Overall this experience was disappointing today. They lost my friend's ticket and never made her food. When they first served us our breakfast, it wasn't even what I ordered. The coffee was so so nothing that great. My sandwich was kinda greasy and overall not that great. Probably not going back. The staff were nice just forgetful today. What a treat! A true neighborhood vibe from the ambience to the baristas, not to mention the food and drinks but we'll get to that. It has been almost two years since my first visit to The Coffee Class and it is still my favorite coffee shop in Henderson. The coffee, tea, food, pastries, ambiance, and service are all on point. The fact that they are strong in everything is what makes them so great. The shop has a fun, lively ambiance. There are a few tables and bar style seating for solo diners inside the shop. Outside they have about half a dozen tables with some coverage from the sun. There are so many convenient ways to order here. Each table has a QR code so you can order from the table and have your order delivered instead of waiting in line. For takeout, you can park in a designated spot with a QR code to get a "drive thru" type of service. They also have online ordering through their website for pickup, curbside, or delivery. I love how creative they are with making it convenient to get food and drink here. The service has always been excellent. The owner and employees are so friendly and helpful. They always remember my daughter and I when we come in. The coffee and teas are all high quality and delicious. The syrups that are made in house with the great coffees and teas make the best drinks. They have a small menu of teas and coffee available all the time and then they rotate all kinds of great seasonal drinks. My favorite teas are the Lavender London Fog, Iced Apricot Tumeric, and their various iced green tea specials. My favorite coffees are the Mexican Mocha, Maple Taro Latte, and Brown Sugar Caramel Pecan Latte (shockingly not overly sweet). I can't wait to try the maple blueberry latte that my husband has been raving about. I'm always up for any special they offer because I know it will be great. Iced drinks are now also available in two sizes. The food is not an afterthought here like some shops. The egg salad toast and grilled cheese with tomato soup are my favorite items here. I also love the salmon toast, avocado toast, breakfast panini, chicken pot pie, and every special I've tried. Like drinks, they have a few staples, but have specials that are offered. I love to check their Instagram for what yummy is currently offered. The pastries deserve their own mention. The creativity, variety, and excellent quality of their pastries "wows" me every time. From their cookies to house made pop tarts to mini pies to scones. So far my favorite items have been the key lime raspberry scone, triple chunk cookie, pistachio croissant, pecan pear pop tart, raspberry chocolate scone, and maple pecan rum butter scone. This has been a great spot for solo dining, meeting up with friends, and family outings. Even my husband who is not the coffee shop type likes coming here. Familiar with horizon location but this one did not disappoint. Tried pesto chicken sandwich and southwest breakfast burrito. Nothing to say other than you'll leave here being satisfied with what you got. You can see the chicken was fresh cooked based on the golden brown sear and chicken juice running down my hand after a big bite yum!!! Burrito came with a salsa verde that was so fresh and gave the burrito an awesome pop of flavor. You can choose your side, can't go wrong with kettle chips but arugula salad w dressing was a nice surprise. Have to mention the blood orange sparkler!!! So addictive, had to pace myself while drinking! Love this place, NEVER left here unhappy. No pastry this time but all of them are soooo good! The coffee class is amazing, every time I come here I try something new and it's all delicious! The standard is set here and I will never find anything better any where else. The service is great; the staff is pleasant and the cafe is comfortable with indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered from DoorDash and am very happy with this. The double protein plate is magnificent - super fresh chicken, well seasoned. I LOVE that they have a protein option here. The vanilla bean latte was great too, very nice and oat/almond milk available. The vegan GF pop tart is also pretty good, though I'm not a huge sweets person - but nice novelty. It felt like a treat to be able to get something like this that matches my dietary needs. It's a little pricy at $9 on DoorDash but again, fun novelty for a one-off. First off the coffee is smooth, bold flavor just the way I like it. I got the banana bread nut latte cold it was delicious! I did the cold banana foam on top. With family visiting in town, I finally got my chance to check out The Coffee Class before they hit the road home. This Location is near the 215/Eastern on Pebble Road. On a bustling Sunday at noon the scene was lively with several parties seated outside on the patio, and several tables filled when we walked in. The line was not too long, I had time to look over the menu. I was eyeing their delicious home made pop tarts, though for this time around I opted for the almond croissant, a Caesar salad, and an iced brown sugar caramel pecan latte with almond milk. Once my order was placed it was a bit of a wait for each item, my coffee came out first, my salad about 7 minutes later, with my croissant coming out about 5 min after that. The coffee was super tasty, giving pecan pie vibes with a nice lingering sweetness from the brown sugar and caramel without being overly so. I quite enjoyed the Caesar salad, perfectly season croutons and the dressing is made in house and delicious. The croissant I shared with my toddler, and she quite enjoyed it, along with some home made cherry pop tart she snuck in from her aunty. Both kiddo approved, and finger licking good! The Coffee Class's interior is lovely, lots of eye catching artwork, nice music playing at a good volume so it's still easy to talk with who's at your table. Everyone in our party said they loved it here and it was a winner pick for our final meal of this visit together for Sunday brunch. Great food, friendly servers, and lots of yummy drinks to choose from. Everything hit the spot. When I'm on this side of town I will for sure make my way here to try a few more items that I didn't have the pleasure to this time around. Wow! Favorite brunch spot, ever. My wife and I had planned to go to another restaurant nearby for brunch, but when we arrived, we found that place had a 108 minute wait time, so we looked around and saw the sign for The Coffee Class and decided to give it a try. We stood in line to order, but later learned you can just sit anywhere, scan a QR code and order and they bring it to you. But, waiting in line, we got to ogle the array of fresh pastries. They all looked amazing. We ordered the Almond Croissant, Strawberry Croissant, and Cinnamon Churro Poptart. For drinks we got a Vanilla Latte and a Regular Black Coffee, and we are so glad we ordered to have there and not to-go, because my regular coffee came in a legit coffee cup, with its own little refill pot, which was just a nice experience. The pastries were all delicious and fresh. The cinnamon poptart was the real star for me. It was the gourmet adult version of the toaster treat I loved as a child. So good! In response to the company response stating they do not absolutely charge 8 bucks for a 16 oz vanilla latte...attached a screenshot of the menu pricing from their own website link. It is exactly as it came up on the cash register when I paid. $6 for a 12 oz vanilla latte plus a $2 up charge to a 16 oz large. Exactly what I said. $8 for 16 oz vanilla latte. Perhaps the management should get in touch with their own pricing, because it sounds like from the response even they think it's absurd. Regarding the quality, as I stated, it's good quality coffee but so is for example desert wind, which roasts their own beans locally and isn't a multi-million dollar conglomerate and is still charging over 30% less for the same drink. To be very clear... Coffee Class is good. Everything is tasty for sure. It's just overpriced by a large amount. Food good, coffee good, prices ridiculous, portions smallish. It's a little place in Henderson that does a robust trade and is often very busy. Large coffee and non coffee drink menu, and the coffee tastes good and of high quality. Food menu is fairly small although not tiny... a few sandwiches, sweet and less sweet breakfast type items, plus a few pastries and "pop tarts". The quality of the items is good but as stated, the prices are just absurd. A 16oz vanilla latte is $8 plus tax...compare that to countless other places around town and you are easily 25-50% more. Desert Wind for example, where they roast their own beans, a 16oz vanilla latte is 5.25...so over 50% more expensive. In another interesting pricing move...a 12oz at Coffee Class is $6...but a 16oz is $8...so 33% more coffee for 33% more money. Normally, the larger the serving, the cheaper the price per ounce, but not here. Now, don't get me wrong...the coffee is good and tastes like good quality coffee. The food is similar...a chicken baguette with a little chicken inside, cheese, pesto and tomato on a fairly small and thin bun along a tiny cup of fruit (1-2 grapes and a few slivers of pineapple) is $16. Compared to other breakfast cafes in town that is crazy. A croissant with strawberries and cream inside...$8. Again...the food is all tasty for sure, which is why it gets 3 stars. Honestly though, tons of places like this exist and so many are charging just crazy amounts. I know everyone charging insane prices says they can barely keep the doors open but it is funny how so many other places do similar items and equal or better quality and yet, charge 20, 30, 40% less and seem to do just fine. Regardless, this place is always busy so clearly no one cares about the prices. Again...it is good, it is overpriced and once in a while we go regardless. read more

Came here after having breakfast at truffles n bacon across the parking lot. Upon entering, it did not smell like a coffee shop, it smelled like wet dog but there was no wet dog in sight- however, it was sprinkling outside. There were a lot of aromas going on, but none of which was coffee. I ordered their bigger house brew with heavy cream and 4 sugars. It was really bitter. Also, they charge for heavy cream. They don't keep any carafe of milk, cream, anything out so I added two stevia and casually sipped it. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie which made up for the coffee. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside- perfect. The customer service was fine. I came here with my coworkers for a last day brunch which was definitely the right call. The food and service here is always amazing, my only complaint is the lack of indoor seating. Granted, we came on a chilly winter day. Coffee class has limited indoor seating and abundant outdoor seating (perfect for warmer days which is the majority of the year in Vegas). That being said, there are outdoor propane heaters that the staff was more than ready to help us start. Once a table opened up as well, the server immediately notified us and cleaned the table. 5/5 service! The ambiance of coffee class was busy but mellow, exactly what you'd want from a cozy hipster coffee paradise. The small flower pots and the dim lighting indoors further highlighted the warm and cozy ambiance. Having only had their pastries for breakfast, I was super excited to try some of their brunch and lunch items. We ordered a few items to share, and I have to say the pesto chicken panini was my favorite. The other dishes were heavily creamed and used mayo, ingredients I'm not normally not a huge fan of. I still liked the food, but may refrain from getting the egg salad toast and chicken salad next time due to my personal preferences. Last and most importantly, the coffee was amazing. I ordered a simple latte with almond milk and absolutely loved the coffee art and the flavor. Came around 11:00 AM and this place was busy & I see why! This place is beautiful. They have seating outside too to enjoy the beautiful weather. I told the cashier that it was my first time here & asked what the most popular drinks are. She told me a couple, so I went ahead with an iced brown butter toffee latte with whole milk. I also ordered a salmon lox pastry. I opted for to-go since this place was busy, however I was able to snag a seat right after I ordered. Sat down & within about 5-8 mins, my order was ready. The latte itself was absolutely delicious. Not too strong & not too sweet. The salmon lox pastry??? FIRE. Reminds me of a salmon pastry I had at Pike's Place Market. I just recently discovered this place when I was trying to find a different coffee shop other than Starbucks. So I decided to check this one out. I was happy to see they had a snickerdoodle latte on their menu. This flavor is hard to find at the other shops. It's more of a seasonal flavor I'm told. The latte was perfect!!!!! It tastes so good. I had to pace myself so I wouldn't drink it super fast as this is my favorite flavor!!!!! I also got a Caesar salad. It was super fresh and tasty!!!! The service was great. Employees were nice. After arriving at The Coffee Class Sunday morning, we walked inside a busy, super cute, small coffee shop. My partner and I were heading to get breakfast but stopped by to grab coffee first. This was our first visit to The Coffee Class so we didn't know what to expect. When we walked inside, The smell of the food was so intoxicating, we decided at that very minute that we would order breakfast there! It was busy inside and outside so we decided to order to go and just eat in the car, it was beautiful outside. My partner and I both wanted an iced coffee so she chose the vanilla iced coffee and I ordered the Dulce de Leche iced coffee. For breakfast my partner ordered the Protein bowl and I ordered the Elevated Egg Salad Toast. We also ordered a few pastry's on the side, those were wonderful!! The flavors of the coffee were SO GOOD!! My egg salad toast was seriously the best egg salad that I have ever had, there were so many flavors but so delicious! I have been craving it ever since I had it, I will be back next weekend just for the toast! :) The Protein Bowl was very tasty too, loved the lox! Everything was so amazing, I could see why they were so busy! Customer Service was amazing, the atmosphere was pretty cool too! I used the restroom while waiting for our breakfast and the bathroom was clean. Thank you for the delicious food and drinks, I've been telling everyone all about it since Sunday! We drove from SW Las Vegas due to great marketing on Instagram. I made special time to drive across town to get this amazing looking nitro strawberry tea latte and bananas fosters pop tart. They did not have either. They said they ran out of ingredients for the latte and they already sold out of the pop tart. I lucked out and was able to grab a Pina Colada pop tart which was pretty great. It didn't really taste like a pina colada. I guess I was looking for a stronger coconut and/or pineapple flavor. Like I said, it was very good though. I got a rose tea latte. It was good but nothing I couldn't have gotten on my side of town. It tasted more like a lightly flavored strawberry milk. For the price of both & lack of items they are pushing, I just don't think I'd make another special trip. Hopefully I'll be on this side of town again and can give it another try. read more

I visit The Coffee Class fairly frequently and wanted to just leave a review of my experiences over a long period of time. When I leave reviews, I typically like to leave them after multiple visits, so I can really assess the quality of a business. One good or bad visit doesn't tell you much about daily operations, but repeated visits do. That said, The Coffee Class is consistently one of the most solid coffee shops around. In terms of food and drink, the coffee is always well balanced. It's never achingly sweet or overwhelmingly bitter and they come up with interesting and unique drinks regularly. The pastries are displayed beautifully and are of an impressive quality. I have a soft spot for the adult pop tarts and have so far really enjoyed their strawberry shortcake, cherry, and blueberry versions. My partner also really loves the strawberry stuffed croissants. The rest of the menu is well done and considering the limited kitchen (not a full scale restaurant kitchen) they turn out a really good offering. We've sampled 90% of the menu at this point and the food quality is very consistent. 10/10 would recommend the creme brûlée French toast. One of the most impressive parts of this business if the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Every time I go here, I am greeted with genuine warmth. This isn't the overwhelming exuberance that's pitched in other coffee concepts, but a pleasant, real friendliness that permeates the environment. This is something I see from the top down. The owner of the company is often present on busy days and not only is he super attentive to the clients and client needs, but he's attentive to his staff as well. I see him watching to see where he can best help when needed and otherwise stepping back to let people do their jobs. In a world of micro-managers, this is an exceptional skill. There is also a young woman who I suspect is the manager (although I have not confirmed this) and she does such a good job of making sure that things flow smoothly. I frequently see her expo-ing food, checking on customers, bussing tables, and organizing staff. The ambiance is also lovely. They have a great outdoor seating area (which is dog friendly) and a lovely indoor environment. There are quite a few instagrammable spots. To end this review, what finally inspired me to write this was my visit today on Mother's day. For those of you outside of the restaurant industry who may not know, Mother's Day is historically one of the craziest restaurant days in the year. Not only was the food and coffee consistent, but there was still that usual pleasantness. The owner was out table touching and it was clear that he'd brought in extra staff to deal with the anticipated rise in business. As we waited, the manager saw my dog who was panting with excitement at our table, stopped in the middle of the rush, and grabbed her a bowl of water without anyone asking.
