First time trying this coffee shop and enjoyed all of it! Plenty of variety from coffee, teas, pastries and more. I went with an iced lavender white chocolate matcha and pink donut. Both were delicious and a great start to my day. They have everything you could ask for from a coffee shop: nice clean seating area, friendly staff, fun variety of drinks, plenty of pastries and ice cream, bagels, plenty of lovely outdoor seating, fresh plants and right next to a library. This is such a nice spot to stop for a bit before you go to work or read in the library! I recommend the avacado toast if you're looking for something fresh to eat. I've been getting the iced dubai mocha, but unfortunately it's only available during the fall. The service has been great each time I go, and it has a nice ambience. I don't know who's in charge of music, but it matches the theme of the cafe well and is a good balance between well known music and lesser known stuff. A cafe in a library is literally a dream come true so yes of course I love this place! My favorite drink is the Lavender Haze (Vanilla and Lavender Matcha Latte) although it is sadly seasonal so I make sure to get it when it's available. The ambiance is nice and I like the mix of music they play. It's calm enough music to study to but it's also good music to keep you entertained. Adorable little Internet café/convenience store inside a library AND plays 50s jazz softly in the background. They have soup too! There's def a lot to try on the menu, I shall be back. The little café is quiet and there's plenty of outlets if you want to hang out here and get some work done or read a book and sip on a latte. Been checking out different coffee shops around the area lately then stumbled upon this one by yelp search. I could not figure out quite where it was but decided to come try it out. At first, we thought we were lost because the directions brought us right up to the library and then it clicked! The coffee shop is at the library! Ok then, we weren't lost after all. The it made since why it opened so much later than most coffee shops. There was no one there on a Friday morning so we had the whole place to ourselves. I went with my usual small cappuccino, yet it was anything but small. It was quite large for a cappuccino. It tasted good though. We also got a free cookie for checking in on yelp. I picked the peanut butter and it was so yummy! We also got a donut and Golden Knights black and white. Don't pass that one up, you won't regret it. It was so soft and just delicious in every way a black and white should be. The place had some games and a nice amount of chairs and tables to relax at. My youngest daughter and I came here last week for the first time. We did not realize it existed! It is inside the library and that was a nice surprise. The one thing I would ask to see change is the menu. Prices for many items seem higher than even Starbucks, and that place is high!! It is very family friendly though so that makes us all very happy I'm sure. Will have to come back with my husband to see what he thinks. I am so bummed out about my recent experience at The Coffee Press. It was a little busy this Saturday morning with a person ahead of us to order and a couple waiting on orders. I as well as my toddlers were prepared for a wait. I ordered a couple of donuts for my toddlers and a coffee. The people that ordered ahead of me received their orders. Several people placed orders after I placed mine. I want to say at least 3 or 4 different parties ordered (Different coffee drinks pastries etc). They all received their orders as my toddlers and I waited at a table. We watched as the donuts my toddlers picked we're given to another person. And my coffee wasn't even a thought, as everyone else that ordered after us had received their food and drinks and trickled out. So stinking bummed. I love supporting small coffee businesses. My toddlers and I frequently visit this library a couple times a week. We've been to The Coffee Press a handful of times. Never with an experience this sad. We were definitely forgotten. After the owner promptly reached out, I've decided I'll give The coffee press another shot. I love this little cafe! The library this shop is connected to is a perfect place to study, which makes the Coffee press even more amazing. The food is really good and fresh. So many options! I had a pesto manifesto and breakfast sandwich on separate occasions and they were really good. Their coffee is good too, not the best I've ever had, but still really yummy. I've had a vanilla latte and pumpkin chai. I personally didn't like the pumpkin chai but that's personal preference (it was too sweet). This coffee shop is in the Paseo Verde library. It's very convenient and has a good selection of drinks, snacks, and food items. The space is nice, and there is some outdoor seating as well. The staff is also friendly! However, I'd say the food items and the drinks are probably not the best in Henderson. I had a London Fog recently, which tasted like plain whole milk. I don't think the tea was brewed in hot water or steamed milk before; it felt like there was just a tea bag added to cold milk, so there was no tea flavor. Their smoothies also taste a bit artificial, and their other drinks aren't as well crafted as the local coffee shops. If you're at the library and get hungry or want a drink, this place will do the trick! It's nice to have different options when I'm at the library all day. But, it's probably not a shop to go out of your way to visit if you're not already at the library. read more

The customer service was ABSOLUTELY the best and the workers are so kind. We went there two days in a row, the staff different on each day but great both times. The food is fresh and is great. The food is fantastic and just what I was hoping for today! I love that they serve their breakfast menu all day. I ordered the breakfast burrito with a spinach tortilla and turkey and pesto inside. Absolutely lovely flavors and I loved the crunch on the tortilla. We also ordered the breakfast sandwich and they provide a wide variety of bread options. The wheat bagel that I ordered for my sandwich was very tasty. The coffee is decent, definitely a step above Starbucks but not what I would consider to be a specialty coffee shop. One of my favorite coffee shops in Henderson to sit down and get work done. I love the fact that it's in the library and it's this coffee they offer vs the big coffee shops like Starbucks and coffee bean. The food here is great! I always get a breakfast burrito with Turkey and the other add ons that come with it! My partner always gets a little sandwich of some sort. Last time she got the Banana Toast and she said she loved it! The service here is always OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! I wish i would've gotten the name of the young lady who served us, but honestly everyone here has always been great to me. The Ambiance is so peaceful, friendly and inviting! My boys love going to the library knowing that after they grab books, they get to grab a treat. My husband and I always grab a drink, my husband's order is more simple, either a cappuccino or latte. I try different things each time, hoping to find a new favorite. Today, the barista was able to make me a raspberry white mocha, in hopes it would taste like what I order from Starbucks! It came pretty close! I never have a complaint about the coffee drinks because they have so many diff options. The cookies are pretty large and fairly priced. I think a chocolate chip is like 1.50 and a black and white is 2.50? I'm not sure if they bake them from scratch or use a premade dough, my kids have no complaints. The only bad thing I have to say, is that one day, my boys had asked for a vanilla frap (hoping to taste like the Starbucks drink) and it literally only tasted like milk with no other flavor. So they never asked for and frap again, just cookies. They have a bookmark punch card (I can never find mine, ugh); so try not to lose it! read more

This is an awesome little coffee place located inside of the Paseo Verde Library. Its a great place to grab coffee before heading in to study or read. I had the Bananas Foster Latte, it was super sweet and creamy, they use a-lot of syrup in their drinks, which is great if you like that, but I recommend asking for light syrup! If your hungry, they also serve food and baked goods. We had the breakfast sandwiches when we went, and they were very tasty! My daughter and I used to love to come here on a Saturday afternoon after the library (before COVID). Recently, there is a very rude cashier girl. She does not greet you, even after making eye contact (she is on her phone texting instead). I loved the ambiance and baked goods here, but she kills the vibe.
