drink chunky even after stirring. The cloud top is just whipped cream and it's nothing special. Even if you ask for a pastry to be warmed up. Expect it to be just as cold as if it were still sitting out. Service was great but not beeping to bring up the stars. read more

They had a few brunch dishes, fresh made pastries and of course their coffees and teas. I'd you check in on Yelp, you get 10% off, which was great! We ordered their new drink, the Salted Pretzel Latte (iced) and Butter Brown Toffee Latte (iced) and we made these drinks less sweet. The drinks were good! The Salted Pretzel Latte was sweet and salty, which I liked! It is made with their house dulce de leche and chocolate. I also replaced the whole milk with almond milk for an extra $1. The servers were kind and offering suggestions while we waited in line. The brown butter latte was exceptional, so delicious. The blueberry latte was definitely the best blueberry flavored anything we've ever had. You can tell this place puts the love into their syrups. We were super impressed by the iced drinks here. I visited coffee class to do a little planning for the coming week with a friend. I arrived around 10am (Sunday) and it was quite full. The cafe is very small but cozy. There is outdoor seating directly in front of the cafe with warmers for the cold weather. The seating indoors is limited and becomes more cramped as more guests pour in to grab coffee and treats. I can see why it's so busy because the food is really good. I ordered the ham, jalapeño and cream cheese streudel, a breakfast plate with bacon and a large banana but latte. The breakfast plate was standard. The toast was a bit too crispy for my liking but went well with a strawberry jam they provided. The star of my meal was definitely the ham streudel. It was a nice amount of heat from the jalapeño and I really enjoyed the warmed cream cheese. I'm usually not a fan of flaky pastries but I'd make an exception for this. The banana nut latte smelled like a fresh baked banana bread. I also tried what I believe was a blueberry and lavender pop tart that my friend purchased. It was VERY sweet. If you're not a huge fan of sweets I'd skip on this pasty. The staff were very pleasant despite having to navigate the crowded floor to bring hot beverages to tables. They were very accommodating as well as the table next to me asked one server for something new every few minutes. The servers also came by to check in with you to ask if you needed anything else. My only reason for the 4 star rating is because the cafe is so small and can feel a bit cramped. read more

From the name, it may seem like they only serve coffee but they also have a great variety of tea! I'm not a coffee person so I was happy to find that they have a chai tea latte. I think The Coffee Class has a better chai tea latte than Starbucks! Yes, I said it and meant it :). The chai here packs the spice and is less sweet than Starbucks which is better in my opinion. Please give it a try if you're into chai! There are so many pastries to choose from as well. I already had breakfast before visiting but I will definitely come back to try one of the pastries.
